Po onoj da si s prstom uronjenim u more povezan s cijelim svijetom, tako će i Šibenik večeras, na Međunarodni dan jazza 30. svibnja biti povezan s mnogobrojnim svjetskim gradovima u kojima će se danas prašiti glazba koja je iz New Orleansa početkom prošlog stoljeća otpočela svoj nezaustavljivi pohod balotom.

Isključivo šibenske jazz snage svirat će na dva mjesta, u gradu, na otvorenoj sceni, da bi se potom poklonici jazza premjestili u Dvoranu Arsen, gdje će večer nastupom okruniti Big band Šibenik s početkom u 21 sat.

Taj dio današnjeg programa zajednički ostvaruju HGU i JU „Tvrđava kulture” - govori Vojmir Roša, predsjednik šibenske podružnice Hrvatske glazbene unije.

Obilježavanje Međunarodnog dana jazza započinje u 19,30 sati na trgu Mala loža. U počast glazbi koja će Šibenik večeras učiniti dijelom svijeta nastupit će prokušani izvođači: klavijaturist Mate Anić i pjevačica Nataša Cvitan Cvita, Ivana Prgin i sastav Combo 5, Mate Skračić Quartet, te Danijela Prpić.

-Naročito me veseli što se tim, već poznatim jazzerima priključuju mlade šibenske snage okupljene u kvartetu Lorijana Škarice. Šibenik doduše nikada nije imao jazz scenu ni izbliza poput Rijeke ili Splita. Bili smo većinski rokerski grad, no ove godine jazzeri će biti brojniji nego ikad. Šibenik s ovim opet potvrđuje da je grad glazbenih talenata. - zadovoljan je Vojmir Roša, inače profesionalni bubnjar. Karijeru je započeo početkom 70-tih kao gimnazijalac u „Paucima”, bendu za kojeg se čulo i dalje od Šibenika i još uvijek nastupaju.

-To što je Generalna skupština UN-a 30. travnja na poticaj velikoga klavijaturista Herbieja Hanckoka proglasila danom svjetskog jazza samo svjedoči o moći glazbe da utječe na svijet i mijenja ga. To u prvi plan stavlja mlade ljude kao nositelje društvenih promjena čemu su svakako doprinijeli i jazz glazbenici. - ocjenjuje Roša.

U vezi s Hanckokom – slušat ćemo večeras njegove stvari u izvedbi Big banda Šibenik pod ravnanjem prof. Željka Andrića, klarinetista i saksofonista. Osnivajući orkestar, prof. Andrić imao je pred očima cilj da mlade glazbenike uključi u kulturni život grada i dodatno predstavi Šibenik kao glazbenu destinaciju.

Po onoj da si s prstom uronjenim u more povezan s cijelim svijetom, tako će i Šibenik večeras, na Međunarodni dan jazza 30. svibnja biti povezan s mnogobrojnim svjetskim gradovima u kojima će se danas prašiti glazba koja je iz New Orleansa početkom prošlog stoljeća otpočela svoj nezaustavljivi pohod balotom.

Isključivo šibenske jazz snage svirat će na dva mjesta, u gradu, na otvorenoj sceni, da bi se potom poklonici jazza premjestili u Dvoranu Arsen, gdje će večer nastupom okruniti Big band Šibenik s početkom u 21 sat.

Taj dio današnjeg programa zajednički ostvaruju HGU i JU „Tvrđava kulture” - govori Vojmir Roša, predsjednik šibenske podružnice Hrvatske glazbene unije.

Obilježavanje Međunarodnog dana jazza započinje u 19,30 sati na trgu Mala loža. U počast glazbi koja će Šibenik večeras učiniti dijelom svijeta nastupit će prokušani izvođači: klavijaturist Mate Anić i pjevačica Nataša Cvitan Cvita, Ivana Prgin i sastav Combo 5, Mate Skračić Quartet, te Danijela Prpić.

