Prema podacima koje je HZZO objavio u srpnju ove godine, troškovi zdravstvenog sustava vezanih uz koronu su se, do polovice 2021., popeli na 2.2 milijarde kuna.

Polovica tog iznosa otpada na hospitalizaciju covid-pozitivnih pacijenata. Procijenjeno je da dan liječenja covid-pacijenta iznosi oko 6000 kuna. Navedena brojka je neprecizna jer ovisi o obimu tretmana sukladnim stanju bolesnika. Uzmemo li da je prosječan boravak u bolnici desetak dana, ukupni trošak liječenja iznosi oko 60.000 kuna tj.10.000 dolara.

U posljednja 24 sata zabilježeno je 1.126 novih slučajeva zaraze virusom SARS-CoV-2 te je broj aktivnih slučajeva u Hrvatskoj danas ukupno 22.884. Među njima je 1.496 pacijenata na bolničkom liječenju, od toga je na respiratoru 183 pacijenta. Preminulo je 31 osoba.

Od 25. veljače 2020., kada je zabilježen prvi slučaj zaraze u Hrvatskoj, do danas ukupno je zabilježeno 471.474 osoba zaraženih novim koronavirusom, od kojih je 9.251 preminulo, ukupno se oporavilo 439.339 osoba od toga 3.349 u posljednja 24 sata.

U samoizolaciji je trenutno 29.240 osoba.

U SAD-u su, što je i logično, ti iznosu nešto viši. Američka udruga Fair Health, koja prati troškove liječenja, je nedavno izbacila interaktivnu kartu prosječnih bolničkih računa po državi. Ona je podijeljena na kompleksne, jednostavne i vanbolničke tretmane. Tako je iznos prosječnog računa kompleksnih liječenja  461.780, jednostavnih 111.213, a vanbolničkih 3.200 dolara.

Te brojke variraju ovisno od lokacije pošto, u različitim državama, standard i cijena rada značajno odudaraju. Ilustracije radi, za kompleksne slučajeve su najviši u Nevadi sa 472.213, a najniži u Marylandu sa 131.965 dolara.

Međutim, spomenuti iznosi računa ne znače da će oni ujedno, u potpunosti, biti podmireni. Riječ je o „naplaćenom iznosu“ koji se izdaje osobama koje nisu osigurane ili koriste usluge institucije na koje se osiguranje ne odnosi. Većina Amerikanaca, njih oko 91 posto, ima nekakvu policu osiguranja te za njih vrijedi drugačiji obračun.

Radi se o iznosu koji se dijeli između osiguravajuće kuće i pacijenta, a koji je osiguravatelj ispregovarao sa pružateljem medicinskih usluga. U tom slučaju iznos računa kompleksnih liječenja pada na 127.281, jednostavnih 42.674, a vanbolničkih 1.334 dolara. Procijenjeno je da su hospitalizirani pacijenti, u prosijeku, izdvajali 3.800 dolara za bolničke troškove.

Zbog pandemije su osiguravajuće kuće preuzele na sebe veći dio troškova no inače. Ipak, najavljeno je kako će, zbog besplatnog programa procjepljivanja, 82 posto tih kuća, do kraja listopada, ukinuti ove subvencije. Rezultat će biti, jasno, više financijsko opterećenje građana.

Prema podacima koje je HZZO objavio u srpnju ove godine, troškovi zdravstvenog sustava vezanih uz koronu su se, do polovice 2021., popeli na 2.2 milijarde kuna.

Polovica tog iznosa otpada na hospitalizaciju covid-pozitivnih pacijenata. Procijenjeno je da dan liječenja covid-pacijenta iznosi oko 6000 kuna. Navedena brojka je neprecizna jer ovisi o obimu tretmana sukladnim stanju bolesnika. Uzmemo li da je prosječan boravak u bolnici desetak dana, ukupni trošak liječenja iznosi oko 60.000 kuna tj.10.000 dolara.

U posljednja 24 sata zabilježeno je 1.126 novih slučajeva zaraze virusom SARS-CoV-2 te je broj aktivnih slučajeva u Hrvatskoj danas ukupno 22.884. Među njima je 1.496 pacijenata na bolničkom liječenju, od toga je na respiratoru 183 pacijenta. Preminulo je 31 osoba.

Od 25. veljače 2020., kada je zabilježen prvi slučaj zaraze u Hrvatskoj, do danas ukupno je zabilježeno 471.474 osoba zaraženih novim koronavirusom, od kojih je 9.251 preminulo, ukupno se oporavilo 439.339 osoba od toga 3.349 u posljednja 24 sata.

U samoizolaciji je trenutno 29.240 osoba.

U SAD-u su, što je i logično, ti iznosu nešto viši. Američka udruga Fair Health, koja prati troškove liječenja, je nedavno izbacila interaktivnu kartu prosječnih bolničkih računa po državi. Ona je podijeljena na kompleksne, jednostavne i vanbolničke tretmane. Tako je iznos prosječnog računa kompleksnih liječenja  461.780, jednostavnih 111.213, a vanbolničkih 3.200 dolara.

Te brojke variraju ovisno od lokacije pošto, u različitim državama, standard i cijena rada značajno odudaraju. Ilustracije radi, za kompleksne slučajeve su najviši u Nevadi sa 472.213, a najniži u Marylandu sa 131.965 dolara.

Međutim, spomenuti iznosi računa ne znače da će oni ujedno, u potpunosti, biti podmireni. Riječ je o „naplaćenom iznosu“ koji se izdaje osobama koje nisu osigurane ili koriste usluge institucije na koje se osiguranje ne odnosi. Većina Amerikanaca, njih oko 91 posto, ima nekakvu policu osiguranja te za njih vrijedi drugačiji obračun.

Radi se o iznosu koji se dijeli između osiguravajuće kuće i pacijenta, a koji je osiguravatelj ispregovarao sa pružateljem medicinskih usluga. U tom slučaju iznos računa kompleksnih liječenja pada na 127.281, jednostavnih 42.674, a vanbolničkih 1.334 dolara. Procijenjeno je da su hospitalizirani pacijenti, u prosijeku, izdvajali 3.800 dolara za bolničke troškove.

Zbog pandemije su osiguravajuće kuće preuzele na sebe veći dio troškova no inače. Ipak, najavljeno je kako će, zbog besplatnog programa procjepljivanja, 82 posto tih kuća, do kraja listopada, ukinuti ove subvencije. Rezultat će biti, jasno, više financijsko opterećenje građana.

Prema podacima koje je HZZO objavio u srpnju ove godine, troškovi zdravstvenog sustava vezanih uz koronu su se, do polovice 2021., popeli na 2.2 milijarde kuna.

Polovica tog iznosa otpada na hospitalizaciju covid-pozitivnih pacijenata. Procijenjeno je da dan liječenja covid-pacijenta iznosi oko 6000 kuna.
