Iako je nalaz punkcije još u travnju pokazao da boluje od karcinoma dojke, zagrebačka odvjetnica Lina Budak doznala je da je teško bolesna tek sedam mjeseci poslije. Naime, njezin je nalaz više od pola godine stajao u Klinici za tumore, a da nije dobila poziv kojim je upozoravaju da hitno mora početi liječenje. Iz bolnice tvrde da se pacijentica na pregled javila liječniku specijalistu tek nakon šest mjeseci, ali i da je u tijeku inspekcijski nadzor.

Njezina priča počela je još u ožujku prošle godine ultrazvučnim pregledom dojke i mamografijom u jednoj privatnoj klinici, nakon čega je zbog sumnji na karcinom poslana na daljnje pretrage, koje je obavila u Institutu za tumore (KBC Sestre milosrdnice).

Sve preglede obavila je promptno, kao i punkciju, no taj ključni nalaz nije dobila kada je došla po dokumentaciju, piše Jutarnji list.

- Tog 11. travnja došla sam po nalaze, iako me nisu nazvali da su gotovi. Medicinsku sestru sam više puta upitala jesu li mi dali svu dokumentaciju, na što je, uz bezobrazno ponašanje, govorila da jesu - započinje Budak.

Nadalje, priča, uputa je bila da po svim obavljenim pretragama dođe kod liječnika na daljnje konzultacije, no morala je još napraviti magnetsku rezonancu.

- Upravo tu je ključni problem. MR nikako nisam uspijevala napraviti jer se prema njihovim smjernicama mora obaviti od petog do desetog dana od dobivanja mjesečnice. Kako sam ja u perimenopauzi i imam neredovite mjesečnice, to je bilo gotovo nemoguće.

Kada sam konačno dobila mjesečnicu, oboljela sam od korone i nisam mogla otići na taj pregled - kaže Budak, koja je na kraju tek 14. studenog uspjela obaviti MR, a da ima karcinom, doznaje tek krajem studenog. Iz KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice navode kako je Budak upućena da se po obavljenim pregledima javi liječniku specijalistu radi utvrđivanja dijagnoze i daljnjeg tijeka liječenja što je ona učinila tek za šest mjeseci.

- Naravno, pacijent je uvijek kriv. Ponavljam, dobila sam uputu da se s nalazima javim liječniku. Nalaz MR-a nisam imala zbog njih i njihovih procedura koje su nelogične. Uostalom, zar nije normalno da se pacijenta pozove i da mu se kaže dijagnoza, a ne da si umanji šanse za oporavak. Tko zna koliko su života uništili - pita se Budak.

S obzirom na cijelu situaciju, o svim detaljima obavijestila je ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša i ravnatelja Davora Vagića te zatražila hitan inspekcijski nadzor još u prosincu.

Iz bolnice su poručili da će inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva, u čijoj je nadležnosti cijeli predmet, utvrditi sve činjenice i dati pravorijek, kao i Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor same bolnice.

- Ako je sve po protokolu i nitko nije kriv, zašto mi se ravnatelj Vagić još 12. prosinca ispričao pisanim putem - pita Budak.

Također, postavlja i pitanje kada je poslana inspekcija.

- Vrlo je vjerojatno inspekcija poslana nakon što sam ovo pustila u javnost, tako da molim točne datume kada je počela istraga o ovom groznom propustu - kaže Budak za Jutarnji list.

Inače, operaciju je obavila u Njemačkoj jer joj, kako kaže, u KBC-u Zagreb nisu omogućili da upozna kirurga koji je trebao napraviti mastektomiju, odnosno uklanjanje dojke.

- Sada čekam kemoterapiju, ali ni za to još nemam termin. Želim naglasiti da s javnošću dijelim priču isključivo zato što sam sigurna da se ovo nije dogodilo samo meni, a ne želim da više nitko prođe ovakav pakao - govori Budak i dodaje kako je svjesna da će sada krenuti hajka na nju i da će je zdravstvene ustanove i Ministarstvo zdravstva prikazati kao ludu umiruću osobu - zaključuje Budak.

- Pacijentica Budak obratila se krajem studenoga prošle godine ravnateljstvu KBC-a s pritužbom vezanom uz preglede u Klinici za tumore. U mojem pisanom odgovoru od 12. prosinca 2022. obavijestili smo je da će, ako odluči nastaviti liječenje u našoj klinici, biti poduzeto sve kako bi liječenje bilo što učinkovitije - kazao je ravnatelj KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice, prof. dr. Davor Vagić i dodao da je pacijentica po završetku svih pregleda upućena na pregled liječniku specijalistu za utvrđivanje i priopćavanje dijagnoze, kao i određivanje daljnjeg liječenja, piše Jutarnji list.

