Bivši direktor Hrvatskih voda Jadranko Husarić pravomoćno je osuđen za kazneno djelo primanja mita u gospodarskom poslovanju na deset mjeseci zatvora koji mu je zamijenjen radom za opće dobro.

Vrhovni sud RH odbio je njegovu žalbu kao neosnovanu te je potvrdio osuđujuću presudu na koju je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu nepravomoćno osuđen još u veljači 2014. godine. Husariću je izrečena i novčana kazna od 25.000 kuna, a u državni proračun mora vratiti i nepunih 20.000 kuna protupravne imovinske koristi stečene kaznenim djelom.

Husarić je osuđen jer je, kako je sada utvrđeno i pravomoćnom sudskom presudom, prihvatio “ponudu” poduzetnika Zorana Crnekovića i Božidara Deduša da mu oni “sponzoriraju” putovanje i lov u Namibiji u lipnju 2009. dok je on zauzvrat osigurao da njihove tvrtke Vodoprivreda Lonja-Zelina i Proning DHI, dobiju poslove od Hrvatskih voda.

Na ovom egzotičnom putovanju s Husarićem su bili i Crneković i Deduš, a u poslovnim knjigama zaveli su to kao “stručno usavršavanje” tako da su troškove snosile njihove tvrtke. Husarić je, pak, iz Namibije dopremio u Hrvatsku i trofeje, što također nije platio sam nego je troškove platila treća osoba.

Iako je Husarića osudio za primanje mita, Vrhovni sud odbacio je optužbu protiv Crnekovića i Deduša za davanje mita. Međutim, za Vrhovni sud nije bilo sporno jesu li ga podmitili, nego je optužba odbačena jer je za njih,u međuvremenu nastupila zastara, i to 2017.

Bivši direktor Hrvatskih voda Jadranko Husarić pravomoćno je osuđen za kazneno djelo primanja mita u gospodarskom poslovanju na deset mjeseci zatvora koji mu je zamijenjen radom za opće dobro.

Vrhovni sud RH odbio je njegovu žalbu kao neosnovanu te je potvrdio osuđujuću presudu na koju je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu nepravomoćno osuđen još u veljači 2014. godine. Husariću je izrečena i novčana kazna od 25.000 kuna, a u državni proračun mora vratiti i nepunih 20.000 kuna protupravne imovinske koristi stečene kaznenim djelom.

Husarić je osuđen jer je, kako je sada utvrđeno i pravomoćnom sudskom presudom, prihvatio “ponudu” poduzetnika Zorana Crnekovića i Božidara Deduša da mu oni “sponzoriraju” putovanje i lov u Namibiji u lipnju 2009. dok je on zauzvrat osigurao da njihove tvrtke Vodoprivreda Lonja-Zelina i Proning DHI, dobiju poslove od Hrvatskih voda.

Na ovom egzotičnom putovanju s Husarićem su bili i Crneković i Deduš, a u poslovnim knjigama zaveli su to kao “stručno usavršavanje” tako da su troškove snosile njihove tvrtke. Husarić je, pak, iz Namibije dopremio u Hrvatsku i trofeje, što također nije platio sam nego je troškove platila treća osoba.

Iako je Husarića osudio za primanje mita, Vrhovni sud odbacio je optužbu protiv Crnekovića i Deduša za davanje mita. Međutim, za Vrhovni sud nije bilo sporno jesu li ga podmitili, nego je optužba odbačena jer je za njih,u međuvremenu nastupila zastara, i to 2017.
