Zbog nesmiljenog ispada bijesa tijekom kojeg je kamenom demolirao automobil i stan susjede koja mu je prigovorila da pokupi pseći izmet ispod njezinog prozora u dvorištu zgrade, 32-godišnji D.Č. iz Zadra osuđen je na djelomično uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu.

Sukob se odigrao 30. lipnja oko 17 sati u dvorištu zgrade na Ričinama, gdje se Zadranin, prema optužnici zadarskog ODO-a, bez povoda počeo vrijeđati i unositi u lice susjedi. Kada se u dvorište spustio i njezin dečko, 32-godišnjak je snažnim udarcem noge razbio retrovizor njihovog automobila, pa ga zatim odgurnuo rekavši mu: "Čekaj p... samo da donesem nešto iz auta".

- Nogama je lupao po automobilu, skočio na haubu, te udubio lim, vrata vozača i prtljažnika, a auto je razbijao i kamenom. Razbio je retrovizor od suvozača, zatim je uzeo kamen i pogodio u njihov prozor, a stan je na visokom prizemlju. Razbio je staklo na prozoru i oštetio okvir, te potom uzeo još jedan veliki kamen i bacio ga kroz isti prozor. Kamen je uletio u stan gdje im je razbio frižider, mobitel i sjedalicu. Kako sam vidjela da on s tim kamenom kreće prema prozoru, viknula sam da bježimo u sobu - posvjedočila je Zadranka na sudu.

Njegov sumanuti pohod cijelo vrijeme su gledali iz stana u koji su pobjegli. Kamenjem je najprije razbio prednje i stražnje, te bočna stakla na zadnjim lijevim i desnim vratima automobila. Potom je skočio na haubu, te ulubio lim prtljažnika i vozačevih vrata, a zatim je u ruke uzeo i veliki kamen, te ga bacio kroz prozor u njihov stan pri čemu je razbio staklo, oštetio okvir prozora, frižider, sjedalice te razbio mobitel. Nakon demoliranja došao je i do vrata njihovog stana, te počeo lupati po vratima vičući Zadranki da je k..., a dečku da je p.., nakon čega se automobilom udaljio.

Prijetnju je ponovio i 2. srpnja kada je iz dvorišta vidio susjedu koja se nalazila u stanu. Stao je vikati da će joj ponovno razbiti automobil, stan i motor, ali da će razbiti i nju i njezinog dečka, čime je kod njih izazvao osjećaj straha i ugroženosti za svoj život. Susjeda je posvjedočila kako je ona 32-godišnjkau ranije rekla da pokupi izmet psa ispod njenog prozora, gdje se djeca igraju.
On je pak na sudu priznao krivnju, no pojasnio je kako je pobjesnio jer su mu susjedi bacili izmet od psa na njegov automobil.

- Bio sam bijesan i naljutio sam se više nego što sam trebao - rekao je.

Zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje, te uništenja ili oštećenja tuđe stvari, sutkinja Općinskog suda u Zadru Danijela Zubčić nepravomoćno ga je osudila na jedinstvenu kaznu od jedne godine i mjesec dana zatvora. Na izrečeni dio kazne od sedam mjeseci sud je primijenio uvjetnu osudu, pa se izvršenje kazne zatvora od sedam mjeseci odgodilo za vrijeme od tri godine, a izrečeni neuvjetovani dio kazne zatvora iznosi šest mjeseci. U izrečenu kaznu zatvora uračunava mu se i vrijeme provedeno u istražnom zatvoru od 2. srpnja do 17. rujna. U roku od 15 dana od pravomoćnosti presude 32-godišnjak mora platiti i sva oštećenja koje je nanio svojim ponašanjem.

Zadranka je na sudu priložila račun za mobitel Smartphone 6, ukupno 7.699 kuna, montažu i demontažu vjetrobranskog stakla, prednjeg i stražnjeg, te popravak i lakiranje vrata kao i retrovizora u iznosu 3.125 kuna, te izdatnicu za kupnju dijelova automobila na ukupan iznos od 12.983,93 kune. Priložen je i račun za hladnjak u iznosu od 1.799 kuna, kao i ponuda za jednokrilni prozor u iznosu od 1.500 kuna, te cijene stolica od kojih svaka dođe 349 kuna. Ukupno oko 30 tisuća kuna.