Iako je nalaz punkcije još u travnju pokazao da boluje od karcinoma dojke, zagrebačka odvjetnica Lina Budak doznala je da je teško bolesna tek sedam mjeseci poslije. Naime, njezin je nalaz više od pola godine stajao u Klinici za tumore, a da nije dobila poziv kojim je upozoravaju da hitno mora početi liječenje. Iz bolnice tvrde da se pacijentica na pregled javila liječniku specijalistu tek nakon šest mjeseci, ali i da je u tijeku inspekcijski nadzor.

Njezina priča počela je još u ožujku prošle godine ultrazvučnim pregledom dojke i mamografijom u jednoj privatnoj klinici, nakon čega je zbog sumnji na karcinom poslana na daljnje pretrage, koje je obavila u Institutu za tumore (KBC Sestre milosrdnice).

Sve preglede obavila je promptno, kao i punkciju, no taj ključni nalaz nije dobila kada je došla po dokumentaciju, piše Jutarnji list.

- Tog 11. travnja došla sam po nalaze, iako me nisu nazvali da su gotovi. Medicinsku sestru sam više puta upitala jesu li mi dali svu dokumentaciju, na što je, uz bezobrazno ponašanje, govorila da jesu - započinje Budak.

Nadalje, priča, uputa je bila da po svim obavljenim pretragama dođe kod liječnika na daljnje konzultacije, no morala je još napraviti magnetsku rezonancu.

- Upravo tu je ključni problem. MR nikako nisam uspijevala napraviti jer se prema njihovim smjernicama mora obaviti od petog do desetog dana od dobivanja mjesečnice. Kako sam ja u perimenopauzi i imam neredovite mjesečnice, to je bilo gotovo nemoguće.

Kada sam konačno dobila mjesečnicu, oboljela sam od korone i nisam mogla otići na taj pregled - kaže Budak, koja je na kraju tek 14. studenog uspjela obaviti MR, a da ima karcinom, doznaje tek krajem studenog. Iz KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice navode kako je Budak upućena da se po obavljenim pregledima javi liječniku specijalistu radi utvrđivanja dijagnoze i daljnjeg tijeka liječenja što je ona učinila tek za šest mjeseci.

- Naravno, pacijent je uvijek kriv. Ponavljam, dobila sam uputu da se s nalazima javim liječniku. Nalaz MR-a nisam imala zbog njih i njihovih procedura koje su nelogične. Uostalom, zar nije normalno da se pacijenta pozove i da mu se kaže dijagnoza, a ne da si umanji šanse za oporavak. Tko zna koliko su života uništili - pita se Budak.

S obzirom na cijelu situaciju, o svim detaljima obavijestila je ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša i ravnatelja Davora Vagića te zatražila hitan inspekcijski nadzor još u prosincu.

Iz bolnice su poručili da će inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva, u čijoj je nadležnosti cijeli predmet, utvrditi sve činjenice i dati pravorijek, kao i Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor same bolnice.

- Ako je sve po protokolu i nitko nije kriv, zašto mi se ravnatelj Vagić još 12. prosinca ispričao pisanim putem - pita Budak.

Također, postavlja i pitanje kada je poslana inspekcija.

- Vrlo je vjerojatno inspekcija poslana nakon što sam ovo pustila u javnost, tako da molim točne datume kada je počela istraga o ovom groznom propustu - kaže Budak za Jutarnji list.

Inače, operaciju je obavila u Njemačkoj jer joj, kako kaže, u KBC-u Zagreb nisu omogućili da upozna kirurga koji je trebao napraviti mastektomiju, odnosno uklanjanje dojke.

- Sada čekam kemoterapiju, ali ni za to još nemam termin. Želim naglasiti da s javnošću dijelim priču isključivo zato što sam sigurna da se ovo nije dogodilo samo meni, a ne želim da više nitko prođe ovakav pakao - govori Budak i dodaje kako je svjesna da će sada krenuti hajka na nju i da će je zdravstvene ustanove i Ministarstvo zdravstva prikazati kao ludu umiruću osobu - zaključuje Budak.

- Pacijentica Budak obratila se krajem studenoga prošle godine ravnateljstvu KBC-a s pritužbom vezanom uz preglede u Klinici za tumore. U mojem pisanom odgovoru od 12. prosinca 2022. obavijestili smo je da će, ako odluči nastaviti liječenje u našoj klinici, biti poduzeto sve kako bi liječenje bilo što učinkovitije - kazao je ravnatelj KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice, prof. dr. Davor Vagić i dodao da je pacijentica po završetku svih pregleda upućena na pregled liječniku specijalistu za utvrđivanje i priopćavanje dijagnoze, kao i određivanje daljnjeg liječenja, piše Jutarnji list.
