Zbog višegodišnjeg duga kojeg je imao prema Trgovinskom centru na Relji gdje je u prizemlju imao trgovački obrt ‘Daytona‘, Financijska agencija (FINA) odredila je drugu elektroničku javnu dražbu nad imovinu Mladena Modrića.

Riječ je o skupnoj prodaji Modrićevih nekretnina čija je utvrđena vrijednost 275.305,58 eura, a ukupna površina 11 485 metara četvornih, odnosno poslovne zgrade koja se sastoji od prizemlja i dva kata s dvije stambene jedinice i podruma, sa zajedničkim dijelovima i uređajima zgrade i gospodarsko dvorište na adresi Murvička 1.

Nadmetanje za imovinu određeno je 2. studenog u 9 sati, a završetak 16. studenog u 8.59.59 sati.

Početna i minimalna cijena jza nadmetanje je 165.183,35 eura, dok je jamčevina za sudjelovanje u dražbi 27.530,56 eura.

Odluka o prodaji Modrićeve imovine donesena je u svibnju na Općinskom sudu u Zadru nakon što se ovrhovoditelji Privredna banke Zagreb d.d. i Trgovinski centar Zadar d.o.o. nisu uspjeli naplatiti izravno na novčanim sredstvima.

Zadarski Trgovinski centar zastupan po direktoru Zdravku Kamberu, kao upravitelju zgrade, i više od dvjesto suvlasnika prostora, koje zastupa odvjetničko društvo Vukušić Bokan i partneri d.o.o pokrenuli su 2019. godine na Općinskom sudu u Zadru prijedlog za ovrhu protiv Mladena Modrića kao vlasnika Trgovačkog obrta Daytona nakon što je utvrđeno da duguje 297.047, 42 kuna zajedno sa kamatama od 2009. do 2012. godine.

Zbog višegodišnjeg duga kojeg je imao prema Trgovinskom centru na Relji gdje je u prizemlju imao trgovački obrt ‘Daytona‘, Financijska agencija (FINA) odredila je drugu elektroničku javnu dražbu nad imovinu Mladena Modrića.

Riječ je o skupnoj prodaji Modrićevih nekretnina čija je utvrđena vrijednost 275.305,58 eura, a ukupna površina 11 485 metara četvornih, odnosno poslovne zgrade koja se sastoji od prizemlja i dva kata s dvije stambene jedinice i podruma, sa zajedničkim dijelovima i uređajima zgrade i gospodarsko dvorište na adresi Murvička 1.

Nadmetanje za imovinu određeno je 2. studenog u 9 sati, a završetak 16. studenog u 8.59.59 sati.

Početna i minimalna cijena jza nadmetanje je 165.183,35 eura, dok je jamčevina za sudjelovanje u dražbi 27.530,56 eura.

Odluka o prodaji Modrićeve imovine donesena je u svibnju na Općinskom sudu u Zadru nakon što se ovrhovoditelji Privredna banke Zagreb d.d. i Trgovinski centar Zadar d.o.o. nisu uspjeli naplatiti izravno na novčanim sredstvima.

Zadarski Trgovinski centar zastupan po direktoru Zdravku Kamberu, kao upravitelju zgrade, i više od dvjesto suvlasnika prostora, koje zastupa odvjetničko društvo Vukušić Bokan i partneri d.o.o pokrenuli su 2019. godine na Općinskom sudu u Zadru prijedlog za ovrhu protiv Mladena Modrića kao vlasnika Trgovačkog obrta Daytona nakon što je utvrđeno da duguje 297.047, 42 kuna zajedno sa kamatama od 2009. do 2012. godine.

Zbog duga Trgovinskom centru na Relji prodaje se imovina Mladena Modrića: nekretnine su vrijedne gotovo 300 tisuća eura

Zbog višegodišnjeg duga kojeg je imao prema Trgovinskom centru na Relji gdje je u prizemlju imao trgovački obrt ‘Daytona‘, Financijska agencija (FINA) odredila je drugu elektroničku javnu dražbu nad imovinu Mladena Modrića.

Riječ je o skupnoj prodaji Modrićevih nekretnina čija je utvrđena vrijednost 275.305,58 eura, a ukupna površina 11 485 metara četvornih, odnosno poslovne zgrade koja se sastoji od prizemlja i dva kata s dvije stambene jedinice i podruma, sa zajedničkim dijelovima i uređajima zgrade i gospodarsko dvorište na adresi Murvička 1.

Nadmetanje za imovinu određeno je 2. studenog u 9 sati, a završetak 16. studenog u 8.59.59 sati.

Početna i minimalna cijena jza nadmetanje je 165.183,35 eura, dok je jamčevina za sudjelovanje u dražbi 27.530,56 eura.

Odluka o prodaji Modrićeve imovine donesena je u svibnju na Općinskom sudu u Zadru nakon što se ovrhovoditelji Privredna banke Zagreb d.d. i Trgovinski centar Zadar d.o.o. nisu uspjeli naplatiti izravno na novčanim sredstvima.

Zadarski Trgovinski centar zastupan po direktoru Zdravku Kamberu, kao upravitelju zgrade, i više od dvjesto suvlasnika prostora, koje zastupa odvjetničko društvo Vukušić Bokan i partneri d.o.o pokrenuli su 2019. godine na Općinskom sudu u Zadru prijedlog za ovrhu protiv Mladena Modrića kao vlasnika Trgovačkog obrta Daytona nakon što je utvrđeno da duguje 297.047, 42 kuna zajedno sa kamatama od 2009. do 2012. godine.