Zbog nesmiljenog ispada bijesa tijekom kojeg je kamenom demolirao automobil i stan susjede koja mu je prigovorila da pokupi pseći izmet ispod njezinog prozora u dvorištu zgrade, 32-godišnji D.Č. iz Zadra osuđen je na djelomično uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu.

Sukob se odigrao 30. lipnja oko 17 sati u dvorištu zgrade na Ričinama, gdje se Zadranin, prema optužnici zadarskog ODO-a, bez povoda počeo vrijeđati i unositi u lice susjedi. Kada se u dvorište spustio i njezin dečko, 32-godišnjak je snažnim udarcem noge razbio retrovizor njihovog automobila, pa ga zatim odgurnuo rekavši mu: "Čekaj p... samo da donesem nešto iz auta".

- Nogama je lupao po automobilu, skočio na haubu, te udubio lim, vrata vozača i prtljažnika, a auto je razbijao i kamenom. Razbio je retrovizor od suvozača, zatim je uzeo kamen i pogodio u njihov prozor, a stan je na visokom prizemlju. Razbio je staklo na prozoru i oštetio okvir, te potom uzeo još jedan veliki kamen i bacio ga kroz isti prozor. Kamen je uletio u stan gdje im je razbio frižider, mobitel i sjedalicu. Kako sam vidjela da on s tim kamenom kreće prema prozoru, viknula sam da bježimo u sobu - posvjedočila je Zadranka na sudu.

Njegov sumanuti pohod cijelo vrijeme su gledali iz stana u koji su pobjegli. Kamenjem je najprije razbio prednje i stražnje, te bočna stakla na zadnjim lijevim i desnim vratima automobila. Potom je skočio na haubu, te ulubio lim prtljažnika i vozačevih vrata, a zatim je u ruke uzeo i veliki kamen, te ga bacio kroz prozor u njihov stan pri čemu je razbio staklo, oštetio okvir prozora, frižider, sjedalice te razbio mobitel. Nakon demoliranja došao je i do vrata njihovog stana, te počeo lupati po vratima vičući Zadranki da je k..., a dečku da je p.., nakon čega se automobilom udaljio.

Prijetnju je ponovio i 2. srpnja kada je iz dvorišta vidio susjedu koja se nalazila u stanu. Stao je vikati da će joj ponovno razbiti automobil, stan i motor, ali da će razbiti i nju i njezinog dečka, čime je kod njih izazvao osjećaj straha i ugroženosti za svoj život. Susjeda je posvjedočila kako je ona 32-godišnjkau ranije rekla da pokupi izmet psa ispod njenog prozora, gdje se djeca igraju.
On je pak na sudu priznao krivnju, no pojasnio je kako je pobjesnio jer su mu susjedi bacili izmet od psa na njegov automobil.

- Bio sam bijesan i naljutio sam se više nego što sam trebao - rekao je.

Zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje, te uništenja ili oštećenja tuđe stvari, sutkinja Općinskog suda u Zadru Danijela Zubčić nepravomoćno ga je osudila na jedinstvenu kaznu od jedne godine i mjesec dana zatvora. Na izrečeni dio kazne od sedam mjeseci sud je primijenio uvjetnu osudu, pa se izvršenje kazne zatvora od sedam mjeseci odgodilo za vrijeme od tri godine, a izrečeni neuvjetovani dio kazne zatvora iznosi šest mjeseci. U izrečenu kaznu zatvora uračunava mu se i vrijeme provedeno u istražnom zatvoru od 2. srpnja do 17. rujna. U roku od 15 dana od pravomoćnosti presude 32-godišnjak mora platiti i sva oštećenja koje je nanio svojim ponašanjem.

