Oliver bi danas slavio 74. rođendan, ali na žalost s nama nije zadnje tri i pol godine. Pa ipak, nije floskula kad kažemo da zapravo nikad nije ni otišao jer njegove pjesme se slušaju svaki dan, u svim prilikama. Fala Bogu, ima ih za sto života.

Od jutros su društvene mreže preplavljene njegovim pjesmama, mnogi imaju potrebu iskazati mu ljubav, čestitati rođendan "s druge strane", ali sigurno je da Oliver najviše nedostaje svojoj velikoj obitelji.

Oliver je svoj posljednji koncert održao u Splitu, bilo je to u listopadu 2017. na pozornici splitskog teatra. Koncert pod nazivom "Vjeruj u ljubav" je organizirala Županijska liga za borbu protiv raka. Na žalost, rođendanski koncert u Spaladium Areni u prosincu iste godine zbog bolesti je morao otkazati.

Iako je bilo nekih inicijativa, tužno je da Split u kojem je Oliver rođen i proveo cijeli svoj život i ispjevao neke od najljepših stihova još nije našao načina da sačuva uspomenu na svoga glazbenog velikana koji se nikada nije ponašao kao zvijezda nego je uvijek bio običan čovjek, jedan od nas, jednostavan i neposredan sa svima. Ali Splićani ga neće zaboraviti, a koliko ga vole pokazali su na ispraćaju kakav nije imao nitko prije njega, a teško da će i ikad poslije.

Oliver bi danas slavio 74. rođendan, ali na žalost s nama nije zadnje tri i pol godine. Pa ipak, nije floskula kad kažemo da zapravo nikad nije ni otišao jer njegove pjesme se slušaju svaki dan, u svim prilikama. Fala Bogu, ima ih za sto života.

Od jutros su društvene mreže preplavljene njegovim pjesmama, mnogi imaju potrebu iskazati mu ljubav, čestitati rođendan "s druge strane", ali sigurno je da Oliver najviše nedostaje svojoj velikoj obitelji.

Oliver je svoj posljednji koncert održao u Splitu, bilo je to u listopadu 2017. na pozornici splitskog teatra. Koncert pod nazivom "Vjeruj u ljubav" je organizirala Županijska liga za borbu protiv raka. Na žalost, rođendanski koncert u Spaladium Areni u prosincu iste godine zbog bolesti je morao otkazati.

Iako je bilo nekih inicijativa, tužno je da Split u kojem je Oliver rođen i proveo cijeli svoj život i ispjevao neke od najljepših stihova još nije našao načina da sačuva uspomenu na svoga glazbenog velikana koji se nikada nije ponašao kao zvijezda nego je uvijek bio običan čovjek, jedan od nas, jednostavan i neposredan sa svima. Ali Splićani ga neće zaboraviti, a koliko ga vole pokazali su na ispraćaju kakav nije imao nitko prije njega, a teško da će i ikad poslije.
