- Jako mi se sviđa da smo ovdje bez kamera. Ne moramo se suzdržavati, možemo krajnje otvoreno govoriti - kazao je ministar Zdravko Marić tijekom sjednice saborskog Odbora za zdravstvo na temu "Hitna potreba reforme zdravstvenog sustava".

Marić je, kako piše Novi list, na sjednici radio izravan pritisak na ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da počne smanjivati rashode zdravstvenog sustava, ali nije znao da se sjednica prenosi preko saborskog YouTube kanala.

Beroš je odgovornost prebacivao na premijera Andreja Plenkovića, tvrdeći da mu je već ranije dostavio prijedloge, ali da on oklijeva zbog lokalnih izbora.

- Imam tu neki materijal, ovo nije za javnu distribuciju, samo ću zamahati s njim, svi ovih dana mašemo nekim papirima. Od kada sam došao u Ministarstvo financija 2006., razlika između rashoda zdravstvenog sustava i prohoda iz doprinosa bila je ravno milijarda kuna.

Sjećam se da je tada u mirovinskom sustavu razlika između prihoda i isplaćenih mirovina bila već 12 milijardi kuna. Do danas je mirovinski sustav u deficitu državnog proračuna uvijek negdje na četiri posto BDP-a. Zdravstveni sustav, nažalost, ide najboljim smjerom da se tome približi - kazao je ministar Marić.

Od 2007., kada su doprinosi za zdravstvo bili 16,9 milijardi, a rashodi 18 i nešto milijardi, došli smo do godišnjih rashoda od 34 milijarde kuna, a doprinosi su porasli na 21 milijardu, objasnio je ministar čime se svakodnevno mora nositi.

Istaknuo je da je pričao sa svojim prethodnicima iz SDP-a, Slavkom Linićem i Borisom Lalovcem, i da među njima nema razlika u stavovima. Svi se oni protive izdvojenosti HZZO-a iz riznice.

- Kao ministarstvo uvijek postavljamo pitanje što time dobivamo - kazao je Marić.

Marić je opisivao i svoje više godišnje "hrvanje" s veledrogerijama te je prezentirao brojke koje pokazuju kako su dramatično rasli troškovi zdravstva te kazao da su za ovu godinu predviđeni transferi bili 2,7 milijardi, a bit će gotovo deset milijardi kuna. 

- Malo sam se jučer na kraju sastanka našalio, ako mi još netko dođe s tezom da Ministarstvo financija nešto duguje, neću odgovarati za svoje postupke.

Ne možemo više. Teško mi je, nisam dovoljno pametan da bih objasnio kako to u covid godini toliko rastu troškovi za lijekove, pa i ove posebno skupe. Svi živi rastu, a imamo podatke o smanjivanju medicinskih zahvata.

Čujte, meni banka dođe i kaže plati mi kamatu deset posto. Ali, nikad to neću prihvatiti, sjednem i tučem se s njima. Danas je glavna tema odakle novac za veledrogerije. Kao da smo negdje imali zakopan novac, ljudi, povećali smo deficit, o čemu pričamo - kazao je Marić na sjednici.

Kazao je i da dug prema veledrogerijama pretaču u dug prema bankama. 

- Zato sljedeći korak mora biti reforma, nešto što će Ministarstvo zdravstva predložiti. Ako ostane ovakva dinamika, mi smo za godinu dana na istom i nismo ništa napravili. Podržavam što god predložite, samo da idemo prema racionalizaciji - kazao je Marić, piše Novi list.

Ministar zdravstva mu je posredno odgovorio kad je ovaj već napustio sjednicu.

- Žao mi je što više nije tu. Zadnjih četiri, pet mjeseci intenzivno komuniciramo s Ministarstvom financija, iznjedrili smo prijedlog obročne otplate tih dugova, između 600 i 700 milijuna kuna.

Odgovorili smo nekoliko puta argumentirano na sva traženja ministra Marića, a sada je loptica ipak kod njih. Vjerujem da će Marić pronaći način da to riješi - kazao je Beroš.

- Jako mi se sviđa da smo ovdje bez kamera. Ne moramo se suzdržavati, možemo krajnje otvoreno govoriti - kazao je ministar Zdravko Marić tijekom sjednice saborskog Odbora za zdravstvo na temu "Hitna potreba reforme zdravstvenog sustava".

Marić je, kako piše Novi list, na sjednici radio izravan pritisak na ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da počne smanjivati rashode zdravstvenog sustava, ali nije znao da se sjednica prenosi preko saborskog YouTube kanala.

Beroš je odgovornost prebacivao na premijera Andreja Plenkovića, tvrdeći da mu je već ranije dostavio prijedloge, ali da on oklijeva zbog lokalnih izbora.

- Imam tu neki materijal, ovo nije za javnu distribuciju, samo ću zamahati s njim, svi ovih dana mašemo nekim papirima. Od kada sam došao u Ministarstvo financija 2006., razlika između rashoda zdravstvenog sustava i prohoda iz doprinosa bila je ravno milijarda kuna.

Sjećam se da je tada u mirovinskom sustavu razlika između prihoda i isplaćenih mirovina bila već 12 milijardi kuna. Do danas je mirovinski sustav u deficitu državnog proračuna uvijek negdje na četiri posto BDP-a. Zdravstveni sustav, nažalost, ide najboljim smjerom da se tome približi - kazao je ministar Marić.