Zadranka je na sudu priložila račun za mobitel Smartphone 6, ukupno 7.699 kuna, montažu i demontažu vjetrobranskog stakla, prednjeg i stražnjeg, te popravak i lakiranje vrata kao i retrovizora u iznosu 3.125 kuna, te izdatnicu za kupnju dijelova automobila na ukupan iznos od 12.983,93 kune. Priložen je i račun za hladnjak u iznosu od 1.799 kuna, kao i ponuda za jednokrilni prozor u iznosu od 1.500 kuna, te cijene stolica od kojih svaka dođe 349 kuna. Ukupno oko 30 tisuća kuna.

Sumanuti pohod D.Č. (39) iz Zadra: susjeda mu rekla da pokupi pseći izmet, a on joj demolirao automobil i stan!

Zbog nesmiljenog ispada bijesa tijekom kojeg je kamenom demolirao automobil i stan susjede koja mu je prigovorila da pokupi pseći izmet ispod njezinog prozora u dvorištu zgrade, 32-godišnji D.Č. iz Zadra osuđen je na djelomično uvjetnu zatvorsku kaznu.

Sukob se odigrao 30. lipnja oko 17 sati u dvorištu zgrade na Ričinama, gdje se Zadranin, prema optužnici zadarskog ODO-a, bez povoda počeo vrijeđati i unositi u lice susjedi. Kada se u dvorište spustio i njezin dečko, 32-godišnjak je snažnim udarcem noge razbio retrovizor njihovog automobila, pa ga zatim odgurnuo rekavši mu: "Čekaj p... samo da donesem nešto iz auta".

- Nogama je lupao po automobilu, skočio na haubu, te udubio lim, vrata vozača i prtljažnika, a auto je razbijao i kamenom. Razbio je retrovizor od suvozača, zatim je uzeo kamen i pogodio u njihov prozor, a stan je na visokom prizemlju. Razbio je staklo na prozoru i oštetio okvir, te potom uzeo još jedan veliki kamen i bacio ga kroz isti prozor. Kamen je uletio u stan gdje im je razbio frižider, mobitel i sjedalicu. Kako sam vidjela da on s tim kamenom kreće prema prozoru, viknula sam da bježimo u sobu - posvjedočila je Zadranka na sudu.

Njegov sumanuti pohod cijelo vrijeme su gledali iz stana u koji su pobjegli. Kamenjem je najprije razbio prednje i stražnje, te bočna stakla na zadnjim lijevim i desnim vratima automobila. Potom je skočio na haubu, te ulubio lim prtljažnika i vozačevih vrata, a zatim je u ruke uzeo i veliki kamen, te ga bacio kroz prozor u njihov stan pri čemu je razbio staklo, oštetio okvir prozora, frižider, sjedalice te razbio mobitel. Nakon demoliranja došao je i do vrata njihovog stana, te počeo lupati po vratima vičući Zadranki da je k..., a dečku da je p.., nakon čega se automobilom udaljio.

Prijetnju je ponovio i 2. srpnja kada je iz dvorišta vidio susjedu koja se nalazila u stanu. Stao je vikati da će joj ponovno razbiti automobil, stan i motor, ali da će razbiti i nju i njezinog dečka, čime je kod njih izazvao osjećaj straha i ugroženosti za svoj život. Susjeda je posvjedočila kako je ona 32-godišnjkau ranije rekla da pokupi izmet psa ispod njenog prozora, gdje se djeca igraju.
On je pak na sudu priznao krivnju, no pojasnio je kako je pobjesnio jer su mu susjedi bacili izmet od psa na njegov automobil.

- Bio sam bijesan i naljutio sam se više nego što sam trebao - rekao je.

Zbog kaznenog djela prijetnje, te uništenja ili oštećenja tuđe stvari, sutkinja Općinskog suda u Zadru Danijela Zubčić nepravomoćno ga je osudila na jedinstvenu kaznu od jedne godine i mjesec dana zatvora. Na izrečeni dio kazne od sedam mjeseci sud je primijenio uvjetnu osudu, pa se izvršenje kazne zatvora od sedam mjeseci odgodilo za vrijeme od tri godine, a izrečeni neuvjetovani dio kazne zatvora iznosi šest mjeseci.
