Zbog kršenja odluke o zabrani radova za vrijeme turističke sezone Komunalo redarstvo Grada Zadra kaznilo je krajem kolovoza investitore novog trgovačkog centra na Žmirićima, tvrtku BMP Asset, s 30 tisuća kuna. Prije novčane kazne, u srpnju, izdan im je usmeni nalog o prekidu građevinskih radova, a potom i pisano rješenje, no u oba slučaja zagrebački investitori odlučili su nastaviti podizati betonsku konstrukciju trgovačkog centra HEY park Zadar koji će imati površinu od oko 6.400 metara četvornih i dućane raznog sadržaja.
- Vođen je upravni i prekršajni postupak nakon kojega je izrečena kazna u visini od 30 tisuća kuna na koju investitori imaju pravo žalbe- potvrdio nam je pročenik Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti, Robertino Dujela.
A iz tvrtke BMP Asset jučer su nam potvrdili kako su se na odluku žalili.
- Naša pravna služba smatra da apsolutno imamo osnove za uspjeh u žalbi. Osim što se čestica, na kojoj se odvija gradnja nalazi izvan naseljenog područja na kojem bi radovi ikome smetali, još je izvan područja na koje se odnosi spomenuta zabrana gradnje. Uz to, obzirom na broj zaposlenih i sve popratne efekte radi se o investiciji od interesa grada, a kako nam nažalost nije pružena prilika da se očitujemo kroz sami postupak to smo napravili kroz žalbu o kojoj će odlučivati viši stupanj- poručuju iz zagrebačke tvrtke čiji su osnivači Željko Petković i Mateo Borojević, i kojoj će ovo u Zadru biti drugi veliki posao nakon Murvičke ulice gdje je izgrađen novi Lidl.
Odlukom Grada Zadra u razdoblju od 1. srpnja do 31. kolovoza zabranjeni su zemljani radovi i radovi na izgradnji konstrukcije građevine u turističkoj zoni koja je određena crtom Ulica Franje Tuđman - Put Nina - Kožino - Petrčane. Od odluke su bili izuzeti javni radovi i strateški objekti poput hotela Maraska, međutim ne i Hey park čiji je dovršetak planiran je za prvu polovicu prosinca.
- Vjerujemo da će po završetku gradnje svi biti zadovoljni i da će naš projekt donijeti dodanu vrijednost gradskom proračunu, građanima Zadra, turistima i budućim zaposlenicima- poručuju investitori trgovačkog centra HEY park Zadar.

Prije novčane kazne, u srpnju, izdan im je usmeni nalog o prekidu građevinskih radova, a potom i pisano rješenje, no u oba slučaja zagrebački investitori odlučili su nastaviti podizati betonsku konstrukciju trgovačkog centra HEY park Zadar koji će imati površinu od oko 6.400 metara četvornih i dućane raznog sadržaja.
- Vođen je upravni i prekršajni postupak nakon kojega je izrečena kazna u visini od 30 tisuća kuna na koju investitori imaju pravo žalbe- potvrdio nam je pročenik Upravnog odjela za komunalne djelatnosti, Robertino Dujela.
A iz tvrtke BMP Asset jučer su nam potvrdili kako su se na odluku žalili.
- Naša pravna služba smatra da apsolutno imamo osnove za uspjeh u žalbi. Osim što se čestica, na kojoj se odvija gradnja nalazi izvan naseljenog područja na kojem bi radovi ikome smetali, još je izvan područja na koje se odnosi spomenuta zabrana gradnje. Uz to, obzirom na broj zaposlenih i sve popratne efekte radi se o investiciji od interesa grada, a kako nam nažalost nije pružena prilika da se očitujemo kroz sami postupak to smo napravili kroz žalbu o kojoj će odlučivati viši stupanj- poručuju iz zagrebačke tvrtke čiji su osnivači Željko Petković i Mateo Borojević, i kojoj će ovo u Zadru biti drugi veliki posao nakon Murvičke ulice gdje je izgrađen novi Lidl.
Odlukom Grada Zadra u razdoblju od 1. srpnja do 31. kolovoza zabranjeni su zemljani radovi i radovi na izgradnji konstrukcije građevine u turističkoj zoni koja je određena crtom Ulica Franje Tuđman - Put Nina - Kožino - Petrčane. Od odluke su bili izuzeti javni radovi i strateški objekti poput hotela Maraska, međutim ne i Hey park čiji je dovršetak planiran je za prvu polovicu prosinca.
- Vjerujemo da će po završetku gradnje svi biti zadovoljni i da će naš projekt donijeti dodanu vrijednost gradskom proračunu, građanima Zadra, turistima i budućim zaposlenicima- poručuju investitori trgovačkog centra HEY park Zadar.
