U Zadru se „u tišini” provodi jedan poprilično veliki projekt – rekonstrukcija vodotoka potoka Ričine, a kako doznajemo uz taj projekt planira se obnova Ulica Nikole Šopa, vrlo frekventne ulice koja vodi prema veletržnici i trgovačkim centrima Bauhaus i Supernova, ali je zbog uskog profila u jednom dijelu morala biti pretvorena u jednosmjernu, zbog čega su česte prometne gužve osobito u ljetnom razdoblju.

- Izrađujemo projektnu dokumentaciju za obnovu Ulice Nikole Šopa. Tamo će otkup biti iznimno zahtjevan u prvom dijelu te ulice jer su kuće praktično na samoj cesti. U drugom dijelu ulice, prije trgovačkog centra Bauhaus, otkup će biti relativno jednostavan, ali će tamo biti potrebno izgraditi ogroman potporni zid pa će trošak izvedbe biti velik. Zbog toga je ta ulica iznimno zahtjevna, ali s obzirom da se paralelno događa rekonstrukcija kanala, odnosno vodotok potoka Ričine od Supernove kao faza 1, te druga i treća faza prema Gradskom groblju, mi planiramo u istom vremenskom razdoblju rekonstrukciju ceste i uređenje vodotoka Ričine. Uz sam vodotok pokušali bi napraviti trim stazu, šetalište, dječji park... neku vrstu imitacije Savskog nasipa u Zagrebu s klupama, ljuljačkama, toboganima, streetwork spravama, ali naravno manjih gabarita.

To bi lijepo figuriralo uz taj vodotok koji doduše nije uvijek pun vode, ali bi se cijeli taj koridor uredio, od Ulice Nikole Šopa koja sada ima pomalo zapušten izgled, vodotoka Ričine do Bauhausa, odnosno Supernove. Taj bi se dio komunalno opremio i dotjerao, jer se radi frekvencijom i prometom o vrlo opterećenoj cestovnoj komunikaciji i to ne samo u ljetnim mjesecima. Imamo taj projekt u idejnom rješenju, ali smo ga dosta prilagođavali jer su kuće uz samu cestu, pa će biti vrlo zahtjevno napraviti širok prometni koridor, nogostup i ostale sadržaje – iznosi ideju Darko Kasap, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Grada Zadra.

Projekt rekonstrukcije potoka Ričine provode Hrvatske vode koje investiraju u taj zahvat nakon velike poplave koja je pogodila Zadar prije nekoliko godina, uslijed čega se bujica izlila iz potoka Ričine i potopila Gradsko groblje i brojne objekte, među kojima i veliku garažu Supenove. Kako bi se takva opasnost smanjila na najmanju moguću mjeru, do sada je rekonstruiran dio potoka od Gradskog groblja do Gaženice čime je povećan i kapacitet protoka vode, a sad slijedi druga faza uz uređaj za pročišćavanje i treća faza od magistrale prema Supernovi. Trenutno se odvijaju radovi iznad Supernove kao dio vodotoka Ričine koji će i na tom dijelu dobiti veću širinu i protok i povećati kapacitet za čak tri puta.

U Zadru se „u tišini” provodi jedan poprilično veliki projekt – rekonstrukcija vodotoka potoka Ričine, a kako doznajemo uz taj projekt planira se obnova Ulica Nikole Šopa, vrlo frekventne ulice koja vodi prema veletržnici i trgovačkim centrima Bauhaus i Supernova, ali je zbog uskog profila u jednom dijelu morala biti pretvorena u jednosmjernu, zbog čega su česte prometne gužve osobito u ljetnom razdoblju.

- Izrađujemo projektnu dokumentaciju za obnovu Ulice Nikole Šopa. Tamo će otkup biti iznimno zahtjevan u prvom dijelu te ulice jer su kuće praktično na samoj cesti. U drugom dijelu ulice, prije trgovačkog centra Bauhaus, otkup će biti relativno jednostavan, ali će tamo biti potrebno izgraditi ogroman potporni zid pa će trošak izvedbe biti velik. Zbog toga je ta ulica iznimno zahtjevna, ali s obzirom da se paralelno događa rekonstrukcija kanala, odnosno vodotok potoka Ričine od Supernove kao faza 1, te druga i treća faza prema Gradskom groblju, mi planiramo u istom vremenskom razdoblju rekonstrukciju ceste i uređenje vodotoka Ričine. Uz sam vodotok pokušali bi napraviti trim stazu, šetalište, dječji park... neku vrstu imitacije Savskog nasipa u Zagrebu s klupama, ljuljačkama, toboganima, streetwork spravama, ali naravno manjih gabarita.

To bi lijepo figuriralo uz taj vodotok koji doduše nije uvijek pun vode, ali bi se cijeli taj koridor uredio, od Ulice Nikole Šopa koja sada ima pomalo zapušten izgled, vodotoka Ričine do Bauhausa, odnosno Supernove. Taj bi se dio komunalno opremio i dotjerao, jer se radi frekvencijom i prometom o vrlo opterećenoj cestovnoj komunikaciji i to ne samo u ljetnim mjesecima. Imamo taj projekt u idejnom rješenju, ali smo ga dosta prilagođavali jer su kuće uz samu cestu, pa će biti vrlo zahtjevno napraviti širok prometni koridor, nogostup i ostale sadržaje – iznosi ideju Darko Kasap, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prostorno uređenje i graditeljstvo Grada Zadra.

Projekt rekonstrukcije potoka Ričine provode Hrvatske vode koje investiraju u taj zahvat nakon velike poplave koja je pogodila Zadar prije nekoliko godina, uslijed čega se bujica izlila iz potoka Ričine i potopila Gradsko groblje i brojne objekte, među kojima i veliku garažu Supenove. Kako bi se takva opasnost smanjila na najmanju moguću mjeru, do sada je rekonstruiran dio potoka od Gradskog groblja do Gaženice čime je povećan i kapacitet protoka vode, a sad slijedi druga faza uz uređaj za pročišćavanje i treća faza od magistrale prema Supernovi. Trenutno se odvijaju radovi iznad Supernove kao dio vodotoka Ričine koji će i na tom dijelu dobiti veću širinu i protok i povećati kapacitet za čak tri puta.
