Odluka o naplati parkinga za stanare Poluotoka uskoro će se naći pred zadarskim gradskim vijećnicima. Trenutno se čini da bi mogao biti postignut kompromis između gradske uprave i stanovnika Poluotoka koji su bili nezadovoljni dosadašnjom organizacijom parkinga.

-Predlažu novu Odluku i prezentiraju se kao dobrodušni ljudi puni razumijevanja za probleme, pa vraćaju mogućnost kupovine druge povlaštene karte, ali i ovoga puta po uvećanoj cijeni od 1.200 kuna godišnje, uz ograničenja po zonama. Valjda im i onih 8,5 milijuna kuna u OPG-u Obala i lučice nije dovoljno pa su ponovno odlučili opaliti po stanarima Poluotoka. E pa, neće proći! Predložit ćemo izmjene Odluke na način da se uvede mogućnost kupovine druge godišnje pretplate za stanare po istom cjeniku kao i za prvo vozilo, te mogućnost parkinga u svim zonama (0,1,2,3,4) bez obzira na vremenski ili kalendarski period. Trebalo bi vratiti naljepnice ili kartice koje označavaju vozila s povlaštenom kartom i ukinuti javnobilježničke ovjere, kaže predsjednik GO SDP-a i gradski vijećnik Daniel Radeta.

Nitko nema ništa protiv ukidanja javnobilježničkih ovjera, ali iz onoga što najavljuje gradski komunalni pročelnik Robertino Dujela, to neće biti jedina promjena Odluke o naplati parkinga.

-Nulta zona, uz početne porođajne izolirane probleme u dijelu provedbe nadzora „Obala i lučica”, pokazala se dobrim rješenjem, jer u vrijeme najvećih ljetnih gužvi, građani Poluotoka su u nultim zonama mogli pronaći parkirno mjesto. Kao rezultat kontakta s gotovo svim inicijativama građana s Poluotoka, analizom trenutnog stanja, ide se u izmjene i dopune Odluke, kaže pročelnik  Dujela.

Iz gradske uprave navode da su poboljšani uvjeti parkiranja uz Trg sv. Frane, Ulici Sirac i na Poljani Plankit, dok se Požarišće nije moglo riješiti jer je riječ o državnom vlasništvu, a gradski je zahtjev odavno otišao u nekadašnje Ministarstvo državne imovine i od tada je na čekanju. Uz zgradu Carine na Poluotoku predviđeno je dodatnih tridesetak parkirnih mjesta, a od parkiranja iz Arsenala se odustalo jer na tom prostoru zbog zelenih površina nema dovoljno prostora za parkirna mjesta.

-Uz proširenje nulte zone, u interesu stanara Poluotoka predlažemo: za prvo vozilo za 50 kuna neograničeno korištenje nulte, prve, druge i četvrte zone tijekom cijele godine, a za drugo i svako ostalo vozilo neograničeno korištenje prve, druge i četvrte zone tijekom cijele godine za 100 kuna. Tih 100 kuna je prijedlog dijela stanara, umjesto sadašnjih 150. Nije nam cilj prihod Obale i lučica, već organizacija parkinga. Što se drugih vozila tiče, procjene govore da ih je od 150 do 200, a kroz savjetovanje cijena se može iskristalizirati i na 51 kunu, samo da sustav naplate razlikuje prvo od drugog vozila. Uostalom, razlika u ukupnom iznosu je zanemariva, oko 7.500 kuna. I predlagatelji misle da smo ovime napravili značajan iskorak, nulta zona je pogodak, zaključuje pročelnik Dujela.

Podzemne garaže na Bilom Brigu, Voštarnici i Višnjiku?

Po društvenim mrežama su se u raspravu oko načina naplate parkinga uključili i stanovnici drugih gradskih kvartova smatrajući da i njima, primjerice stanarima Bilog Briga, treba omogućiti normalno parkiranje. Pročelnik Robertino Dujela objašnjava da gradski Upravni odjel za graditeljstvo traži način na koji bi se riješio ili makar ublažio problem parkinga na Bilom Brigu, Višnjiku i Voštarnici. Dujela navodi da se izlaz vidi u gradnji javnih podzemnih garaža.

Time bismo povećali kapacitete parkirališta, ali ne zauzimanjem javnih površina, kaže Dujela dodajući da treba naći i model (su)financiranja izgradnje tih podzemnih garaža.

Odluka o naplati parkinga za stanare Poluotoka uskoro će se naći pred zadarskim gradskim vijećnicima. Trenutno se čini da bi mogao biti postignut kompromis između gradske uprave i stanovnika Poluotoka koji su bili nezadovoljni dosadašnjom organizacijom parkinga.

-Predlažu novu Odluku i prezentiraju se kao dobrodušni ljudi puni razumijevanja za probleme, pa vraćaju mogućnost kupovine druge povlaštene karte, ali i ovoga puta po uvećanoj cijeni od 1.200 kuna godišnje, uz ograničenja po zonama. Valjda im i onih 8,5 milijuna kuna u OPG-u Obala i lučice nije dovoljno pa su ponovno odlučili opaliti po stanarima Poluotoka. E pa, neće proći! Predložit ćemo izmjene Odluke na način da se uvede mogućnost kupovine druge godišnje pretplate za stanare po istom cjeniku kao i za prvo vozilo, te mogućnost parkinga u svim zonama (0,1,2,3,4) bez obzira na vremenski ili kalendarski period. Trebalo bi vratiti naljepnice ili kartice koje označavaju vozila s povlaštenom kartom i ukinuti javnobilježničke ovjere, kaže predsjednik GO SDP-a i gradski vijećnik Daniel Radeta.

