Nakon što je Europska komisija u srijedu Hrvatskoj uputila službenu opomenu zbog utvrđenih ozbiljnih nedostataka u praćenju prijevoza i stavljanja plavoperajne tune u kaveze, o čemu je prošlog mjeseca javno istupio Marko Pupić Bakrač, ribarski inspektor i vijećnik Akcije mladih u Skupštini Zadarske županije, reagirali su iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

- U tekstu se netočno dovodi u vezu i implicira da je pristigla opomena Europske komisije povezana sa slučajem na uzgajalištu tijekom 2020. godine, a nastavno na članke objavljene u vezi izjava ribarskog inspektora Marka Pupića Bakrača o „nelegalnim“ radnjama - ističu iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede referirajući se na izjave Pupića Bakrača o navodno nelegalnim poslovima djelatnika Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ali i sumnjivim radnjama povezanim sa iskrcajem sitne plave ribe namijenjene tunogojilištima. 

- Ovim putem naglašavamo da je službena opomena dostavljena na temelju provedenog nadzora od strane službenika EK u ljeto 2019. godine te se odnosi isključivo na nalaze utvrđene istom prilikom. Nakon provedenog nadzora, Europska komisija je dostavila Akcijski plan za otklanjanje utvrđenih manjkavosti te je temeljem istog Ministarstvo poljoprivrede odmah poduzelo niz mjera za unaprjeđenje sustava kontrole na način da su izmijenjeni nacionalni propisi, provedene dodatne edukacije inspektora, pokrenute odgovarajuće mjere prema prekršiteljima, unaprijeđene procedure za ovjeravanje dokumentacije te su pojačane kontrole na uzgajalištima. Na ovaj način unaprijeđeni paket mjera kontrole na snazi je od prve polovice 2020. godine.

U skladu s procedurom kod pokretanja službene opomene, Hrvatska će detaljno izvijestiti Europsku komisiju o svim poduzetim mjerama, a Ministarstvo poljoprivrede smatra da su na taj način otklonjeni utvrđeni nedostaci - ističu iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Podsjetimo, EK je pozvala Hrvatsku da poštuje pravila EU-a kako bi osigurala učinkovit sustav praćenja, kontrole i inspekcije u uzgajalištima plavoperajne tune. Nacionalna tijela trebala bi osigurati učinkovitu provjeru, točnost i validaciju podataka te bi trebala istražiti potencijalne slučajeve nepoštivanja i poduzeti administrativne ili kaznene mjere protiv onih koji su odgovorni za kršenje zakona EU-a, navodi Komisija koja smatra da Hrvatska nije poduzela potrebne korake za rješavanje ovih nedostataka, Hrvatska je dobila rok od dva mjeseca za odgovor na ovu opomenu i poduzimanje potrebnih mjera.

- Izjava ribarskog inspektora Marka Pupića Bakrača se odnose na konkretan slučaj uvoza i nasada tune iz druge polovice 2020. godine, dakle nakon nacionalnog unaprjeđenja sustava kontrole te prema izmijenjenim procedurama. Imajući ovo u vidu, kao i dosadašnje izjave na ovu temu, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede i nadalje tvrdi da u konkretnom slučaju niti jedan od iznesenih navoda Marka Pupića Bakrača nije utemeljen. Kao što je i ranije isticano, u konkretnom slučaju, provedene su sve propisane procedure, izvršena je kontrola cjelovite dokumentacije te je svim odlukama prethodila iscrpna provjera i konzultacije sa svim relevantnim dionicima.“, poručuju iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Nakon što je Europska komisija u srijedu Hrvatskoj uputila službenu opomenu zbog utvrđenih ozbiljnih nedostataka u praćenju prijevoza i stavljanja plavoperajne tune u kaveze, o čemu je prošlog mjeseca javno istupio Marko Pupić Bakrač, ribarski inspektor i vijećnik Akcije mladih u Skupštini Zadarske županije, reagirali su iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

- U tekstu se netočno dovodi u vezu i implicira da je pristigla opomena Europske komisije povezana sa slučajem na uzgajalištu tijekom 2020. godine, a nastavno na članke objavljene u vezi izjava ribarskog inspektora Marka Pupića Bakrača o „nelegalnim“ radnjama - ističu iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede referirajući se na izjave Pupića Bakrača o navodno nelegalnim poslovima djelatnika Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ali i sumnjivim radnjama povezanim sa iskrcajem sitne plave ribe namijenjene tunogojilištima. 

