Hoće li se dodjelom ugovora za sufinanciranje izgradnje, sanaciju i rekonstrukciju luka i pomorskog dobra na području Zadarske županije, koju su u Maloj vijećnici Grada Zadra nedavno dogovorili ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković i gradonačelnik Branko Dukić – riješiti i problem Trpimirove obale u Zadru (kod Sfinge i Doma umirovljenika) gdje svako malo automobili završavaju u moru?
Nakon što je utvrđeno da zadarska riva (Obala kralja Petra Krešimira IV) ide u obnovu, gradonačelnik Dukić izvijestio je ministra Butkovića da su u različitim fazama pripreme projektne dokumentacije za uređenje komunalnih lučica: uvale Bregdetti, Maestrala, Draženice, Kožina i Petrčana. Za neke su prostorni planovi u tijeku, a za neke se pripremaju, te se - po njihovom dovršenju - od strane resornog ministarstva očekuje pomoć u dobivanju europskih sredstva.
Ministar Butković iskazao je potporu realizaciji projekata uređenja komunalnih lučica Bregdetti, Maestrala, Draženica, Kožino i Petrčane čime će cijelo obalno područje grada Zadra biti uređeno i dovedeno u funkciju, a financirat će se što iz državnog proračuna, što iz EU sredstava.
Što to znači za Trpimirovu obalu, pitali smo resornog pročelnika Grada Zadra Darka Kasapa.
- Mi razgovaramo sa Županijskom lučkom upravom o uređenju lučica Draženica i Maestral. Za te dvije lučice potrebno je izmijeniti urbanistički plan uređenja zato što u uvali Maestral završavamo kolektor visoke zone vrijedan 22 milijuna kuna koji cijele oborinske vode sa zapadnoga dijela grada praktično u sebe „usisava“. Važno je znati da se bez uređenja Draženice i Maestrala ne može pristupiti niti realizaciji urbanističkog plana uređenja Maraska parka koji u sebi sadržava Marex. A Marex je bit zaštite ceste Trpimirove obale. Dok se ne krene uvala Marex realizirati, ne može se ništa na toj cesti obnoviti jer Marex je po planu nešto što će štiti prometnicu od djelovanja mora. Pitali smo sve nadležne institucije možemo li to u moru napraviti, odgovor je bio: ne možemo, možemo samo prema donesenom urbanističkom planu uređenja Marexa graditi. A to ćemo moći kad budemo znali kako će nam u konačnici uvala Maestral i Draženica izgledati, kada to povežemo kao obalni kontinuum od Vitrenjaka do Đige – objasnio je Kasap.
Interventne radove na tom dijelu obale Grad Zadar već poduzima, ali cjelovito će se ta pogibeljna cesta ipak rješavati kroz cjelovite urbanističke planove uvale Bregdetti, uvale Maestral i uvale Draženica kao komunalnih lučica s pripadajućim infrastrukturom kao što su zaštitni zeleni pojas, parkiralište, staza za šetanje i trčanje, biciklistike staze što već ima lučica Vitrenjak…
- Marex mora biti primjer, a sve ćemo to morati projektirati i za uvalu Bregdetti, a onda i kandidirati prema EU fondovima – dodao je Kasap.

Riva
Situacija s rivom puno je konkretnija, potpisan je ugovor za upravljanje projektom, za promidžbu i vidljivost, bit će potpisan ovih dana i ugovor za voditelja projekta gradnje, a objavljena je i javna nabava za izvođenje radova tako da bi početkom travnja već trebalo biti otvaranje ponuda, jednako tako i za nadzor. Sve to vodi Državna lučka uprava u čijoj se nadležnosti nalazi riva, s tim da je obuhvat samo kameni dio rive, ne i šljunak koji je dio budućeg parternog uređenja rive. Kroz obnovu kamenog obalnog zida i produljenja kamenog gata za 15 metara, sanirat će se i dio obale uz rivu, odnosno Obalu Petra Krešimira IV. U istom su programu kandidirana i sredstva za obnovu Liburnske obale od Gradskog mosta do pozicije do koje je već sanirana riva.

