Zadarska komunalna tvrtka Nasadi, koja upravlja Gradskim grobljem, već godinama osjeća problem s manjkom grobara, ali su im ruke vezane jer malo tko želi taj posao, a gradsko poduzeće trenutno nije u situaciji potencijalne zaposlenike privući atraktivnim plaćama. Čak i da je tako, neki su novopečeni grobari nakon svega nekoliko dana shvatili o koliko se delikatnom poslu radi, pa su odlazili bez obzira na „stalno radno mjesto”.

O teškoćama Nasada smo već u nekoliko navrata pisali, a nedavno nam je na redakcijsku adresu stiglo pismo iz kojeg proizlazi da jedan od problema s nedostatkom grobara leži u direktoru Nasada Josipu Krnčeviću koji, tvrdi autor pisma, neravnomjerno raspoređuje pogrebničke poslove na stalno jedne te iste ljude, pa ostali „pucaju” jer im se kolege jednostavno ne pojavljuju na poslu. Istovremeno dok izjavljuje da Nasadima nedostaje grobara, oni trpe maltretiranja svog poslovođe i odlaze, nakon dvije godine im se ne produljuje ugovor o radu na određeno, a direktor je jednog od njih „potjerao” u vrtlare zbog nekakve izjave o direktorovom prethodnom radu u Šumariji. I dok po medijima priča o manjku grobara, direktor Krnčević na Groblje Berlafuža za grobara postavlja rođaka bivšeg zadarskog gradonačelnika, ali on uopće ne radi na sprovodima, upozorava autor pisma.

-Možda da počnem ovako: u utorak 1. ožujka s radom počinje jedan grobar, a kada bismo imali odgovarajuće kadrove, već sutra bi Nasadi mogli zaposliti dva čovjeka u pogrebništvu i dva u ukopništvu! Ali, da, imamo problem s tim kadrovima, to jednostavno nije posao za svakoga i ljudi toga moraju biti svjesni, kaže direktor Josip Krnčević.

Grobar koji je „prebačen” u vrtlare, nastavlja Krnčević, s Gradskog groblja je otišao nakon što je pri jednom sprovodu napravio kardinalnu grešku, pa je na sugestiju poslovođe prebačen na radno mjesto vrtlara na kojem nitko s njim nema problema i korektno odrađuje svoj posao.

-Ponavljam, nisu svi ljudi sposobni za taj delikatan posao. Točno je da neke ljude držimo na ugovorima na određeno vrijeme jer ne možemo dopustiti da taj posao rade nedovoljno osposobljeni ljudi. S tim čovjekom smo imali poteškoća u komunikaciji, imao je sukobe s poslovođom, odlazio je na bolovanja, pa smo na kolegiju odlučili da mu nećemo produžiti ugovor. Čovjek s groblja na Belafuži je deset godina u Nasadima, nisam ga ja tamo „doveo”, nego je zbog potreba posla tamo premješten. Žao mi je zbog tog pisma, ali treba biti svjestan da i grobari znaju da ih je malo, pa se kod nekih od njih pojave i nerealni apetiti, tvrdi Krnčević.

-A je li realno očekivati povećanje plaća za te ljude?

-Trenutno to nije moguće. U listopadu prošle godine smo povećavali plaće, pa su vrtlari dobili 10, ostali radnici oko pet-šest, a ukopnici 20 posto veće plaće. To je ono što smo, uz dodatke koje imaju na plaću, mogli učiniti. Svjestan sam da su njihove plaće od oko 6.000 kuna premale za tako osjetljiv posao i da bi, realno, grobari trebali imati osnovicu plaće od 1.000 eura, plus dodaci, ali Nasadi to jednostavno ne mogu. Problem su niske osnovice, zaključuje direktor Josip Krnčević.

