Optužnica kojom je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru bivšeg ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma u Zadru Stipicu Radoša, tereti za kazneno djelo protiv službene dužnosti zlouporabom položaja i ovlasti postala je pravomoćna. 

Radoš je optužen da je od 29. srpnja 2021. do 25. kolovoza 2021., u Zadru, kao ravnatelj doma počinio kazneno djelo u cilju da se materijalno okoristi. Iskoristio je okolnost što je Odlukom načelnika Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije za sprječavanje širenja zaraze korona virusom, dom određen kao covid karantena za strane državljane potencijalno oboljele od virusa COVID-19 koji borave na području Zadarske županije.

Od ukupno 24 korisnika karantene, u odnosu na deset stranih državljana koji su tu bili na taj način smješteni, zatražio je da se naknada za usluge smještaja i prehrane, umjesto na žiro račun riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave, uplati na njegov privatni tekući devizni račun.

Optužnica kojom je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru bivšeg ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma u Zadru Stipicu Radoša, tereti za kazneno djelo protiv službene dužnosti zlouporabom položaja i ovlasti postala je pravomoćna. 

Radoš je optužen da je od 29. srpnja 2021. do 25. kolovoza 2021., u Zadru, kao ravnatelj doma počinio kazneno djelo u cilju da se materijalno okoristi. Iskoristio je okolnost što je Odlukom načelnika Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije za sprječavanje širenja zaraze korona virusom, dom određen kao covid karantena za strane državljane potencijalno oboljele od virusa COVID-19 koji borave na području Zadarske županije.

Od ukupno 24 korisnika karantene, u odnosu na deset stranih državljana koji su tu bili na taj način smješteni, zatražio je da se naknada za usluge smještaja i prehrane, umjesto na žiro račun riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave, uplati na njegov privatni tekući devizni račun.

Pravomoćna optužnica protiv ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma u Zadru: trošak smještaja u domu koji je bio ‘korona karantena‘ uplaćivao na svoj račun!

Optužnica kojom je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru bivšeg ravnatelja Srednjoškolskog đačkog doma u Zadru Stipicu Radoša, tereti za kazneno djelo protiv službene dužnosti zlouporabom položaja i ovlasti postala je pravomoćna. 

Radoš je optužen da je od 29. srpnja 2021. do 25. kolovoza 2021., u Zadru, kao ravnatelj doma počinio kazneno djelo u cilju da se materijalno okoristi. Iskoristio je okolnost što je Odlukom načelnika Stožera civilne zaštite Zadarske županije za sprječavanje širenja zaraze korona virusom, dom određen kao covid karantena za strane državljane potencijalno oboljele od virusa COVID-19 koji borave na području Zadarske županije.

Od ukupno 24 korisnika karantene, u odnosu na deset stranih državljana koji su tu bili na taj način smješteni, zatražio je da se naknada za usluge smještaja i prehrane, umjesto na žiro račun riznice jedinice regionalne (područne) samouprave, uplati na njegov privatni tekući devizni račun.
