Na adrese nekoliko zadarskih medija proteklih je dana stiglo upozorenje po kojemu je zgrada zadarskog Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži u Ulici bana Josipa Jelačića „nekidan prodana na sumnjiv način sumnjivim ljudima koji će zgradu prenamijeniti u hotel”. Međutim, iz Doma i iz Centra za socijalnu skrb odlučno demantiraju te navode. O tome smo razgovarali i s Marijom Pletikosom, državnom tajnicom Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

-Ma kakva prodaja?! Nema govora! Pa 15. siječnja izabrani izvođač radova će započeti obnovu i adaptaciju zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži. Radi se o velikom projektu u kojega je uključeno više institucija iz oblasti socijalne skrbi koje će njegovim dovršetkom dobiti neusporedivo kvalitetnije uvjete rada i podići razinu skrbi za svoje korisnike, kaže Marija Pletikosa.

Objašnjavajući o koliko opsežnom projektu se radi, Pletikosa navodi kako je za njegovu realizaciju osigurano preko 22 milijuna kuna od čega je 15 milijuna kuna bespovratno stiglo iz fonda za regionalni razvoj Europske unije, dok je ostatak od 7,2 milijuna stigao iz državnog proračuna.

-Zadarski Centar za socijalnu skrb ima 60-ak zaposlenika koji trenutno rade u vrlo skučenom prostoru u jednom od „Pet nebodera”. Završetkom obnove zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži, u tu će zgradu useliti Centar za socijalnu skrb, tu će biti smješten i Obiteljski centar, a u prizemlju će biti uređena moderna kuhinja s odgovarajućim kapacitetima za djecu i za korisnike Doma sv. Frane, kaže Pletikosa napominjući da će uprava Doma po završetku zgrade dobiti prostor u jednom od „Pet nebodera” kojeg sada koristi Centar za socijalnu skrb i u kojem je predviđeno pružanje usluga poludnevnog boravka.

Dok obnova ne bude dovršena, zaposlenicima Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži na raspolaganju je bivši prostor OŠ „Voštarnica”, a korisnici su u već započetom procesu deinstitucionalizacije smješteni u stanovima.

-Po jedan takav stan osigurali su Ministarstvo državne imovine i Grad Zadar, a nekoliko je stanova u najmu i to je sastavni dio već započetog procesa uvođenja drugačijeg načina rada Doma. Uz to, Grad Zadar je Domu dodijelio zemljište u Crnom na kojemu će za djecu biti izgrađena kuća i, koliko znam, za gradnju te kuće već je izdana građevinska dozvola i vrlo brzo se može očekivati javni natječaj za izbor izvođača radova. Dakle, nema govora ni o kakvoj prodaji zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži, zaključuje Marija Pletikosa.

Na adrese nekoliko zadarskih medija proteklih je dana stiglo upozorenje po kojemu je zgrada zadarskog Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži u Ulici bana Josipa Jelačića „nekidan prodana na sumnjiv način sumnjivim ljudima koji će zgradu prenamijeniti u hotel”. Međutim, iz Doma i iz Centra za socijalnu skrb odlučno demantiraju te navode. O tome smo razgovarali i s Marijom Pletikosom, državnom tajnicom Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

-Ma kakva prodaja?! Nema govora! Pa 15. siječnja izabrani izvođač radova će započeti obnovu i adaptaciju zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži. Radi se o velikom projektu u kojega je uključeno više institucija iz oblasti socijalne skrbi koje će njegovim dovršetkom dobiti neusporedivo kvalitetnije uvjete rada i podići razinu skrbi za svoje korisnike, kaže Marija Pletikosa.

Objašnjavajući o koliko opsežnom projektu se radi, Pletikosa navodi kako je za njegovu realizaciju osigurano preko 22 milijuna kuna od čega je 15 milijuna kuna bespovratno stiglo iz fonda za regionalni razvoj Europske unije, dok je ostatak od 7,2 milijuna stigao iz državnog proračuna.

