Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita u petak, 26. travnja, gradski vijećnici glasat će o izuzeću od zabrane izvođenja radova tijekom turističke sezone na pet lokacija u Splitu, od čega su četiri na području Žnjana, a jedna na Bačvicama.

Radi se o sljedećim projektima: izgradnja zgrade stambene namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest. 7665/1), izgradnja zgrade mješovite namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest 10147/17), izgradnja zgrade stambene namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest. 10155/1), građenje Aparthotela Žnjan području Žnjana (kat.čest. 10090/1, 10091/3, 10092/7) te rekonstrukcija i građenje Hotela Vila Rosina na Bačvicama (kat.čest 9619/1).

Na području Grada Splita u periodu od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna na snazi će biti Odluka o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja radova. Ova odluka odnosi se na veći dio Splita i Stobreča, ali i cijelo područje Slatina. Doduše, izuzeće od odluke može se dobiti i to ako je za izvođenje radova utvrđen interes Republike Hrvatske, ako je uklanjanje građevina naloženo temeljem rješenja građevinske inspekcije ili odluke drugog tijela državne vlasti i ako se radovi izvode u godini u kojoj je odluka stupila na snagu. 

Razlozi za izuzeće koje su naveli ovi izvođači radova variraju od sprječavanja štete koju bi mogle prouzročiti podzemne i bujične vode, do obaveza prema kreditorima i kupcima. Isto izuzeće od zabrane na prošloj sjednici Gradskog vijeća dobio je Hotel Marjan, dok je istovremeno isti zahtjev odbijen Hotelu Ruzmarin na području Trstenika.

Vidjet ćemo što će za ovih pet lokacija u petak kazati gradski oci, tko će dobiti prođu, a tko ne. Izgledno je da će velik broj ovih zahtjeva biti odobren, prvenstveno jer ih se većina nalazi na Žnjanu, koji će ovog ljeta ionako biti zakrčen zbog radova na uređenju. Proći bi mogao i zahtjev za Vilu Rosina na Bačvicama jer se radi o rekonstrukciji objekta koji je zaštićen kao kulturno dobro.

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita u petak, 26. travnja, gradski vijećnici glasat će o izuzeću od zabrane izvođenja radova tijekom turističke sezone na pet lokacija u Splitu, od čega su četiri na području Žnjana, a jedna na Bačvicama.

Radi se o sljedećim projektima: izgradnja zgrade stambene namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest. 7665/1), izgradnja zgrade mješovite namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest 10147/17), izgradnja zgrade stambene namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest. 10155/1), građenje Aparthotela Žnjan području Žnjana (kat.čest. 10090/1, 10091/3, 10092/7) te rekonstrukcija i građenje Hotela Vila Rosina na Bačvicama (kat.čest 9619/1).

Na području Grada Splita u periodu od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna na snazi će biti Odluka o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja radova. Ova odluka odnosi se na veći dio Splita i Stobreča, ali i cijelo područje Slatina. Doduše, izuzeće od odluke može se dobiti i to ako je za izvođenje radova utvrđen interes Republike Hrvatske, ako je uklanjanje građevina naloženo temeljem rješenja građevinske inspekcije ili odluke drugog tijela državne vlasti i ako se radovi izvode u godini u kojoj je odluka stupila na snagu. 

Razlozi za izuzeće koje su naveli ovi izvođači radova variraju od sprječavanja štete koju bi mogle prouzročiti podzemne i bujične vode, do obaveza prema kreditorima i kupcima. Isto izuzeće od zabrane na prošloj sjednici Gradskog vijeća dobio je Hotel Marjan, dok je istovremeno isti zahtjev odbijen Hotelu Ruzmarin na području Trstenika.

Vidjet ćemo što će za ovih pet lokacija u petak kazati gradski oci, tko će dobiti prođu, a tko ne. Izgledno je da će velik broj ovih zahtjeva biti odobren, prvenstveno jer ih se većina nalazi na Žnjanu, koji će ovog ljeta ionako biti zakrčen zbog radova na uređenju. Proći bi mogao i zahtjev za Vilu Rosina na Bačvicama jer se radi o rekonstrukciji objekta koji je zaštićen kao kulturno dobro.

Svima se žuri: ovi investitori traže od splitskih vijećnika da im odobre gradnju zgrada i hotela i tijekom sezone

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Splita u petak, 26. travnja, gradski vijećnici glasat će o izuzeću od zabrane izvođenja radova tijekom turističke sezone na pet lokacija u Splitu, od čega su četiri na području Žnjana, a jedna na Bačvicama.

Radi se o sljedećim projektima: izgradnja zgrade stambene namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest. 7665/1), izgradnja zgrade mješovite namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest 10147/17), izgradnja zgrade stambene namjene na području Žnjana (kat.čest. 10155/1), građenje Aparthotela Žnjan području Žnjana (kat.čest. 10090/1, 10091/3, 10092/7) te rekonstrukcija i građenje Hotela Vila Rosina na Bačvicama (kat.čest 9619/1).

Na području Grada Splita u periodu od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna na snazi će biti Odluka o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja radova. Ova odluka odnosi se na veći dio Splita i Stobreča, ali i cijelo područje Slatina. Doduše, izuzeće od odluke može se dobiti i to ako je za izvođenje radova utvrđen interes Republike Hrvatske, ako je uklanjanje građevina naloženo temeljem rješenja građevinske inspekcije ili odluke drugog tijela državne vlasti i ako se radovi izvode u godini u kojoj je odluka stupila na snagu.
