Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost objavio je javni poziv vrijedan 15 milijuna eura kojim će se građanima sufinancirati kupnja energetski učinkovitih vozila, a prijave će se moći podnositi od 22. travnja.

Energetski učinkovitim vozilima čiju kupnju će sufinancirati Fond smatraju se vozila kategorija L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7 na električni pogon, što uključuje i mopede i motocikle, kao i vozila kategorije M1 na električni, plug-in hibridni pogon ili pogon na vodik, što podrazumijeva osobna vozila koja, osim sjedišta vozača, imaju još najviše osam sjedišta.

Isključivo nova vozila

"U smislu ovog poziva vozilom se smatra isključivo novo motorno vozilo homologirano za cestovni promet u Republici Hrvatskoj koje će nakon kupnje u RH biti prvi put registrirano", navode iz Fonda uz napomenu da predmet poziva nije sufinanciranje kupnje električnih bicikala, uključujući i bicikle s pomoćnim motorom.

Očekivani učinci provedbe poziva su ušteda energije i smanjenje emisija ugljičnog dioksida, a očekuje se da će se registrirati 2000 novih energetski učinkovitih vozila. "Korisnici sredstava mogu biti punoljetne fizičke osobe s prebivalištem na području Hrvatske. Ukupno raspoloživ iznos sredstava Fonda po ovom pozivu je 15 milijuna eura", navodi se u javnom pozivu objavljenom na internetskoj stranici Fonda.

Subvencije po vozilu od 2.5 do 9 tisuća eura

Fizička osoba može ostvariti sredstva za kupnju najviše jednog vozila, najviša cijena vozila može biti 50 tisuća eura s PDV-om, a najviše postotno učešće 40 posto. Pritom se ograničenje najviše cijene vozila ne primjenjuje na vozila s pogonom na vodik.

Najviši iznos sredstava Fonda po vozilima na električni pogon iz kategorija L1 do L7 tako iznosi 2500 eura, a devet tisuća eura za vozila M1 kategorije na električni pogon. Za kupnju vozila iz potonje kategorije na pogon na vodik također se može dobiti najviše devet tisuća eura, dok se za kupnju vozila na plug-in hibridni pogon može ostvariti pet tisuća eura poticaja.

Prijava mora sadržavati uvjerenje o prebivalištu prijavitelja, ponudu za kupnju vozila izdanu od prodajnog mjesta, račun za predujam te dokaz o primitku uplate obveznog minimalnog predujma na račun prodajnog mjesta, odnosno dokaz prodajnog mjesta o primitku sredstava na račun u vidu ispisa iz transakcijskog računa ili fiskalizirani račun iz kojeg je vidljiva uplata sredstava.

Podnošenje prijava započinje 22. travnja

"Prihvatljivi i opravdani trošak po pozivu je isključivo trošak kupnje vozila, koji može nastati kupnjom radi stjecanja vlasništva ili financijskim leasingom, najranije na dan objave ovog poziva (5. travnja, op.a.). Vrijeme nastanka troška utvrđuje se datumom izdavanja računa za kupnju vozila", napominju iz Fonda.

Podnošenje prijava na poziv započinje 22. travnja 2024. u 9 sati, a poziv će trajati do isteka kalendarske godine ili do iskorištenja sredstava. Pritom će informacija o iznosu iskorištenih sredstava biti javno dostupna putem mrežne stranice Fonda te će se ažurirati u stvarnom vremenu.

Vozilo se mora zadržati barem dvije godine

Fond je na svojoj internetskoj stranici, na temelju ranije provedenog javnog poziva, objavio i listu energetski učinkovitih vozila, dakle modela koji udovoljavaju uvjetima poziva, te prodajnih mjesta raspoloživih za provođenje poziva.

"Prijavitelj podnosi prijavu na poziv isključivo preko prodajnog mjesta prema listi prodajnih mjesta s liste energetski učinkovitih vozila", istaknuli su.

Između ostalog, iz Fonda napominju da je korisnik bespovratnih sredstava obvezan zadržati u vlasništvu/korištenju sufinancirano vozilo dvije godine od datuma prve registracije.

Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost objavio je javni poziv vrijedan 15 milijuna eura kojim će se građanima sufinancirati kupnja energetski učinkovitih vozila, a prijave će se moći podnositi od 22. travnja.

