Prodaja 22.355 metara četvornih velikog dijela industrijskog postrojenja bivše tvornice "Bagat" koja se trebala naći 'na bubnju' Općinskog suda u Zadru 24. siječnja odgođena je nakon što je obustavu javne dražbe tražila tvrtka Caducaeus medic d.o.o. iz Islama Latinskog u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika Roka Brale. Kako nam je potvrdio glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Davor Dubravica dražbena prodaja dijela bivše tvornice odgođena je do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje.

- Prvo dražbeno ročište zakazano za dan 24. siječnja 2022. godine s početkom u 9 sati odgađa se do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje. Stranke će o daljnjem tijeku postupka biti obaviješteni pisanim putem – rekli su na Općinskom sudu u Zadru.

Nakon oglasa o javnoj prodaji bivše tvornice šivaćih strojeva u kojoj je na vrhuncu poslovanja radilo oko četiri tisuće radnika za početnu cijenu od 33.250.000 kuna, Bralin odvjetnik Jadranko Črnko tražio je obustavu navodeći kako bi se time prodala i parcela koja je u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika, a koja nije dijelom ovrhe zbog koje se postrojenje i prodaje. Riječ je o 1109 metara četvornih velikoj čestici na južnom dijelu terena u vlasništvu tvrtke Caducaeus medic, odnosno Brale koji je kupio Bagatovu "Trgovinu".

Raniju odluku o prodaji dijela bivše Bagatove tvornice donio je Općinski sud u Zadru u ovršnom postupku splitske tvrtke Malu Projekt d.o.o. za poslovanje nekretninama, čiji je vlasnik Tommy 1992 d.o.o. Ta je tvrtka zbog nevraćenog kredita od 4,5 milijuna eura, ovršila zagrebačku tvrtku "Euro Ivi" u vlasništvu hercegovačkog tajkuna Milana Lučića, bivšeg partnera pjevačice Severine, koja je bila upisana na "Bagatovo" zemljište. Lučičeva tvrtka završila je u stečaju 2012. godine kojeg je pokrenula Hypo Alpe-Adria banka jer "Euro Ivi" nije vraćao sporni kredit od 4,5 milijuna eura. Prethodno je "Euro Ivi" kupio čitav prostor tvornice u suradnji sa zadarskom tvrtkom "Lignum", a dio zemljišta prodali su "Lidlu" koji je tamo izgradio trgovinski centar.

Za početnu cijenu od 33.250.000 kuna 'na bubnju' su se trebale naći dvije industrijske zgrade, jedna površine 21.285, a druga 290 metara četvornih, te dva industrijska dvorišta veličine 746 i 167 metara četvornih.

Prodaja 22.355 metara četvornih velikog dijela industrijskog postrojenja bivše tvornice "Bagat" koja se trebala naći 'na bubnju' Općinskog suda u Zadru 24. siječnja odgođena je nakon što je obustavu javne dražbe tražila tvrtka Caducaeus medic d.o.o. iz Islama Latinskog u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika Roka Brale. Kako nam je potvrdio glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Davor Dubravica dražbena prodaja dijela bivše tvornice odgođena je do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje.

- Prvo dražbeno ročište zakazano za dan 24. siječnja 2022. godine s početkom u 9 sati odgađa se do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje. Stranke će o daljnjem tijeku postupka biti obaviješteni pisanim putem – rekli su na Općinskom sudu u Zadru.

Nakon oglasa o javnoj prodaji bivše tvornice šivaćih strojeva u kojoj je na vrhuncu poslovanja radilo oko četiri tisuće radnika za početnu cijenu od 33.250.000 kuna, Bralin odvjetnik Jadranko Črnko tražio je obustavu navodeći kako bi se time prodala i parcela koja je u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika, a koja nije dijelom ovrhe zbog koje se postrojenje i prodaje. Riječ je o 1109 metara četvornih velikoj čestici na južnom dijelu terena u vlasništvu tvrtke Caducaeus medic, odnosno Brale koji je kupio Bagatovu "Trgovinu".

Raniju odluku o prodaji dijela bivše Bagatove tvornice donio je Općinski sud u Zadru u ovršnom postupku splitske tvrtke Malu Projekt d.o.o. za poslovanje nekretninama, čiji je vlasnik Tommy 1992 d.o.o. Ta je tvrtka zbog nevraćenog kredita od 4,5 milijuna eura, ovršila zagrebačku tvrtku "Euro Ivi" u vlasništvu hercegovačkog tajkuna Milana Lučića, bivšeg partnera pjevačice Severine, koja je bila upisana na "Bagatovo" zemljište. Lučičeva tvrtka završila je u stečaju 2012. godine kojeg je pokrenula Hypo Alpe-Adria banka jer "Euro Ivi" nije vraćao sporni kredit od 4,5 milijuna eura. Prethodno je "Euro Ivi" kupio čitav prostor tvornice u suradnji sa zadarskom tvrtkom "Lignum", a dio zemljišta prodali su "Lidlu" koji je tamo izgradio trgovinski centar.

Za početnu cijenu od 33.250.000 kuna 'na bubnju' su se trebale naći dvije industrijske zgrade, jedna površine 21.285, a druga 290 metara četvornih, te dva industrijska dvorišta veličine 746 i 167 metara četvornih.

‘Bagat‘ ipak još neće ‘na bubanj‘: prodaja dijela tvornice odgođena nakon što je obustavu tražio zadarski poduzetnik Roko Brala!

Prodaja 22.355 metara četvornih velikog dijela industrijskog postrojenja bivše tvornice "Bagat" koja se trebala naći 'na bubnju' Općinskog suda u Zadru 24. siječnja odgođena je nakon što je obustavu javne dražbe tražila tvrtka Caducaeus medic d.o.o. iz Islama Latinskog u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika Roka Brale. Kako nam je potvrdio glasnogovornik Općinskog suda u Zadru Davor Dubravica dražbena prodaja dijela bivše tvornice odgođena je do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje.

- Prvo dražbeno ročište zakazano za dan 24. siječnja 2022. godine s početkom u 9 sati odgađa se do odluke o prijedlogu treće osobe radi nedopuštenosti ovrhe i prekida dražbene prodaje. Stranke će o daljnjem tijeku postupka biti obaviješteni pisanim putem – rekli su na Općinskom sudu u Zadru.

Nakon oglasa o javnoj prodaji bivše tvornice šivaćih strojeva u kojoj je na vrhuncu poslovanja radilo oko četiri tisuće radnika za početnu cijenu od 33.250.000 kuna, Bralin odvjetnik Jadranko Črnko tražio je obustavu navodeći kako bi se time prodala i parcela koja je u vlasništvu zadarskog poduzetnika, a koja nije dijelom ovrhe zbog koje se postrojenje i prodaje. Riječ je o 1109 metara četvornih velikoj čestici na južnom dijelu terena u vlasništvu tvrtke Caducaeus medic, odnosno Brale koji je kupio Bagatovu "Trgovinu".
