Županijski sud u Zagrebu priopćio je da je Tomislavu Horvatinčiću izvršavanje kazne zatvora odgođeno do 30. rujna te da mu je naloženo da se, radi izvršavanja kazne, osobno javi 1. listopada u Centar za dijagnostiku u Zagrebu.

Rješenje je donio sudac izvršenja nakon pribavljanja stručnog mišljenja liječnika Zatvorske bolnice u Zagrebu o mogućnostima liječenja osuđenika u okvirima zatvorskog sustava u RH, stoji u priopćenju suda vezano za napise u medijima o tome zašto osuđenik Horvatinčić nije na odsluženju zatvorske kazne.

Sud je precizirao da su nakon pregleda liječničke dokumentacije liječnici odgovarajućih specijalizacija dostavili sucu mišljenje prema kojem se kod Horvatinčića radi o znatnom pogoršanju postojeće kronične bolesti koja se ne može liječiti unutar zatvorskog sustava.

''Ovakva odluka suca izvršenja sukladna je dosadašnjoj sudskoj praksi i ni po čemu se ne razlikuje od postupanja u drugim sličnim slučajevima'', ističe se u sudskom priopćenju.

Horvatinčiću je kazna od četiri godine i 10 mjeseci zatvora izrečena u prosincu pravomoćnom presudom šibenskog Općinskog suda kojom je proglašen krivim za izazivanje pomorske nesreće u kolovozu 2011. kada je svojim gliserom usmrtio talijanski bračni par Francesco i Marinelda Salpietro.

Protiv Horvatinčića su se prije toga vodila tri sudska postupka. Prva dva vodila je sutkinja Općinskog suda u Šibeniku Maja Šupe, koja ga je 2015. osudila na uvjetnu kaznu, a na ponovljenom suđenju 2017. oslobodila krivnje.

Ranije je već odgodio izdržavanje kazne jer, tvrdi, zbog zdravstvenog stanja ne može u zatvor. Horvatinčić se već godinama bori sa zloćudnom bolešću, a posljednji put se javio sucu izvršenja 9. ožujka kada mu je određen rok od tri dana da preda medicinsku dokumentaciju na temelju koje će tražiti odgodu odlaska na odsluženje kazne.

Horvatinčić je, međutim, 12. ožujka podnio molbu da mu se odgodi odlazak u zatvor zbog zdravstvenih razloga čime je njegov boravak iza rešetaka odgođen do donošenja rješenja. Ministarstvo pravosuđa je u međuvremenu donijelo upute sudovima usmjerene na prevenciju širenja koronavirusa da do daljnjeg ne šalju na odsluženje zatvorskih kazni osuđenike na blaže kazne.

Županijski sud u Zagrebu priopćio je da je Tomislavu Horvatinčiću izvršavanje kazne zatvora odgođeno do 30. rujna te da mu je naloženo da se, radi izvršavanja kazne, osobno javi 1. listopada u Centar za dijagnostiku u Zagrebu.

Rješenje je donio sudac izvršenja nakon pribavljanja stručnog mišljenja liječnika Zatvorske bolnice u Zagrebu o mogućnostima liječenja osuđenika u okvirima zatvorskog sustava u RH, stoji u priopćenju suda vezano za napise u medijima o tome zašto osuđenik Horvatinčić nije na odsluženju zatvorske kazne.

Sud je precizirao da su nakon pregleda liječničke dokumentacije liječnici odgovarajućih specijalizacija dostavili sucu mišljenje prema kojem se kod Horvatinčića radi o znatnom pogoršanju postojeće kronične bolesti koja se ne može liječiti unutar zatvorskog sustava.

''Ovakva odluka suca izvršenja sukladna je dosadašnjoj sudskoj praksi i ni po čemu se ne razlikuje od postupanja u drugim sličnim slučajevima'', ističe se u sudskom priopćenju.