Energetski učinkovitim vozilima čiju kupnju će sufinancirati Fond smatraju se vozila kategorija L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7 na električni pogon, što uključuje i mopede i motocikle, kao i vozila kategorije M1 na električni, plug-in hibridni pogon ili pogon na vodik, što podrazumijeva osobna vozila koja, osim sjedišta vozača, imaju još najviše osam sjedišta.

"U smislu ovog poziva vozilom se smatra isključivo novo motorno vozilo homologirano za cestovni promet u Republici Hrvatskoj koje će nakon kupnje u RH biti prvi put registrirano", navode iz Fonda uz napomenu da predmet poziva nije sufinanciranje kupnje električnih bicikala, uključujući i bicikle s pomoćnim motorom.

Očekivani učinci provedbe poziva su ušteda energije i smanjenje emisija ugljičnog dioksida, a očekuje se da će se registrirati 2000 novih energetski učinkovitih vozila. "Korisnici sredstava mogu biti punoljetne fizičke osobe s prebivalištem na području Hrvatske. Ukupno raspoloživ iznos sredstava Fonda po ovom pozivu je 15 milijuna eura", navodi se u javnom pozivu objavljenom na internetskoj stranici Fonda.

Subvencije po vozilu od 2.5 do 9 tisuća eura

Fizička osoba može ostvariti sredstva za kupnju najviše jednog vozila, najviša cijena vozila može biti 50 tisuća eura s PDV-om, a najviše postotno učešće 40 posto. Pritom se ograničenje najviše cijene vozila ne primjenjuje na vozila s pogonom na vodik.

Najviši iznos sredstava Fonda po vozilima na električni pogon iz kategorija L1 do L7 tako iznosi 2500 eura, a devet tisuća eura za vozila M1 kategorije na električni pogon. Za kupnju vozila iz potonje kategorije na pogon na vodik također se može dobiti najviše devet tisuća eura, dok se za kupnju vozila na plug-in hibridni pogon može ostvariti pet tisuća eura poticaja.

Prijava mora sadržavati uvjerenje o prebivalištu prijavitelja, ponudu za kupnju vozila izdanu od prodajnog mjesta, račun za predujam te dokaz o primitku uplate obveznog minimalnog predujma na račun prodajnog mjesta, odnosno dokaz prodajnog mjesta o primitku sredstava na račun u vidu ispisa iz transakcijskog računa ili fiskalizirani račun iz kojeg je vidljiva uplata sredstava.

Podnošenje prijava započinje 22. travnja

"Prihvatljivi i opravdani trošak po pozivu je isključivo trošak kupnje vozila, koji može nastati kupnjom radi stjecanja vlasništva ili financijskim leasingom, najranije na dan objave ovog poziva (5. travnja, op.a.). Vrijeme nastanka troška utvrđuje se datumom izdavanja računa za kupnju vozila", napominju iz Fonda.

Podnošenje prijava na poziv započinje 22. travnja 2024. u 9 sati, a poziv će trajati do isteka kalendarske godine ili do iskorištenja sredstava. Pritom će informacija o iznosu iskorištenih sredstava biti javno dostupna putem mrežne stranice Fonda te će se ažurirati u stvarnom vremenu.

Vozilo se mora zadržati barem dvije godine

Fond je na svojoj internetskoj stranici, na temelju ranije provedenog javnog poziva, objavio i listu energetski učinkovitih vozila, dakle modela koji udovoljavaju uvjetima poziva, te prodajnih mjesta raspoloživih za provođenje poziva.

"Prijavitelj podnosi prijavu na poziv isključivo preko prodajnog mjesta prema listi prodajnih mjesta s liste energetski učinkovitih vozila", istaknuli su.

Između ostalog, iz Fonda napominju da je korisnik bespovratnih sredstava obvezan zadržati u vlasništvu/korištenju sufinancirano vozilo dvije godine od datuma prve registracije.

Kupnja novih automobila: građanima Hrvatske će se s 15 milijuna eura sufinancirati kupnja energetski učinkovitih vozila

Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost objavio je javni poziv vrijedan 15 milijuna eura kojim će se građanima sufinancirati kupnja energetski učinkovitih vozila, a prijave će se moći podnositi od 22. travnja.

Energetski učinkovitim vozilima čiju kupnju će sufinancirati Fond smatraju se vozila kategorija L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7 na električni pogon, što uključuje i mopede i motocikle, kao i vozila kategorije M1 na električni, plug-in hibridni pogon ili pogon na vodik, što podrazumijeva osobna vozila koja, osim sjedišta vozača, imaju još najviše osam sjedišta.