Nitko nema ništa protiv ukidanja javnobilježničkih ovjera, ali iz onoga što najavljuje gradski komunalni pročelnik Robertino Dujela, to neće biti jedina promjena Odluke o naplati parkinga.

-Nulta zona, uz početne porođajne izolirane probleme u dijelu provedbe nadzora „Obala i lučica”, pokazala se dobrim rješenjem, jer u vrijeme najvećih ljetnih gužvi, građani Poluotoka su u nultim zonama mogli pronaći parkirno mjesto. Kao rezultat kontakta s gotovo svim inicijativama građana s Poluotoka, analizom trenutnog stanja, ide se u izmjene i dopune Odluke, kaže pročelnik  Dujela.

Iz gradske uprave navode da su poboljšani uvjeti parkiranja uz Trg sv. Frane, Ulici Sirac i na Poljani Plankit, dok se Požarišće nije moglo riješiti jer je riječ o državnom vlasništvu, a gradski je zahtjev odavno otišao u nekadašnje Ministarstvo državne imovine i od tada je na čekanju. Uz zgradu Carine na Poluotoku predviđeno je dodatnih tridesetak parkirnih mjesta, a od parkiranja iz Arsenala se odustalo jer na tom prostoru zbog zelenih površina nema dovoljno prostora za parkirna mjesta.

-Uz proširenje nulte zone, u interesu stanara Poluotoka predlažemo: za prvo vozilo za 50 kuna neograničeno korištenje nulte, prve, druge i četvrte zone tijekom cijele godine, a za drugo i svako ostalo vozilo neograničeno korištenje prve, druge i četvrte zone tijekom cijele godine za 100 kuna. Tih 100 kuna je prijedlog dijela stanara, umjesto sadašnjih 150. Nije nam cilj prihod Obale i lučica, već organizacija parkinga. Što se drugih vozila tiče, procjene govore da ih je od 150 do 200, a kroz savjetovanje cijena se može iskristalizirati i na 51 kunu, samo da sustav naplate razlikuje prvo od drugog vozila. Uostalom, razlika u ukupnom iznosu je zanemariva, oko 7.500 kuna. I predlagatelji misle da smo ovime napravili značajan iskorak, nulta zona je pogodak, zaključuje pročelnik Dujela.

Podzemne garaže na Bilom Brigu, Voštarnici i Višnjiku?

Po društvenim mrežama su se u raspravu oko načina naplate parkinga uključili i stanovnici drugih gradskih kvartova smatrajući da i njima, primjerice stanarima Bilog Briga, treba omogućiti normalno parkiranje. Pročelnik Robertino Dujela objašnjava da gradski Upravni odjel za graditeljstvo traži način na koji bi se riješio ili makar ublažio problem parkinga na Bilom Brigu, Višnjiku i Voštarnici. Dujela navodi da se izlaz vidi u gradnji javnih podzemnih garaža.

Time bismo povećali kapacitete parkirališta, ali ne zauzimanjem javnih površina, kaže Dujela dodajući da treba naći i model (su)financiranja izgradnje tih podzemnih garaža.

Na pomolu je kompromis između Grada i stanara oko parkiranja na Poluotoku, a za Višnjik, Bili Brig i Voštarnicu planira se gradnja podzemnih garaža!

Odluka o naplati parkinga za stanare Poluotoka uskoro će se naći pred zadarskim gradskim vijećnicima. Trenutno se čini da bi mogao biti postignut kompromis između gradske uprave i stanovnika Poluotoka koji su bili nezadovoljni dosadašnjom organizacijom parkinga.

-Predlažu novu Odluku i prezentiraju se kao dobrodušni ljudi puni razumijevanja za probleme, pa vraćaju mogućnost kupovine druge povlaštene karte, ali i ovoga puta po uvećanoj cijeni od 1.200 kuna godišnje, uz ograničenja po zonama. Valjda im i onih 8,5 milijuna kuna u OPG-u Obala i lučice nije dovoljno pa su ponovno odlučili opaliti po stanarima Poluotoka. E pa, neće proći! Predložit ćemo izmjene Odluke na način da se uvede mogućnost kupovine druge godišnje pretplate za stanare po istom cjeniku kao i za prvo vozilo, te mogućnost parkinga u svim zonama (0,1,2,3,4) bez obzira na vremenski ili kalendarski period. Trebalo bi vratiti naljepnice ili kartice koje označavaju vozila s povlaštenom kartom i ukinuti javnobilježničke ovjere, kaže predsjednik GO SDP-a i gradski vijećnik Daniel Radeta.

Nitko nema ništa protiv ukidanja javnobilježničkih ovjera, ali iz onoga što najavljuje gradski komunalni pročelnik Robertino Dujela, to neće biti jedina promjena Odluke o naplati parkinga.

-Nulta zona, uz početne porođajne izolirane probleme u dijelu provedbe nadzora „Obala i lučica”, pokazala se dobrim rješenjem, jer u vrijeme najvećih ljetnih gužvi, građani Poluotoka su u nultim zonama mogli pronaći parkirno mjesto.