-Naročito me veseli što se tim, već poznatim jazzerima priključuju mlade šibenske snage okupljene u kvartetu Lorijana Škarice. Šibenik doduše nikada nije imao jazz scenu ni izbliza poput Rijeke ili Splita. Bili smo većinski rokerski grad, no ove godine jazzeri će biti brojniji nego ikad. Šibenik s ovim opet potvrđuje da je grad glazbenih talenata. - zadovoljan je Vojmir Roša, inače profesionalni bubnjar. Karijeru je započeo početkom 70-tih kao gimnazijalac u „Paucima”, bendu za kojeg se čulo i dalje od Šibenika i još uvijek nastupaju.

-To što je Generalna skupština UN-a 30. travnja na poticaj velikoga klavijaturista Herbieja Hanckoka proglasila danom svjetskog jazza samo svjedoči o moći glazbe da utječe na svijet i mijenja ga. To u prvi plan stavlja mlade ljude kao nositelje društvenih promjena čemu su svakako doprinijeli i jazz glazbenici. - ocjenjuje Roša.

Šibenik večeras povezan sa svijetom: u počast Međunarodnoga dana jazza svira se na Maloj loži i u Arsenu

Po onoj da si s prstom uronjenim u more povezan s cijelim svijetom, tako će i Šibenik večeras, na Međunarodni dan jazza 30. svibnja biti povezan s mnogobrojnim svjetskim gradovima u kojima će se danas prašiti glazba koja je iz New Orleansa početkom prošlog stoljeća otpočela svoj nezaustavljivi pohod balotom.

Isključivo šibenske jazz snage svirat će na dva mjesta, u gradu, na otvorenoj sceni, da bi se potom poklonici jazza premjestili u Dvoranu Arsen, gdje će večer nastupom okruniti Big band Šibenik s početkom u 21 sat.

Taj dio današnjeg programa zajednički ostvaruju HGU i JU „Tvrđava kulture” - govori Vojmir Roša, predsjednik šibenske podružnice Hrvatske glazbene unije.

Obilježavanje Međunarodnog dana jazza započinje u 19,30 sati na trgu Mala loža. U počast glazbi koja će Šibenik večeras učiniti dijelom svijeta nastupit će prokušani izvođači: klavijaturist Mate Anić i pjevačica Nataša Cvitan Cvita, Ivana Prgin i sastav Combo 5, Mate Skračić Quartet, te Danijela Prpić.

-Naročito me veseli što se tim, već poznatim jazzerima priključuju mlade šibenske snage okupljene u kvartetu Lorijana Škarice. Šibenik doduše nikada nije imao jazz scenu ni izbliza poput Rijeke ili Splita. Bili smo većinski rokerski grad, no ove godine jazzeri će biti brojniji nego ikad. Šibenik s ovim opet potvrđuje da je grad glazbenih talenata. - zadovoljan je Vojmir Roša, inače profesionalni bubnjar. Karijeru je započeo početkom 70-tih kao gimnazijalac u „Paucima”, bendu za kojeg se čulo i dalje od Šibenika i još uvijek nastupaju.

-To što je Generalna skupština UN-a 30. travnja na poticaj velikoga klavijaturista Herbieja Hanckoka proglasila danom svjetskog jazza samo svjedoči o moći glazbe da utječe na svijet i mijenja ga. To u prvi plan stavlja mlade ljude kao nositelje društvenih promjena čemu su svakako doprinijeli i jazz glazbenici. - ocjenjuje Roša.

U vezi s Hanckokom – slušat ćemo večeras njegove stvari u izvedbi Big banda Šibenik pod ravnanjem prof. Željka Andrića, klarinetista i saksofonista. Osnivajući orkestar, prof. Andrić imao je pred očima cilj da mlade glazbenike uključi u kulturni život grada i dodatno predstavi Šibenik kao glazbenu destinaciju.
