Zbog odluke o mogućem izuzimanju porotnice Milene Vilić, sutkinja Iva Lovrin odgodila je u utorak suđenje bivšoj ravnateljici zadarske Zračne luke 56-godišnjoj Ireni Ćosić i 74-godišnjoj Jasni Vukas optuženima za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenje službene isprave, odnosno pomaganju kod počinjenja tih kaznenih djela. Suđenje je odgođeno za srijedu, 3. studenog, do kada bi sutkinja Lovrin trebala odlučiti hoće li iz ovog kaznenog postupka izuzeti porotnicu, članicu Sudskog vijeća. Njezino izuzimanje zatražio je odvjetnik drugooptužene Andrej Ležaić nakon što je odvjetnik prvooptužene Branimir Zorica odmah na početku rasprave rekao kako s 'porotnicom ne govori' što bi moglo utjecati na suđenje.

- Meni to nije problem, no činjenica je da sam zastupao suprotnu stranu u radnom sporu kojeg je porotnica imala sa Specijalnom bolnicom za ortopediju u Biogradu i gdje je ona dobila otkaz. Ako njoj to nije problem onda u redu- rekao je Zorica.

Iako je nakon kraćeg vijećanja sutkinja Lovrin rekla kako je porotnica navela kako ta činjenica neće utjecati na pristranost, odvjetnik drugooptužene Ležaić ipak je zatražio njezino izuzimanje zbog čega je sutkinja odgodila suđenje.

Ćosić i Vukas se tereti da su od 17. ožujka do 8. kolovoza 2017. u međusobnom dogovoru, u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi udruzi Jasne Vukas "Novi put svile" za kulturnu suradnje s Kinom 'omogućile' 75.000,00 kuna.

Prema optužnici, prvookrivljena Ćosić naložila je računovodstvu društva isplate sa računa društva na račun udruge. U poslovnim knjigama društva Ćosić je to pravdala zajmovima bez traženja bilo kakvih sredstava osiguranja plaćanja. Također prethodno nije s udrugom sastavila ugovor o zajmu već je to retroaktivno napravljeno nakon isplaćenih sredstava. Ujedno, ugovor o zajmu je sastavljen s nepostojećom udrugom i drugookrivljenom Vukas kojoj je mandat zastupanja iste udruge istekao prije više godina. Ćosić je, tereti ju se, takav ugovor ovjerila svojim potpisom i pečatom društva, nakon čega je Vukas odmah, po uplati novčanih sredstava, podigla ih i koristila u privatne svrhe. Društvo je na opisani način oštećeno za iznos od 75.000,00 kuna, a u istom iznosu je udruzi pribavljena protupravna imovinska korist.

Zbog odluke o mogućem izuzimanju porotnice Milene Vilić, sutkinja Iva Lovrin odgodila je u utorak suđenje bivšoj ravnateljici zadarske Zračne luke 56-godišnjoj Ireni Ćosić i 74-godišnjoj Jasni Vukas optuženima za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenje službene isprave, odnosno pomaganju kod počinjenja tih kaznenih djela. Suđenje je odgođeno za srijedu, 3. studenog, do kada bi sutkinja Lovrin trebala odlučiti hoće li iz ovog kaznenog postupka izuzeti porotnicu, članicu Sudskog vijeća. Njezino izuzimanje zatražio je odvjetnik drugooptužene Andrej Ležaić nakon što je odvjetnik prvooptužene Branimir Zorica odmah na početku rasprave rekao kako s 'porotnicom ne govori' što bi moglo utjecati na suđenje.

- Meni to nije problem, no činjenica je da sam zastupao suprotnu stranu u radnom sporu kojeg je porotnica imala sa Specijalnom bolnicom za ortopediju u Biogradu i gdje je ona dobila otkaz. Ako njoj to nije problem onda u redu- rekao je Zorica.

Iako je nakon kraćeg vijećanja sutkinja Lovrin rekla kako je porotnica navela kako ta činjenica neće utjecati na pristranost, odvjetnik drugooptužene Ležaić ipak je zatražio njezino izuzimanje zbog čega je sutkinja odgodila suđenje.

