Ministar graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić je s načelnikom Općine Poličnik Davorom Lončarem posjetio radove na izgradnji nove stambene zone na ulazu u gospodarsku zonu Poličnik. Općina je to zemljište, koje je nekad bilo divlje odlagalište, dobila od države krajem 2018. godine, a radovi na infrastrukturi su na pola puta. Na tom je zemljištu moguća izgradnja ukupno 60 obiteljskih kuća, a trenutno je u izgradnji oko dvadesetak objekata.

- Ministar se došao uvjeriti da zemljište koje nam je država darovala privodimo svrsi. Sada smo na pola puta izgradnje vodovoda, kanalizacije i struje, a kad se to završi krenut ćemo s izgradnjom prometnica, nogostupa, oborinske odvodnje i javne rasvjete. Radovi bi na infrastrukturi, ako sve bude u redu, trebali završiti krajem ove godine, govori nam načelnik Lončar dodajući kako će za tri do pet godina na tom području živjeti oko tristotinjak ljudi.

Općina tu planira podići i dječji vrtić za koji je već osiguran prostor, a dio prostora će biti namijenjen za otvorena igrališta. Projekt će se zaokružiti i izgradnjom šetnice kroz maslinik koji djeluje kao "tampon zona" između gospodarske i stambene zone.

Načelnik Lončar je s ministrom Bačićem razgovarao o još jednom projektu kojeg Općina planira provesti.

- Općina Poličnik u svom sastavu ima prostora da na samom kraju Murvice, kod Karaule, gradi novu stambenu zonu i to ne samo za potrebe Općine već za sve koji nemaju riješeno stambeno pitanje, ističe načelnik dodajući kako projekt ne staje samo na zamisli već se nada da će jedan dio, a tiče se prirpeme dokumentacije, do kraja godine i realizirati.

- Potrebno je napraviti izmjenu prostorno planske dokumentacije. Iako je taj prostor građevna zona, ona je trenutno namijenjena za gospodarsku djelatnost. Ubrzo ćemo ići s izmjenom namjene tog prostora kako bi bila dozvoljena stambena gradnja, a potom i na izradu Urbanističkog plana uređenja kako bi definirali koridore i parcele za izgradnju kuća te sadržaja društvene namjene. Na tom bi se području, koje je trenutno državno zemljište, moglo napraviti od 150 do 200 obiteljskih kuća koje bi imale sve potrebne društvene sadržaje. Potrebno je napraviti pripremu kompletne dokumentacije kako bi od države mogli tražiti da nam da to zemljište na upravljanje, kaže Lončar i dodaje kako će se zemljišta, baš kao i u zoni koja je trenutno u izgradnji, prodavati po povlaštenoj cijeni, a cjelokupan prihod od prodaje ulagati u izgradnju komunalne infrastrukture za budue naselje.

- Ukoliko zakon to dopusti, Općina bi željela napraviti i tri do pet tipskih projekata kako bi na još jedan način olakšali mladima izgradnju obiteljskih kuća i ubrzali proces izgradnje. Dovršenje ovog projekta je moja osobna želja. To je idealna pozicija za živjeti s obitelji jer ste na pet minuta od grada. Nema dana da netko ne zove i ne pita što je s izgradnjom stambene zone. Ima interesa i prostora, a nadomak ste svih potrebnih sadržaja, istaknuo je načelnik pred čijom je Općinom velik, ali izazovan posao.

Lončaru je zato želja da se u cijeli projekt uključe Grad Zadar i Zadarska županija, a koliko će to biti moguće, saznat će se u narednom periodu.

Ministar graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić je s načelnikom Općine Poličnik Davorom Lončarem posjetio radove na izgradnji nove stambene zone na ulazu u gospodarsku zonu Poličnik. Općina je to zemljište, koje je nekad bilo divlje odlagalište, dobila od države krajem 2018. godine, a radovi na infrastrukturi su na pola puta. Na tom je zemljištu moguća izgradnja ukupno 60 obiteljskih kuća, a trenutno je u izgradnji oko dvadesetak objekata.