Od 2007., kada su doprinosi za zdravstvo bili 16,9 milijardi, a rashodi 18 i nešto milijardi, došli smo do godišnjih rashoda od 34 milijarde kuna, a doprinosi su porasli na 21 milijardu, objasnio je ministar čime se svakodnevno mora nositi.

Istaknuo je da je pričao sa svojim prethodnicima iz SDP-a, Slavkom Linićem i Borisom Lalovcem, i da među njima nema razlika u stavovima. Svi se oni protive izdvojenosti HZZO-a iz riznice.

- Kao ministarstvo uvijek postavljamo pitanje što time dobivamo - kazao je Marić.

Marić je opisivao i svoje više godišnje "hrvanje" s veledrogerijama te je prezentirao brojke koje pokazuju kako su dramatično rasli troškovi zdravstva te kazao da su za ovu godinu predviđeni transferi bili 2,7 milijardi, a bit će gotovo deset milijardi kuna. 

- Malo sam se jučer na kraju sastanka našalio, ako mi još netko dođe s tezom da Ministarstvo financija nešto duguje, neću odgovarati za svoje postupke.

Ne možemo više. Teško mi je, nisam dovoljno pametan da bih objasnio kako to u covid godini toliko rastu troškovi za lijekove, pa i ove posebno skupe. Svi živi rastu, a imamo podatke o smanjivanju medicinskih zahvata.

Čujte, meni banka dođe i kaže plati mi kamatu deset posto. Ali, nikad to neću prihvatiti, sjednem i tučem se s njima. Danas je glavna tema odakle novac za veledrogerije. Kao da smo negdje imali zakopan novac, ljudi, povećali smo deficit, o čemu pričamo - kazao je Marić na sjednici.

Kazao je i da dug prema veledrogerijama pretaču u dug prema bankama. 

- Zato sljedeći korak mora biti reforma, nešto što će Ministarstvo zdravstva predložiti. Ako ostane ovakva dinamika, mi smo za godinu dana na istom i nismo ništa napravili. Podržavam što god predložite, samo da idemo prema racionalizaciji - kazao je Marić, piše Novi list.

Ministar zdravstva mu je posredno odgovorio kad je ovaj već napustio sjednicu.

- Žao mi je što više nije tu. Zadnjih četiri, pet mjeseci intenzivno komuniciramo s Ministarstvom financija, iznjedrili smo prijedlog obročne otplate tih dugova, između 600 i 700 milijuna kuna.

Odgovorili smo nekoliko puta argumentirano na sva traženja ministra Marića, a sada je loptica ipak kod njih. Vjerujem da će Marić pronaći način da to riješi - kazao je Beroš.

Marić mislio da nema kamera pa ‘oprao‘ Beroša: Ako ostane ovakva dinamika, mi smo za godinu dana na istom i nismo ništa napravili

- Jako mi se sviđa da smo ovdje bez kamera. Ne moramo se suzdržavati, možemo krajnje otvoreno govoriti - kazao je ministar Zdravko Marić tijekom sjednice saborskog Odbora za zdravstvo na temu "Hitna potreba reforme zdravstvenog sustava".

Marić je, kako piše Novi list, na sjednici radio izravan pritisak na ministra zdravstva Vilija Beroša da počne smanjivati rashode zdravstvenog sustava, ali nije znao da se sjednica prenosi preko saborskog YouTube kanala.

Beroš je odgovornost prebacivao na premijera Andreja Plenkovića, tvrdeći da mu je već ranije dostavio prijedloge, ali da on oklijeva zbog lokalnih izbora.

- Imam tu neki materijal, ovo nije za javnu distribuciju, samo ću zamahati s njim, svi ovih dana mašemo nekim papirima. Od kada sam došao u Ministarstvo financija 2006., razlika između rashoda zdravstvenog sustava i prohoda iz doprinosa bila je ravno milijarda kuna.

Sjećam se da je tada u mirovinskom sustavu razlika između prihoda i isplaćenih mirovina bila već 12 milijardi kuna. Do danas je mirovinski sustav u deficitu državnog proračuna uvijek negdje na četiri posto BDP-a. Zdravstveni sustav, nažalost, ide najboljim smjerom da se tome približi - kazao je ministar Marić.

Od 2007., kada su doprinosi za zdravstvo bili 16,9 milijardi, a rashodi 18 i nešto milijardi, došli smo do godišnjih rashoda od 34 milijarde kuna, a doprinosi su porasli na 21 milijardu, objasnio je ministar čime se svakodnevno mora nositi.

Istaknuo je da je pričao sa svojim prethodnicima iz SDP-a, Slavkom Linićem i Borisom Lalovcem, i da među njima nema razlika u stavovima. Svi se oni protive izdvojenosti HZZO-a iz riznice.

- Kao ministarstvo uvijek postavljamo pitanje što time dobivamo - kazao je Marić.

Marić je opisivao i svoje više godišnje "hrvanje" s veledrogerijama te je prezentirao brojke koje pokazuju kako su dramatično rasli troškovi zdravstva te kazao da su za ovu godinu predviđeni transferi bili 2,7 milijardi, a bit će gotovo deset milijardi kuna. 

- Malo sam se jučer na kraju sastanka našalio, ako mi još netko dođe s tezom da Ministarstvo financija nešto duguje, neću odgovarati za svoje postupke.

Ne možemo više. Teško mi je, nisam dovoljno pametan da bih objasnio kako to u covid godini toliko rastu troškovi za lijekove, pa i ove posebno skupe. Svi živi rastu, a imamo podatke o smanjivanju medicinskih zahvata.
