Dovršeno je kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvojicom muškaraca, 28-godišnjakom i 23-godišnjakom, koji su u četvrtak malo iza ponoći u Ulici Domovinskog rata vozilom prepriječili put drugom vozilu i fizički napali putnike istog, javljaju iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Kako kažu iz policije, kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su da su 18. travnja 2024. godine oko 00.15 sati u ulici Domovinskog rata u Splitu tijekom vožnje vozilom naglo skrenuli u susjedni kolnički trak, prepriječili put vozilu u kojemu su se nalazilo pet osoba i postavili svoj automobil tako da su ga usred prometne i kolničke trake potpuno zaustavili i time u potpunosti blokirali daljnje kretanje drugog vozila.

Nakon toga izašli su iz automobila i krenuli agresivno prema vozilu u kojemu su se nalazili oštećeni. Započeli su sa psovanjem i uvredama, te su u isto vrijeme udarali šakama i nogama po karoseriji automobila. Nadalje, 28-godišnjak otvorio vrata vozila i fizički napao jednog oštećenog koji se nalazio u vozilu, a 23-godišnjak je otvorio druga vrata i pokušao fizički napasti drugog oštećenog, nakon čega su se udaljili s mjesta događaja.

Policijski službenici su nakon zaprimljene dojave inicirali intenzivno kriminalističko istraživanje, utvrdili identitet osoba, pronašli ih i nad njima proveli kriminalističko istraživanje. Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su ostvarili obilježje kaznenog djela Nasilničko ponašanje.

Uz kaznenu prijavu predani su pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Dovršeno je kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvojicom muškaraca, 28-godišnjakom i 23-godišnjakom, koji su u četvrtak malo iza ponoći u Ulici Domovinskog rata vozilom prepriječili put drugom vozilu i fizički napali putnike istog, javljaju iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Kako kažu iz policije, kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su da su 18. travnja 2024. godine oko 00.15 sati u ulici Domovinskog rata u Splitu tijekom vožnje vozilom naglo skrenuli u susjedni kolnički trak, prepriječili put vozilu u kojemu su se nalazilo pet osoba i postavili svoj automobil tako da su ga usred prometne i kolničke trake potpuno zaustavili i time u potpunosti blokirali daljnje kretanje drugog vozila.

Nakon toga izašli su iz automobila i krenuli agresivno prema vozilu u kojemu su se nalazili oštećeni. Započeli su sa psovanjem i uvredama, te su u isto vrijeme udarali šakama i nogama po karoseriji automobila. Nadalje, 28-godišnjak otvorio vrata vozila i fizički napao jednog oštećenog koji se nalazio u vozilu, a 23-godišnjak je otvorio druga vrata i pokušao fizički napasti drugog oštećenog, nakon čega su se udaljili s mjesta događaja.

Policijski službenici su nakon zaprimljene dojave inicirali intenzivno kriminalističko istraživanje, utvrdili identitet osoba, pronašli ih i nad njima proveli kriminalističko istraživanje. Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su ostvarili obilježje kaznenog djela Nasilničko ponašanje.

Uz kaznenu prijavu predani su pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Drama u Ulici Domovinskog rata: Prepriječili im put, izašli iz automobila i uz psovke napali putnike drugog vozila

Dovršeno je kriminalističko istraživanje nad dvojicom muškaraca, 28-godišnjakom i 23-godišnjakom, koji su u četvrtak malo iza ponoći u Ulici Domovinskog rata vozilom prepriječili put drugom vozilu i fizički napali putnike istog, javljaju iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Kako kažu iz policije, kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su da su 18. travnja 2024. godine oko 00.15 sati u ulici Domovinskog rata u Splitu tijekom vožnje vozilom naglo skrenuli u susjedni kolnički trak, prepriječili put vozilu u kojemu su se nalazilo pet osoba i postavili svoj automobil tako da su ga usred prometne i kolničke trake potpuno zaustavili i time u potpunosti blokirali daljnje kretanje drugog vozila.

Nakon toga izašli su iz automobila i krenuli agresivno prema vozilu u kojemu su se nalazili oštećeni. Započeli su sa psovanjem i uvredama, te su u isto vrijeme udarali šakama i nogama po karoseriji automobila. Nadalje, 28-godišnjak otvorio vrata vozila i fizički napao jednog oštećenog koji se nalazio u vozilu, a 23-godišnjak je otvorio druga vrata i pokušao fizički napasti drugog oštećenog, nakon čega su se udaljili s mjesta događaja.

Policijski službenici su nakon zaprimljene dojave inicirali intenzivno kriminalističko istraživanje, utvrdili identitet osoba, pronašli ih i nad njima proveli kriminalističko istraživanje. Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da su ostvarili obilježje kaznenog djela Nasilničko ponašanje.

Uz kaznenu prijavu predani su pritvorskom nadzorniku.