Zadarska komunalna tvrtka Nasadi, koja upravlja Gradskim grobljem, već godinama osjeća problem s manjkom grobara, ali su im ruke vezane jer malo tko želi taj posao, a gradsko poduzeće trenutno nije u situaciji potencijalne zaposlenike privući atraktivnim plaćama. O teškoćama Nasada smo već u nekoliko navrata pisali, a nedavno nam je na redakcijsku adresu stiglo pismo iz kojeg proizlazi da jedan od problema s nedostatkom grobara leži u direktoru Nasada Josipu Krnčeviću koji, tvrdi autor pisma, neravnomjerno raspoređuje pogrebničke poslove na stalno jedne te iste ljude, pa ostali „pucaju” jer im se kolege jednostavno ne pojavljuju na poslu. Istovremeno dok izjavljuje da Nasadima nedostaje grobara, oni trpe maltretiranja svog poslovođe i odlaze, nakon dvije godine im se ne produljuje ugovor o radu na određeno, a direktor je jednog od njih „potjerao” u vrtlare zbog nekakve izjave o direktorovom prethodnom radu u Šumariji. I dok po medijima priča o manjku grobara, direktor Krnčević na Groblje Berlafuža za grobara postavlja rođaka bivšeg zadarskog gradonačelnika, ali on uopće ne radi na sprovodima, upozorava autor pisma.

-Možda da počnem ovako: u utorak 1. ožujka s radom počinje jedan grobar, a kada bismo imali odgovarajuće kadrove, već sutra bi Nasadi mogli zaposliti dva čovjeka u pogrebništvu i dva u ukopništvu! Ali, da, imamo problem s tim kadrovima, to jednostavno nije posao za svakoga i ljudi toga moraju biti svjesni, kaže direktor Josip Krnčević.

Grobar koji je „prebačen” u vrtlare, nastavlja Krnčević, s Gradskog groblja je otišao nakon što je pri jednom sprovodu napravio kardinalnu grešku, pa je na sugestiju poslovođe prebačen na radno mjesto vrtlara na kojem nitko s njim nema problema i korektno odrađuje svoj posao.

-Ponavljam, nisu svi ljudi sposobni za taj delikatan posao. Točno je da neke ljude držimo na ugovorima na određeno vrijeme jer ne možemo dopustiti da taj posao rade nedovoljno osposobljeni ljudi. S tim čovjekom smo imali poteškoća u komunikaciji, imao je sukobe s poslovođom, odlazio je na bolovanja, pa smo na kolegiju odlučili da mu nećemo produžiti ugovor. Čovjek s groblja na Belafuži je deset godina u Nasadima, nisam ga ja tamo „doveo”, nego je zbog potreba posla tamo premješten. Žao mi je zbog tog pisma, ali treba biti svjestan da i grobari znaju da ih je malo, pa se kod nekih od njih pojave i nerealni apetiti, tvrdi Krnčević.

-A je li realno očekivati povećanje plaća za te ljude?

-Trenutno to nije moguće. U listopadu prošle godine smo povećavali plaće, pa su vrtlari dobili 10, ostali radnici oko pet-šest, a ukopnici 20 posto veće plaće. To je ono što smo, uz dodatke koje imaju na plaću, mogli učiniti. Svjestan sam da su njihove plaće od oko 6.000 kuna premale za tako osjetljiv posao i da bi, realno, grobari trebali imati osnovicu plaće od 1.000 eura, plus dodaci, ali Nasadi to jednostavno ne mogu. Problem su niske osnovice, zaključuje direktor Josip Krnčević.

Zadarska komunalna tvrtka Nasadi, koja upravlja Gradskim grobljem, već godinama osjeća problem s manjkom grobara, ali su im ruke vezane jer malo tko želi taj posao, a gradsko poduzeće trenutno nije u situaciji potencijalne zaposlenike privući atraktivnim plaćama. Čak i da je tako, neki su novopečeni grobari nakon svega nekoliko dana shvatili o koliko se delikatnom poslu radi, pa su odlazili bez obzira na „stalno radno mjesto”.
