Dvojica pomoraca ubijena su u srijedu u napadu hutista na trgovački brod u Crvenom moru, rekli su britanski i američki dužnosnici, i to su prvi smrtno stradali otkako je proiranska militantna skupina iz Jemena pokrenula napade na plovila u jednoj od najprometnijih pomorskih ruta.

Hutisti su preuzeli odgovornost za napad u kojem je grčki brod "True Confidence", koji plovi pod zastavom Barbadosa, zapaljen oko 50 nautičkih milja od jemenskog lučkog grada Adena.

"Najmanje dvojica nevinih pomoraca su poginula. Ovo je žalosno, no (to je) neizbježna posljedica bezobzirnog hutističkog lansiranja projektila na međunarodno brodovlje. Moraju prestati", napisalo je na X-u britansko veleposlanstvo. "Upućujemo našu najdublju saućut obiteljima poginulih i ranjenih".

Viši američki dužnosnik je također potvrdio smrt dvojice mornara.

Hutisti napadaju brodove u Crvenom moru od studenog tvrdeći da to čine iz solidarnosti s Palestincima za vrijeme rata u Gazi.

Velika Britanija i Sjedinjene Američke Države izvode osvetničke napade na hutiste, a najnoviji smrtni slučajevi bi mogli izazvati još žešće vojno djelovanje.

Grčki brodovlasnik je objavio da je brod pogođen i zapaljen otprilike 50 nautičkih milja jugozapadno od jemenske luke Aden i da pluta.

Dodao je da zasad nema informacija o stanju 20 članova posade i trojice zaštitara, koji uključuju 15 Filipinaca, četvoricu Vijetnamaca, dvojicu Šrilančana, Indijca i državljana Nepala.

Dvojica pomoraca ubijena su u srijedu u napadu hutista na trgovački brod u Crvenom moru, rekli su britanski i američki dužnosnici, i to su prvi smrtno stradali otkako je proiranska militantna skupina iz Jemena pokrenula napade na plovila u jednoj od najprometnijih pomorskih ruta.

Hutisti su preuzeli odgovornost za napad u kojem je grčki brod "True Confidence", koji plovi pod zastavom Barbadosa, zapaljen oko 50 nautičkih milja od jemenskog lučkog grada Adena.

"Najmanje dvojica nevinih pomoraca su poginula. Ovo je žalosno, no (to je) neizbježna posljedica bezobzirnog hutističkog lansiranja projektila na međunarodno brodovlje. Moraju prestati", napisalo je na X-u britansko veleposlanstvo. "Upućujemo našu najdublju saućut obiteljima poginulih i ranjenih".

Viši američki dužnosnik je također potvrdio smrt dvojice mornara.

Hutisti napadaju brodove u Crvenom moru od studenog tvrdeći da to čine iz solidarnosti s Palestincima za vrijeme rata u Gazi.

Velika Britanija i Sjedinjene Američke Države izvode osvetničke napade na hutiste, a najnoviji smrtni slučajevi bi mogli izazvati još žešće vojno djelovanje.

Grčki brodovlasnik je objavio da je brod pogođen i zapaljen otprilike 50 nautičkih milja jugozapadno od jemenske luke Aden i da pluta.

Dodao je da zasad nema informacija o stanju 20 članova posade i trojice zaštitara, koji uključuju 15 Filipinaca, četvoricu Vijetnamaca, dvojicu Šrilančana, Indijca i državljana Nepala.

Dvojica pomoraca ubijena su u srijedu u napadu hutista na trgovački brod u Crvenom moru, rekli su britanski i američki dužnosnici, i to su prvi smrtno stradali otkako je proiranska militantna skupina iz Jemena pokrenula napade na plovila u jednoj od najprometnijih pomorskih ruta.

Hutisti su preuzeli odgovornost za napad u kojem je grčki brod "True Confidence", koji plovi pod zastavom Barbadosa, zapaljen oko 50 nautičkih milja od jemenskog lučkog grada Adena.

"Najmanje dvojica nevinih pomoraca su poginula. Ovo je žalosno, no (to je) neizbježna posljedica bezobzirnog hutističkog lansiranja projektila na međunarodno brodovlje. Moraju prestati", napisalo je na X-u britansko veleposlanstvo. "Upućujemo našu najdublju saućut obiteljima poginulih i ranjenih".

Viši američki dužnosnik je također potvrdio smrt dvojice mornara.

Hutisti napadaju brodove u Crvenom moru od studenog tvrdeći da to čine iz solidarnosti s Palestincima za vrijeme rata u Gazi.

Velika Britanija i Sjedinjene Američke Države izvode osvetničke napade na hutiste, a najnoviji smrtni slučajevi bi mogli izazvati još žešće vojno djelovanje.

Grčki brodovlasnik je objavio da je brod pogođen i zapaljen otprilike 50 nautičkih milja jugozapadno od jemenske luke Aden i da pluta.

Dodao je da zasad nema informacija o stanju 20 članova posade i trojice zaštitara, koji uključuju 15 Filipinaca, četvoricu Vijetnamaca, dvojicu Šrilančana, Indijca i državljana Nepala.
