Na Babinu Kuku u Dubrovniku je sinoć na pješakom prijelazu automobilom pokošen vozač autobusa gradske prijevozničke tvrtke "Libertas" koji je bio na pauzi između dviju vožnji.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vozio je autobus na liniji broj 6 Pile-Babin Kuk, gdje obično vozači uzmu stanku. Izišao je iz vozila i na pješačkom prijelazu je na njega naletio automobil.

Radnik javnog poduzeća zadobio je ozljede glave i hitno je prebačen u Opću bolnicu Dubrovnik. Pitali smo u Policijskoj upravi dubrovačko-neretvanskoj što se točno dogodilo i je li počinitelj pronađen.

- Sinoć oko 20.50 sati nepoznati vozač je prednjim dijelom nepoznatog vozila naletio na 52-godišnjeg pješaka koji je u tom trenutku započeo prelaziti pješački prijelaz u Ulici Iva Dulčića u Dubrovniku.

Pješak je od udarca zadobio teže tjelesne ozljede i zadržan je u dubrovačkoj bolnici. Vozač je nakon prometne nesreće bez zaustavljanja napustio mjesto nesreće. Policija traga za vozačem - rekli su nam u policiji.

Kako neslužbeno saznajemo, vozač autobusa zadobio je potres mozga pa i dalje o njemu brinu u bolnici. Budući da je cijeli grad premrežen kamerama, pregledavaju se snimke.

Osobno vozilo koje mu je nanijelo ozljede navodno je francuskih registracijskih oznaka, ali to još nije potvrđeno, niti je poznato tko je bio za upravljačem, "pokosio" djelatnika javnog prijevoza i hladnokrvno se udaljio. Treba moći živjeti sa saznanjem da si udario čovjeka i možda ga i ubio, pa onda još i pobjegao ne pomogavši svojoj žrtvi.

Po zakonu, sudionik koji napusti mjesto događaja prometne nesreće u kojoj je netko izgubio život ili je ozlijeđen, a o prometnoj nesreći ne obavijesti policijsku upravu ili postaju i ne sačeka dolazak ovlaštene osobe koja obavlja očevid, kaznit će se novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 1300 do 2600 eura ili kaznom zatvora u trajanju do 60 dana, te će mu se izreći zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja motornim vozilom određene kategorije od 12 mjeseci i po pravomoćnom rješenju izreći će mu se šest negativnih prekršajnih bodova.

Ako ovog vozača koji je udario Libertasovog djelatnika ne pronađu, izvući će se od ove kazne, ali mu ostaje žrvanj savjesti. Ako je ima.

Na Babinu Kuku u Dubrovniku je sinoć na pješakom prijelazu automobilom pokošen vozač autobusa gradske prijevozničke tvrtke "Libertas" koji je bio na pauzi između dviju vožnji.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vozio je autobus na liniji broj 6 Pile-Babin Kuk, gdje obično vozači uzmu stanku. Izišao je iz vozila i na pješačkom prijelazu je na njega naletio automobil.

Radnik javnog poduzeća zadobio je ozljede glave i hitno je prebačen u Opću bolnicu Dubrovnik. Pitali smo u Policijskoj upravi dubrovačko-neretvanskoj što se točno dogodilo i je li počinitelj pronađen.

- Sinoć oko 20.50 sati nepoznati vozač je prednjim dijelom nepoznatog vozila naletio na 52-godišnjeg pješaka koji je u tom trenutku započeo prelaziti pješački prijelaz u Ulici Iva Dulčića u Dubrovniku.

Pješak je od udarca zadobio teže tjelesne ozljede i zadržan je u dubrovačkoj bolnici. Vozač je nakon prometne nesreće bez zaustavljanja napustio mjesto nesreće. Policija traga za vozačem - rekli su nam u policiji.

Kako neslužbeno saznajemo, vozač autobusa zadobio je potres mozga pa i dalje o njemu brinu u bolnici. Budući da je cijeli grad premrežen kamerama, pregledavaju se snimke.

Osobno vozilo koje mu je nanijelo ozljede navodno je francuskih registracijskih oznaka, ali to još nije potvrđeno, niti je poznato tko je bio za upravljačem, "pokosio" djelatnika javnog prijevoza i hladnokrvno se udaljio. Treba moći živjeti sa saznanjem da si udario čovjeka i možda ga i ubio, pa onda još i pobjegao ne pomogavši svojoj žrtvi.

Po zakonu, sudionik koji napusti mjesto događaja prometne nesreće u kojoj je netko izgubio život ili je ozlijeđen, a o prometnoj nesreći ne obavijesti policijsku upravu ili postaju i ne sačeka dolazak ovlaštene osobe koja obavlja očevid, kaznit će se novčanom kaznom u iznosu od 1300 do 2600 eura ili kaznom zatvora u trajanju do 60 dana, te će mu se izreći zaštitna mjera zabrane upravljanja motornim vozilom određene kategorije od 12 mjeseci i po pravomoćnom rješenju izreći će mu se šest negativnih prekršajnih bodova.

Ako ovog vozača koji je udario Libertasovog djelatnika ne pronađu, izvući će se od ove kazne, ali mu ostaje žrvanj savjesti. Ako je ima.

Korak do tragedije usred Dalmacije: šofera gradskog autobusa ‘pokosio‘ na ‘zebri‘ i pobjegao; vozač teško ozlijeđen

Na Babinu Kuku u Dubrovniku je sinoć na pješakom prijelazu automobilom pokošen vozač autobusa gradske prijevozničke tvrtke "Libertas" koji je bio na pauzi između dviju vožnji.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, vozio je autobus na liniji broj 6 Pile-Babin Kuk, gdje obično vozači uzmu stanku. Izišao je iz vozila i na pješačkom prijelazu je na njega naletio automobil.

Radnik javnog poduzeća zadobio je ozljede glave i hitno je prebačen u Opću bolnicu Dubrovnik. Pitali smo u Policijskoj upravi dubrovačko-neretvanskoj što se točno dogodilo i je li počinitelj pronađen.

- Sinoć oko 20.50 sati nepoznati vozač je prednjim dijelom nepoznatog vozila naletio na 52-godišnjeg pješaka koji je u tom trenutku započeo prelaziti pješački prijelaz u Ulici Iva Dulčića u Dubrovniku.

Pješak je od udarca zadobio teže tjelesne ozljede i zadržan je u dubrovačkoj bolnici. Vozač je nakon prometne nesreće bez zaustavljanja napustio mjesto nesreće. Policija traga za vozačem - rekli su nam u policiji.

Kako neslužbeno saznajemo, vozač autobusa zadobio je potres mozga pa i dalje o njemu brinu u bolnici. Budući da je cijeli grad premrežen kamerama, pregledavaju se snimke.