- Ovim putem naglašavamo da je službena opomena dostavljena na temelju provedenog nadzora od strane službenika EK u ljeto 2019. godine te se odnosi isključivo na nalaze utvrđene istom prilikom. Nakon provedenog nadzora, Europska komisija je dostavila Akcijski plan za otklanjanje utvrđenih manjkavosti te je temeljem istog Ministarstvo poljoprivrede odmah poduzelo niz mjera za unaprjeđenje sustava kontrole na način da su izmijenjeni nacionalni propisi, provedene dodatne edukacije inspektora, pokrenute odgovarajuće mjere prema prekršiteljima, unaprijeđene procedure za ovjeravanje dokumentacije te su pojačane kontrole na uzgajalištima. Na ovaj način unaprijeđeni paket mjera kontrole na snazi je od prve polovice 2020. godine.

U skladu s procedurom kod pokretanja službene opomene, Hrvatska će detaljno izvijestiti Europsku komisiju o svim poduzetim mjerama, a Ministarstvo poljoprivrede smatra da su na taj način otklonjeni utvrđeni nedostaci - ističu iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Podsjetimo, EK je pozvala Hrvatsku da poštuje pravila EU-a kako bi osigurala učinkovit sustav praćenja, kontrole i inspekcije u uzgajalištima plavoperajne tune. Nacionalna tijela trebala bi osigurati učinkovitu provjeru, točnost i validaciju podataka te bi trebala istražiti potencijalne slučajeve nepoštivanja i poduzeti administrativne ili kaznene mjere protiv onih koji su odgovorni za kršenje zakona EU-a, navodi Komisija koja smatra da Hrvatska nije poduzela potrebne korake za rješavanje ovih nedostataka, Hrvatska je dobila rok od dva mjeseca za odgovor na ovu opomenu i poduzimanje potrebnih mjera.

- Izjava ribarskog inspektora Marka Pupića Bakrača se odnose na konkretan slučaj uvoza i nasada tune iz druge polovice 2020. godine, dakle nakon nacionalnog unaprjeđenja sustava kontrole te prema izmijenjenim procedurama. Imajući ovo u vidu, kao i dosadašnje izjave na ovu temu, Ministarstvo poljoprivrede i nadalje tvrdi da u konkretnom slučaju niti jedan od iznesenih navoda Marka Pupića Bakrača nije utemeljen. Kao što je i ranije isticano, u konkretnom slučaju, provedene su sve propisane procedure, izvršena je kontrola cjelovite dokumentacije te je svim odlukama prethodila iscrpna provjera i konzultacije sa svim relevantnim dionicima.“, poručuju iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

Nakon što je Europska komisija u srijedu Hrvatskoj uputila službenu opomenu zbog utvrđenih ozbiljnih nedostataka u praćenju prijevoza i stavljanja plavoperajne tune u kaveze, o čemu je prošlog mjeseca javno istupio Marko Pupić Bakrač, ribarski inspektor i vijećnik Akcije mladih u Skupštini Zadarske županije, reagirali su iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede.

- U tekstu se netočno dovodi u vezu i implicira da je pristigla opomena Europske komisije povezana sa slučajem na uzgajalištu tijekom 2020. godine, a nastavno na članke objavljene u vezi izjava ribarskog inspektora Marka Pupića Bakrača o „nelegalnim“ radnjama - ističu iz Ministarstva poljoprivrede referirajući se na izjave Pupića Bakrača o navodno nelegalnim poslovima djelatnika Ministarstva poljoprivrede, ali i sumnjivim radnjama povezanim sa iskrcajem sitne plave ribe namijenjene tunogojilištima. 

- Ovim putem naglašavamo da je službena opomena dostavljena na temelju provedenog nadzora od strane službenika EK u ljeto 2019. godine te se odnosi isključivo na nalaze utvrđene istom prilikom.