-Zadarski Centar za socijalnu skrb ima 60-ak zaposlenika koji trenutno rade u vrlo skučenom prostoru u jednom od „Pet nebodera”. Završetkom obnove zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži, u tu će zgradu useliti Centar za socijalnu skrb, tu će biti smješten i Obiteljski centar, a u prizemlju će biti uređena moderna kuhinja s odgovarajućim kapacitetima za djecu i za korisnike Doma sv. Frane, kaže Pletikosa napominjući da će uprava Doma po završetku zgrade dobiti prostor u jednom od „Pet nebodera” kojeg sada koristi Centar za socijalnu skrb i u kojem je predviđeno pružanje usluga poludnevnog boravka.

Dok obnova ne bude dovršena, zaposlenicima Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži na raspolaganju je bivši prostor OŠ „Voštarnica”, a korisnici su u već započetom procesu deinstitucionalizacije smješteni u stanovima.

-Po jedan takav stan osigurali su Ministarstvo državne imovine i Grad Zadar, a nekoliko je stanova u najmu i to je sastavni dio već započetog procesa uvođenja drugačijeg načina rada Doma. Uz to, Grad Zadar je Domu dodijelio zemljište u Crnom na kojemu će za djecu biti izgrađena kuća i, koliko znam, za gradnju te kuće već je izdana građevinska dozvola i vrlo brzo se može očekivati javni natječaj za izbor izvođača radova. Dakle, nema govora ni o kakvoj prodaji zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži, zaključuje Marija Pletikosa.

Marija Pletikosa: „Nema govora o prodaji zgrade zadarskog Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži čija obnova počinje 15. siječnja!” Evo što se planira...

Na adrese nekoliko zadarskih medija proteklih je dana stiglo upozorenje po kojemu je zgrada zadarskog Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži u Ulici bana Josipa Jelačića „nekidan prodana na sumnjiv način sumnjivim ljudima koji će zgradu prenamijeniti u hotel”. Međutim, iz Doma i iz Centra za socijalnu skrb odlučno demantiraju te navode. O tome smo razgovarali i s Marijom Pletikosom, državnom tajnicom Ministarstva rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

-Ma kakva prodaja?! Nema govora! Pa 15. siječnja izabrani izvođač radova će započeti obnovu i adaptaciju zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži. Radi se o velikom projektu u kojega je uključeno više institucija iz oblasti socijalne skrbi koje će njegovim dovršetkom dobiti neusporedivo kvalitetnije uvjete rada i podići razinu skrbi za svoje korisnike, kaže Marija Pletikosa.

Objašnjavajući o koliko opsežnom projektu se radi, Pletikosa navodi kako je za njegovu realizaciju osigurano preko 22 milijuna kuna od čega je 15 milijuna kuna bespovratno stiglo iz fonda za regionalni razvoj Europske unije, dok je ostatak od 7,2 milijuna stigao iz državnog proračuna.

-Zadarski Centar za socijalnu skrb ima 60-ak zaposlenika koji trenutno rade u vrlo skučenom prostoru u jednom od „Pet nebodera”. Završetkom obnove zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži, u tu će zgradu useliti Centar za socijalnu skrb, tu će biti smješten i Obiteljski centar, a u prizemlju će biti uređena moderna kuhinja s odgovarajućim kapacitetima za djecu i za korisnike Doma sv. Frane, kaže Pletikosa napominjući da će uprava Doma po završetku zgrade dobiti prostor u jednom od „Pet nebodera” kojeg sada koristi Centar za socijalnu skrb i u kojem je predviđeno pružanje usluga poludnevnog boravka.

Dok obnova ne bude dovršena, zaposlenicima Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži na raspolaganju je bivši prostor OŠ „Voštarnica”, a korisnici su u već započetom procesu deinstitucionalizacije smješteni u stanovima.

-Po jedan takav stan osigurali su Ministarstvo državne imovine i Grad Zadar, a nekoliko je stanova u najmu i to je sastavni dio već započetog procesa uvođenja drugačijeg načina rada Doma. Uz to, Grad Zadar je Domu dodijelio zemljište u Crnom na kojemu će za djecu biti izgrađena kuća i, koliko znam, za gradnju te kuće već je izdana građevinska dozvola i vrlo brzo se može očekivati javni natječaj za izbor izvođača radova. Dakle, nema govora ni o kakvoj prodaji zgrade Doma za odgoj djece i mladeži, zaključuje Marija Pletikosa.