Hoće li se dodjelom ugovora za sufinanciranje izgradnje, sanaciju i rekonstrukciju luka i pomorskog dobra na području Zadarske županije, koju su u Maloj vijećnici Grada Zadra nedavno dogovorili ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković i gradonačelnik Branko Dukić – riješiti i problem Trpimirove obale u Zadru (kod Sfinge i Doma umirovljenika) gdje svako malo automobili završavaju u moru?
Nakon što je utvrđeno da zadarska riva (Obala kralja Petra Krešimira IV) ide u obnovu, gradonačelnik Dukić izvijestio je ministra Butkovića da su u različitim fazama pripreme projektne dokumentacije za uređenje komunalnih lučica: uvale Bregdetti, Maestrala, Draženice, Kožina i Petrčana. Za neke su prostorni planovi u tijeku, a za neke se pripremaju, te se - po njihovom dovršenju - od strane resornog ministarstva očekuje pomoć u dobivanju europskih sredstva.
Ministar Butković iskazao je potporu realizaciji projekata uređenja komunalnih lučica Bregdetti, Maestrala, Draženica, Kožino i Petrčane čime će cijelo obalno područje grada Zadra biti uređeno i dovedeno u funkciju, a financirat će se što iz državnog proračuna, što iz EU sredstava.
Što to znači za Trpimirovu obalu, pitali smo resornog pročelnika Grada Zadra Darka Kasapa.
- Mi razgovaramo sa Županijskom lučkom upravom o uređenju lučica Draženica i Maestral. Za te dvije lučice potrebno je izmijeniti urbanistički plan uređenja zato što u uvali Maestral završavamo kolektor visoke zone vrijedan 22 milijuna kuna koji cijele oborinske vode sa zapadnoga dijela grada praktično u sebe „usisava“. Važno je znati da se bez uređenja Draženice i Maestrala ne može pristupiti niti realizaciji urbanističkog plana uređenja Maraska parka koji u sebi sadržava Marex. A Marex je bit zaštite ceste Trpimirove obale. Dok se ne krene uvala Marex realizirati, ne može se ništa na toj cesti obnoviti jer Marex je po planu nešto što će štiti prometnicu od djelovanja mora. Pitali smo sve nadležne institucije možemo li to u moru napraviti, odgovor je bio: ne možemo, možemo samo prema donesenom urbanističkom planu uređenja Marexa graditi. A to ćemo moći kad budemo znali kako će nam u konačnici uvala Maestral i Draženica izgledati, kada to povežemo kao obalni kontinuum od Vitrenjaka do Đige – objasnio je Kasap.
Interventne radove na tom dijelu obale Grad Zadar već poduzima, ali cjelovito će se ta pogibeljna cesta ipak rješavati kroz cjelovite urbanističke planove uvale Bregdetti, uvale Maestral i uvale Draženica kao komunalnih lučica s pripadajućim infrastrukturom kao što su zaštitni zeleni pojas, parkiralište, staza za šetanje i trčanje, biciklistike staze što već ima lučica Vitrenjak…
- Marex mora biti primjer, a sve ćemo to morati projektirati i za uvalu Bregdetti, a onda i kandidirati prema EU fondovima – dodao je Kasap.

Riva
Situacija s rivom puno je konkretnija, potpisan je ugovor za upravljanje projektom, za promidžbu i vidljivost, bit će potpisan ovih dana i ugovor za voditelja projekta gradnje, a objavljena je i javna nabava za izvođenje radova tako da bi početkom travnja već trebalo biti otvaranje ponuda, jednako tako i za nadzor. Sve to vodi Državna lučka uprava u čijoj se nadležnosti nalazi riva, s tim da je obuhvat samo kameni dio rive, ne i šljunak koji je dio budućeg parternog uređenja rive. Kroz obnovu kamenog obalnog zida i produljenja kamenog gata za 15 metara, sanirat će se i dio obale uz rivu, odnosno Obalu Petra Krešimira IV. U istom su programu kandidirana i sredstva za obnovu Liburnske obale od Gradskog mosta do pozicije do koje je već sanirana riva.