Horvatinčiću je kazna od četiri godine i 10 mjeseci zatvora izrečena u prosincu pravomoćnom presudom šibenskog Općinskog suda kojom je proglašen krivim za izazivanje pomorske nesreće u kolovozu 2011. kada je svojim gliserom usmrtio talijanski bračni par Francesco i Marinelda Salpietro.

Protiv Horvatinčića su se prije toga vodila tri sudska postupka. Prva dva vodila je sutkinja Općinskog suda u Šibeniku Maja Šupe, koja ga je 2015. osudila na uvjetnu kaznu, a na ponovljenom suđenju 2017. oslobodila krivnje.

Ranije je već odgodio izdržavanje kazne jer, tvrdi, zbog zdravstvenog stanja ne može u zatvor. Horvatinčić se već godinama bori sa zloćudnom bolešću, a posljednji put se javio sucu izvršenja 9. ožujka kada mu je određen rok od tri dana da preda medicinsku dokumentaciju na temelju koje će tražiti odgodu odlaska na odsluženje kazne.

Horvatinčić je, međutim, 12. ožujka podnio molbu da mu se odgodi odlazak u zatvor zbog zdravstvenih razloga čime je njegov boravak iza rešetaka odgođen do donošenja rješenja. Ministarstvo pravosuđa je u međuvremenu donijelo upute sudovima usmjerene na prevenciju širenja koronavirusa da do daljnjeg ne šalju na odsluženje zatvorskih kazni osuđenike na blaže kazne.

Županijski sud u Zagrebu priopćio je da je Tomislavu Horvatinčiću izvršavanje kazne zatvora odgođeno do 30. rujna te da mu je naloženo da se, radi izvršavanja kazne, osobno javi 1. listopada u Centar za dijagnostiku u Zagrebu.

Rješenje je donio sudac izvršenja nakon pribavljanja stručnog mišljenja liječnika Zatvorske bolnice u Zagrebu o mogućnostima liječenja osuđenika u okvirima zatvorskog sustava u RH, stoji u priopćenju suda vezano za napise u medijima o tome zašto osuđenik Horvatinčić nije na odsluženju zatvorske kazne.

Sud je precizirao da su nakon pregleda liječničke dokumentacije liječnici odgovarajućih specijalizacija dostavili sucu mišljenje prema kojem se kod Horvatinčića radi o znatnom pogoršanju postojeće kronične bolesti koja se ne može liječiti unutar zatvorskog sustava.

''Ovakva odluka suca izvršenja sukladna je dosadašnjoj sudskoj praksi i ni po čemu se ne razlikuje od postupanja u drugim sličnim slučajevima'', ističe se u sudskom priopćenju.

Horvatinčiću je kazna od četiri godine i 10 mjeseci zatvora izrečena u prosincu pravomoćnom presudom šibenskog Općinskog suda kojom je proglašen krivim za izazivanje pomorske nesreće u kolovozu 2011. kada je svojim gliserom usmrtio talijanski bračni par Francesco i Marinelda Salpietro.

Protiv Horvatinčića su se prije toga vodila tri sudska postupka. Prva dva vodila je sutkinja Općinskog suda u Šibeniku Maja Šupe, koja ga je 2015. osudila na uvjetnu kaznu, a na ponovljenom suđenju 2017. oslobodila krivnje.

Ranije je već odgodio izdržavanje kazne jer, tvrdi, zbog zdravstvenog stanja ne može u zatvor. Horvatinčić se već godinama bori sa zloćudnom bolešću, a posljednji put se javio sucu izvršenja 9. ožujka kada mu je određen rok od tri dana da preda medicinsku dokumentaciju na temelju koje će tražiti odgodu odlaska na odsluženje kazne.

Horvatinčić je, međutim, 12. ožujka podnio molbu da mu se odgodi odlazak u zatvor zbog zdravstvenih razloga čime je njegov boravak iza rešetaka odgođen do donošenja rješenja. Ministarstvo pravosuđa je u međuvremenu donijelo upute sudovima usmjerene na prevenciju širenja koronavirusa da do daljnjeg ne šalju na odsluženje zatvorskih kazni osuđenike na blaže kazne.