- Ministar se došao uvjeriti da zemljište koje nam je država darovala privodimo svrsi. Sada smo na pola puta izgradnje vodovoda, kanalizacije i struje, a kad se to završi krenut ćemo s izgradnjom prometnica, nogostupa, oborinske odvodnje i javne rasvjete. Radovi bi na infrastrukturi, ako sve bude u redu, trebali završiti krajem ove godine, govori nam načelnik Lončar dodajući kako će za tri do pet godina na tom području živjeti oko tristotinjak ljudi.

Općina tu planira podići i dječji vrtić za koji je već osiguran prostor, a dio prostora će biti namijenjen za otvorena igrališta. Projekt će se zaokružiti i izgradnjom šetnice kroz maslinik koji djeluje kao "tampon zona" između gospodarske i stambene zone.

Načelnik Lončar je s ministrom Bačićem razgovarao o još jednom projektu kojeg Općina planira provesti.

- Općina Poličnik u svom sastavu ima prostora da na samom kraju Murvice, kod Karaule, gradi novu stambenu zonu i to ne samo za potrebe Općine već za sve koji nemaju riješeno stambeno pitanje, ističe načelnik dodajući kako projekt ne staje samo na zamisli već se nada da će jedan dio, a tiče se prirpeme dokumentacije, do kraja godine i realizirati.

- Potrebno je napraviti izmjenu prostorno planske dokumentacije. Iako je taj prostor građevna zona, ona je trenutno namijenjena za gospodarsku djelatnost. Ubrzo ćemo ići s izmjenom namjene tog prostora kako bi bila dozvoljena stambena gradnja, a potom i na izradu Urbanističkog plana uređenja kako bi definirali koridore i parcele za izgradnju kuća te sadržaja društvene namjene. Na tom bi se području, koje je trenutno državno zemljište, moglo napraviti od 150 do 200 obiteljskih kuća koje bi imale sve potrebne društvene sadržaje. Potrebno je napraviti pripremu kompletne dokumentacije kako bi od države mogli tražiti da nam da to zemljište na upravljanje, kaže Lončar i dodaje kako će se zemljišta, baš kao i u zoni koja je trenutno u izgradnji, prodavati po povlaštenoj cijeni, a cjelokupan prihod od prodaje ulagati u izgradnju komunalne infrastrukture za budue naselje.

- Ukoliko zakon to dopusti, Općina bi željela napraviti i tri do pet tipskih projekata kako bi na još jedan način olakšali mladima izgradnju obiteljskih kuća i ubrzali proces izgradnje. Dovršenje ovog projekta je moja osobna želja. To je idealna pozicija za živjeti s obitelji jer ste na pet minuta od grada. Nema dana da netko ne zove i ne pita što je s izgradnjom stambene zone. Ima interesa i prostora, a nadomak ste svih potrebnih sadržaja, istaknuo je načelnik pred čijom je Općinom velik, ali izazovan posao.

Lončaru je zato želja da se u cijeli projekt uključe Grad Zadar i Zadarska županija, a koliko će to biti moguće, saznat će se u narednom periodu.

Poličnik kreće u izgradnju 200 obiteljskih kuća za sve koji nemaju riješeno stambeno pitanje! Načelnik Lončar: "Treba nam za to 3 do 5 godina"

Ministar graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić je s načelnikom Općine Poličnik Davorom Lončarem posjetio radove na izgradnji nove stambene zone na ulazu u gospodarsku zonu Poličnik. Općina je to zemljište, koje je nekad bilo divlje odlagalište, dobila od države krajem 2018. godine, a radovi na infrastrukturi su na pola puta. Na tom je zemljištu moguća izgradnja ukupno 60 obiteljskih kuća, a trenutno je u izgradnji oko dvadesetak objekata.

- Ministar se došao uvjeriti da zemljište koje nam je država darovala privodimo svrsi. Sada smo na pola puta izgradnje vodovoda, kanalizacije i struje, a kad se to završi krenut ćemo s izgradnjom prometnica, nogostupa, oborinske odvodnje i javne rasvjete. Radovi bi na infrastrukturi, ako sve bude u redu, trebali završiti krajem ove godine, govori nam načelnik Lončar dodajući kako će za tri do pet godina na tom području živjeti oko tristotinjak ljudi.

Općina tu planira podići i dječji vrtić za koji je već osiguran prostor, a dio prostora će biti namijenjen za otvorena igrališta. Projekt će se zaokružiti i izgradnjom šetnice kroz maslinik koji djeluje kao "tampon zona" između gospodarske i stambene zone.
