Po procjeni direktora „Tržnice” Tomislava Letinića od utorka se trgovci i kupci na zadarskoj ribarnici puno bolje pridržavaju epidemioloških mjera zaštite nego svih prethodnih mjeseci. Silna uvjeravanja nisu urodila plodom, pa je nakon pet-šest jalovih upozorenja Civilna zaštita na ribarnicu konačno poslala inspekciju.

-Da, od jutros je primjetno da se svi, i prodavači i kupci, pridržavaju propisanih mjera, sada je sve kako treba biti. Osigurana su sredstva za dezinfekciju na ulazu u ribarnicu, ljudi nose maske. Od početka izbijanja epidemije mi smo pokušavali provesti sve što se od nas tražilo, ali jednostavno nije išlo, trgovci su skidali maske, a pleksiglas pregrade su skidane, kaže Letinić.

Direktor „Tržnice” priznaje da je ribarnica proteklih mjeseci izgledala kao da se ništa ne događa, ali to objašnjava činjenicom da su nakon početnog pridržavanja epidemiološke mjere jednostavno popustile, naišla je turistička sezona i sve je postalo - „labavo”!

-U takvim smo okolnostima dopustili trgovcima da se malo slobodnije ponašaju, komentira Letinić.

Zato je nakon uvjeravanja, Stožer civilne zaštite odlučio pozvati inspekciju, ali više nije bila u pitanju preporuka nego naredba da se u roku od 24 sata stanje na ribarnici uskladi s propisanim mjerama. I to pod prijetnjom financijskog kažnjavanja!

-To je puno ozbiljnije shvaćeno, jer je trgovcima postalo jasno da nije samo „Tržnica” pred plaćanjem kazne nego se to odnosi i na njih. Pred nama je još dogovor sa županijskom Stožerom oko kontrole broja kupaca na vanjskom prostoru tržnice, gdje će nakon ribarnice također biti postavljene pregrade od pleksiglasa, najavljuje direktor Letinić i otkriva podatak o šteti koju je gradsko poduzeće pretrpjelo pokušavajući na štandove postaviti pregrade od pleksiglasa.

Pružajući otpor novom načinu rada, trgovci su ih ne samo sklanjali i bacali, nego su mnoge od tih pregrada razbijene.

-Imali smo stotinjak uništenih pregrada, a svaka od njih košta 500-600 kuna, pa smo samo zbog toga dodatno potrošili oko 50.000 kuna. Moramo naći načina da se to ne događa i ubuduće, u popodnevnim satima, pa ćemo morati angažirati zaštitare. Pogotovo zato što će pleksiglas ili neka jeftinija, ali odgovarajuća vrsta fizičke pregrade biti postavljena i na vanjskom dijelu tržnice, kaže Letinić.

Ispada da je ozbiljnost provođenja epidemioloških mjera zaživjela tek kada je na pomolu bilo financijsko kažnjavanje.

Po procjeni direktora „Tržnice” Tomislava Letinića od utorka se trgovci i kupci na zadarskoj ribarnici puno bolje pridržavaju epidemioloških mjera zaštite nego svih prethodnih mjeseci. Silna uvjeravanja nisu urodila plodom, pa je nakon pet-šest jalovih upozorenja Civilna zaštita na ribarnicu konačno poslala inspekciju.

-Da, od jutros je primjetno da se svi, i prodavači i kupci, pridržavaju propisanih mjera, sada je sve kako treba biti. Osigurana su sredstva za dezinfekciju na ulazu u ribarnicu, ljudi nose maske. Od početka izbijanja epidemije mi smo pokušavali provesti sve što se od nas tražilo, ali jednostavno nije išlo, trgovci su skidali maske, a pleksiglas pregrade su skidane, kaže Letinić.

Direktor „Tržnice” priznaje da je ribarnica proteklih mjeseci izgledala kao da se ništa ne događa, ali to objašnjava činjenicom da su nakon početnog pridržavanja epidemiološke mjere jednostavno popustile, naišla je turistička sezona i sve je postalo - „labavo”!

-U takvim smo okolnostima dopustili trgovcima da se malo slobodnije ponašaju, komentira Letinić.

Zato je nakon uvjeravanja, Stožer civilne zaštite odlučio pozvati inspekciju, ali više nije bila u pitanju preporuka nego naredba da se u roku od 24 sata stanje na ribarnici uskladi s propisanim mjerama. I to pod prijetnjom financijskog kažnjavanja!

-To je puno ozbiljnije shvaćeno, jer je trgovcima postalo jasno da nije samo „Tržnica” pred plaćanjem kazne nego se to odnosi i na njih. Pred nama je još dogovor sa županijskom Stožerom oko kontrole broja kupaca na vanjskom prostoru tržnice, gdje će nakon ribarnice također biti postavljene pregrade od pleksiglasa, najavljuje direktor Letinić i otkriva podatak o šteti koju je gradsko poduzeće pretrpjelo pokušavajući na štandove postaviti pregrade od pleksiglasa.

Pružajući otpor novom načinu rada, trgovci su ih ne samo sklanjali i bacali, nego su mnoge od tih pregrada razbijene.

-Imali smo stotinjak uništenih pregrada, a svaka od njih košta 500-600 kuna, pa smo samo zbog toga dodatno potrošili oko 50.000 kuna. Moramo naći načina da se to ne događa i ubuduće, u popodnevnim satima, pa ćemo morati angažirati zaštitare. Pogotovo zato što će pleksiglas ili neka jeftinija, ali odgovarajuća vrsta fizičke pregrade biti postavljena i na vanjskom dijelu tržnice, kaže Letinić.

Ispada da je ozbiljnost provođenja epidemioloških mjera zaživjela tek kada je na pomolu bilo financijsko kažnjavanje.