Ćosić i Vukas se tereti da su od 17. ožujka do 8. kolovoza 2017. u međusobnom dogovoru, u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi udruzi Jasne Vukas "Novi put svile" za kulturnu suradnje s Kinom 'omogućile' 75.000,00 kuna.

Prema optužnici, prvookrivljena Ćosić naložila je računovodstvu društva isplate sa računa društva na račun udruge. U poslovnim knjigama društva Ćosić je to pravdala zajmovima bez traženja bilo kakvih sredstava osiguranja plaćanja. Također prethodno nije s udrugom sastavila ugovor o zajmu već je to retroaktivno napravljeno nakon isplaćenih sredstava. Ujedno, ugovor o zajmu je sastavljen s nepostojećom udrugom i drugookrivljenom Vukas kojoj je mandat zastupanja iste udruge istekao prije više godina. Ćosić je, tereti ju se, takav ugovor ovjerila svojim potpisom i pečatom društva, nakon čega je Vukas odmah, po uplati novčanih sredstava, podigla ih i koristila u privatne svrhe. Društvo je na opisani način oštećeno za iznos od 75.000,00 kuna, a u istom iznosu je udruzi pribavljena protupravna imovinska korist.

Zbog odluke o mogućem izuzimanju porotnice Milene Vilić, sutkinja Iva Lovrin odgodila je u utorak suđenje bivšoj ravnateljici zadarske Zračne luke 56-godišnjoj Ireni Ćosić i 74-godišnjoj Jasni Vukas optuženima za zlouporabu povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i krivotvorenje službene isprave, odnosno pomaganju kod počinjenja tih kaznenih djela. Suđenje je odgođeno za srijedu, 3. studenog, do kada bi sutkinja Lovrin trebala odlučiti hoće li iz ovog kaznenog postupka izuzeti porotnicu, članicu Sudskog vijeća. Njezino izuzimanje zatražio je odvjetnik drugooptužene Andrej Ležaić nakon što je odvjetnik prvooptužene Branimir Zorica odmah na početku rasprave rekao kako s 'porotnicom ne govori' što bi moglo utjecati na suđenje.

- Meni to nije problem, no činjenica je da sam zastupao suprotnu stranu u radnom sporu kojeg je porotnica imala sa Specijalnom bolnicom za ortopediju u Biogradu i gdje je ona dobila otkaz. Ako njoj to nije problem onda u redu- rekao je Zorica.

Iako je nakon kraćeg vijećanja sutkinja Lovrin rekla kako je porotnica navela kako ta činjenica neće utjecati na pristranost, odvjetnik drugooptužene Ležaić ipak je zatražio njezino izuzimanje zbog čega je sutkinja odgodila suđenje.

Ćosić i Vukas se tereti da su od 17. ožujka do 8. kolovoza 2017. u međusobnom dogovoru, u cilju pribavljanja nepripadne imovinske koristi udruzi Jasne Vukas "Novi put svile" za kulturnu suradnje s Kinom 'omogućile' 75.000,00 kuna.

Prema optužnici, prvookrivljena Ćosić naložila je računovodstvu društva isplate sa računa društva na račun udruge. U poslovnim knjigama društva Ćosić je to pravdala zajmovima bez traženja bilo kakvih sredstava osiguranja plaćanja. Također prethodno nije s udrugom sastavila ugovor o zajmu već je to retroaktivno napravljeno nakon isplaćenih sredstava. Ujedno, ugovor o zajmu je sastavljen s nepostojećom udrugom i drugookrivljenom Vukas kojoj je mandat zastupanja iste udruge istekao prije više godina. Ćosić je, tereti ju se, takav ugovor ovjerila svojim potpisom i pečatom društva, nakon čega je Vukas odmah, po uplati novčanih sredstava, podigla ih i koristila u privatne svrhe. Društvo je na opisani način oštećeno za iznos od 75.000,00 kuna, a u istom iznosu je udruzi pribavljena protupravna imovinska korist.
