Ako živite u Zadru, imate jedan dodatni, financijski motiv za „odgađanje umiranja”: grobnica nema ili su toliko skupe da su mnogima nedohvatljive. Posljednjih 14 grobnica na zadarskom je Gradskom groblju izgrađeno pred ljeto prošle godine, a u Nasadima niti ne planiraju novu gradnju jer nemaju dovoljno prostora.

- Na Gradskom groblju imamo 6.881 grobnicu i na tome će ostati, potvrđuje direktor gradskog komunalnog poduzeća Josip Krnčević.

Mala je utjeha to što postoji mogućnost gradnje pretinca za urnu, ali i to košta oko 20.000 kuna. Što se krematorija tiče – ni njegova izgradnja nije u planu.

- Uz Gradsko groblje, mi upravljamo i s grobljem na Belafuži s 1.542 grobnice, u Kožinu ih imamo 206, na Ploči 243, a tu su i groblja u Crnom - sv. Nikole s 99 i sv. Petra s 29 grobnica. Ostala groblja na području Grada Zadra Nasadi nisu preuzeli, jer u tim sredinama upravljanje svojim grobljima doživljavaju kao tradiciju i ne žele ih prepustiti, objašnjava Krnčević i nastavlja.

Vrlo je slična situacija i s grobljima na otocima unutar administrativnih granica Grada Zadra.

- U posljednje se vrijeme javljaju inicijative da neka od tih groblja preuzmu Nasadi, ali to je sve još u početnoj fazi, tek smo krenuli s razgovorima. Moram reći i to da je pogrebničke i ukopne poslove teško organizirati iz Zadra, pa bismo dio službe morali stacionirati na nekom od otoka i na raspolaganju imati brod, napominje Josip Krnčević.

Što je s listama čekanja?

- Liste čekanja za kupnju grobnica postoje na svim grobljima, zbog toga smo i gradili 48 grobnica u Kožinu gdje se čekalo pet godina jer nam je trebao novi projekt i urbanistički plan uređenja. U Crnom smo prošle godine izgradili deset novih grobnica na koje se čeka oko godinu dana, izlaže direktor Nasada trenutnu statistiku,

Najveća lista čekanja za kupnju grobnice je za Gradsko groblje u Zadru, ali tih skoro 800 ljudi će ipak morati pričekati ili se upustiti u kupnju neke od grobnica u privatnom vlasništvu čije cijene znaju dosegnuti i 100.000 kuna. Dugoročno, spas leži u izgradnji Novog gradskog groblja iznad Crnog.

- Iz Grada stižu informacije da će gradnja početi u prvom tromjesečju sljedeće godine. Na prvom grobnom polju koje će se graditi predviđeno je 1.540 grobnica, što znači da će lista čekanja nestati u trenutku njegovog dovršetka, kaže direktor Krnčević.

Cijena grobnica različitih tipova na Novom gradskom groblju još nije poznata, ali ako je suditi po cijeni po kojoj su prodavane grobnice u Kožinu, moglo bi se raditi o iznosu do 50.000 kuna. Naime, u Kožinu su grobnice s tri ukopna mjesta prodavane za 40.000, a one sa šest mjesta za 47.000 kuna, pa se na temelju toga pretpostavlja da bi se cijene na Novom gradskom groblju trebale kretati oko tog iznosa.

Nasadi godišnje obave 40-ak kremacija

Lista za urne je neusporedivo kraća jer na njoj je svega 20 zahtjeva, kažu iz Nasada koji godišnje obave do 40 kremacija. Na Gradskom groblju ove godine ukopano je 407 ljudi, na Ploči 13, u Crnom i Kožinu po sedam, a na Belafuži je bilo 99 ukopa.

Posljednjih 14 grobnica na zadarskom je Gradskom groblju izgrađeno pred ljeto prošle godine, a u Nasadima niti ne planiraju novu gradnju jer nemaju dovoljno prostora.

- Na Gradskom groblju imamo 6.881 grobnicu i na tome će ostati, potvrđuje direktor gradskog komunalnog poduzeća Josip Krnčević.

Mala je utjeha to što postoji mogućnost gradnje pretinca za urnu, ali i to košta oko 20.000 kuna. Što se krematorija tiče – ni njegova izgradnja nije u planu.

- Uz Gradsko groblje, mi upravljamo i s grobljem na Belafuži s 1.542 grobnice, u Kožinu ih imamo 206, na Ploči 243, a tu su i groblja u Crnom - sv. Nikole s 99 i sv. Petra s 29 grobnica. Ostala groblja na području Grada Zadra Nasadi nisu preuzeli, jer u tim sredinama upravljanje svojim grobljima doživljavaju kao tradiciju i ne žele ih prepustiti, objašnjava Krnčević i nastavlja.

Vrlo je slična situacija i s grobljima na otocima unutar administrativnih granica Grada Zadra.

- U posljednje se vrijeme javljaju inicijative da neka od tih groblja preuzmu Nasadi, ali to je sve još u početnoj fazi, tek smo krenuli s razgovorima. Moram reći i to da je pogrebničke i ukopne poslove teško organizirati iz Zadra, pa bismo dio službe morali stacionirati na nekom od otoka i na raspolaganju imati brod, napominje Josip Krnčević.

Što je s listama čekanja?

- Liste čekanja za kupnju grobnica postoje na svim grobljima, zbog toga smo i gradili 48 grobnica u Kožinu gdje se čekalo pet godina jer nam je trebao novi projekt i urbanistički plan uređenja. U Crnom smo prošle godine izgradili deset novih grobnica na koje se čeka oko godinu dana, izlaže direktor Nasada trenutnu statistiku,

Najveća lista čekanja za kupnju grobnice je za Gradsko groblje u Zadru, ali tih skoro 800 ljudi će ipak morati pričekati ili se upustiti u kupnju neke od grobnica u privatnom vlasništvu čije cijene znaju dosegnuti i 100.000 kuna. Dugoročno, spas leži u izgradnji Novog gradskog groblja iznad Crnog.

- Iz Grada stižu informacije da će gradnja početi u prvom tromjesečju sljedeće godine. Na prvom grobnom polju koje će se graditi predviđeno je 1.540 grobnica, što znači da će lista čekanja nestati u trenutku njegovog dovršetka, kaže direktor Krnčević.

Cijena grobnica različitih tipova na Novom gradskom groblju još nije poznata, ali ako je suditi po cijeni po kojoj su prodavane grobnice u Kožinu, moglo bi se raditi o iznosu do 50.000 kuna. Naime, u Kožinu su grobnice s tri ukopna mjesta prodavane za 40.000, a one sa šest mjesta za 47.000 kuna, pa se na temelju toga pretpostavlja da bi se cijene na Novom gradskom groblju trebale kretati oko tog iznosa.

Nasadi godišnje obave 40-ak kremacija

Lista za urne je neusporedivo kraća jer na njoj je svega 20 zahtjeva, kažu iz Nasada koji godišnje obave do 40 kremacija. Na Gradskom groblju ove godine ukopano je 407 ljudi, na Ploči 13, u Crnom i Kožinu po sedam, a na Belafuži je bilo 99 ukopa.

Ako živite u Zadru, imate jedan dodatni, financijski motiv za „odgađanje umiranja”: grobnica nema ili su toliko skupe da su mnogima nedohvatljive.
