Skoro 34 milijuna ljudi u Njemačkoj je u regularnom radnom odnosu. To je novi rekord. No istodobno i dalje raste broj nepopunjenih radnih mjesta. Godišta s visokim natalitetom odlaze u mirovinu, a zbog negativnog demografskog razvoja sve je manji broj novih radnika. Sve više tvrtki se žali na nedostatak stručne radne snage. Za njemačko gospodarstvo to je postalo jedan od najvećih poslovnih rizika, piše Deutsche Welle.

Koliko je situacija ozbiljna, pokazuje najnovije ispitivanje javnog mnijenja koje je po narudžbi zaklade Bertelsmann proveo institut Civey. Od 7.500 ispitanih poduzetnika njih 66 posto je navelo da ne mogu pronaći dovoljno stručnih radnika. Prošle godine je njih 55 posto izjavilo da računaju s problemima u popunjavanju radnih mjesta.

Iz godine u godinu sve je teže

Stanje nije isto u svim branšama, regijama, zanimanjima i kvalifikacijama. Ako se tvrtke koje imaju manjak radne snage pita što im točno nedostaje, skoro svaka druga navodi osobe sa završenim srednjoškolskim stručnim osposobljavanjem. Akademski obrazovanih nedostaje u svakom četvrtom poduzeću. S obzirom na branšu, manjak stručne radne snage posebno pogađa njegu starijih i nemoćnih i zdravstvo.

„Činjenica je: u Njemačkoj nestaje radna snaga", upozorio je u kolovozu Detlef Scheele, predsjednik upravnog odbora Savezne agencije za rad. „Od njege preko održavanja klimatizacije do logistike i fakultetski obrazovanih. Posvuda će nedostajati stručne radne snage." Prema njegovim podacima, Njemačka treba 400.000 doseljenika godišnje kako bi zadovoljila potrebe na tržištu rada.

Veće plaće, šanse za usavršavanje i pogodovanje obiteljima

No u praksi je do sada doseljavanje strane radne snage igralo malu ulogu. Samo 16 posto ispitanika iz Bertelsmannove studije je navelo da radnu snagu traži u inozemstvu. Većina ih posebno atraktivnim ponudama pokušava privući domaće zaposlenike.

Od 1. ožujka 2020. u Njemačkoj je na snazi zakon koji bi trebao olakšati dolazak stručne radne snage iz zemalja koje nisu članice Europske unije. Unatoč tome, mnogi poduzetnici se ustručavaju od traženja radnika u inozemstvu. Razlozi su različiti. Kao glavni razlog tvrtke navode strah od poteškoća u sporazumijevanju i problem procjene kvalifikacije radnika sa stranom svjedodžbom.

Njemačkoj nedostaje dobro obrazovanih radnika, ali i dalje je najveći problem - jezik, piše Deutsche Welle.

Slični su odgovori i onih tvrtki koje su već zaposlile strane radnike. To pokazuje da neke bojazni i nisu baš neopravdane, recimo što se tiče sporazumijevanja sa strancima. S druge strane, birokratske prepreke su u praksi očito manji problem nego što se to na prvi pogled čini.

67 posto sudionika studije polazi od toga da će idućih godina imati manje stručne radne snage nego što im je potrebno. „Manjak stručne radne snage je sve veći problem, a rješenje nije na vidiku. Mi kao društvo trebamo održiva rješenja kako bismo izašli na kraj s demografskim promjenama i socijalno-ekološkom transformacijom", smatra Matthias Mayer, stručnjak za migracije iz zaklade Bertelsmann

On ističe da je presudna dosljedna primjena Zakona o doseljavanju stručne radne snage. Po Mayerovom mišljenju, tu spada i jednostavniji postupak priznavanja stranih svjedodžbi i diploma.

On smatra da bi tu od pomoći mogla biti partnerstva u obrazovanju između Njemačke i drugih zemalja, koja bi mogla doprinijeti boljem uzajamnom razumijevanju poduzetnika i potencijalnih stranih zaposlenika. Čak 57 posto ispitanih tvrtki ocjenjuje da bi bilo korisno sklapanje više transnacionalnih sporazuma o posredovanju u zapošljavanju ili obrazovanju stručne radne snage.

Skoro 34 milijuna ljudi u Njemačkoj je u regularnom radnom odnosu. To je novi rekord. No istodobno i dalje raste broj nepopunjenih radnih mjesta. Godišta s visokim natalitetom odlaze u mirovinu, a zbog negativnog demografskog razvoja sve je manji broj novih radnika. Sve više tvrtki se žali na nedostatak stručne radne snage. Za njemačko gospodarstvo to je postalo jedan od najvećih poslovnih rizika, piše Deutsche Welle.

Koliko je situacija ozbiljna, pokazuje najnovije ispitivanje javnog mnijenja koje je po narudžbi zaklade Bertelsmann proveo institut Civey. Od 7.500 ispitanih poduzetnika njih 66 posto je navelo da ne mogu pronaći dovoljno stručnih radnika. Prošle godine je njih 55 posto izjavilo da računaju s problemima u popunjavanju radnih mjesta.

Iz godine u godinu sve je teže

Stanje nije isto u svim branšama, regijama, zanimanjima i kvalifikacijama. Ako se tvrtke koje imaju manjak radne snage pita što im točno nedostaje, skoro svaka druga navodi osobe sa završenim srednjoškolskim stručnim osposobljavanjem. Akademski obrazovanih nedostaje u svakom četvrtom poduzeću. S obzirom na branšu, manjak stručne radne snage posebno pogađa njegu starijih i nemoćnih i zdravstvo.

„Činjenica je: u Njemačkoj nestaje radna snaga", upozorio je u kolovozu Detlef Scheele, predsjednik upravnog odbora Savezne agencije za rad. „Od njege preko održavanja klimatizacije do logistike i fakultetski obrazovanih. Posvuda će nedostajati stručne radne snage." Prema njegovim podacima, Njemačka treba 400.000 doseljenika godišnje kako bi zadovoljila potrebe na tržištu rada.

Veće plaće, šanse za usavršavanje i pogodovanje obiteljima

No u praksi je do sada doseljavanje strane radne snage igralo malu ulogu. Samo 16 posto ispitanika iz Bertelsmannove studije je navelo da radnu snagu traži u inozemstvu. Većina ih posebno atraktivnim ponudama pokušava privući domaće zaposlenike.

Od 1. ožujka 2020. u Njemačkoj je na snazi zakon koji bi trebao olakšati dolazak stručne radne snage iz zemalja koje nisu članice Europske unije. Unatoč tome, mnogi poduzetnici se ustručavaju od traženja radnika u inozemstvu. Razlozi su različiti. Kao glavni razlog tvrtke navode strah od poteškoća u sporazumijevanju i problem procjene kvalifikacije radnika sa stranom svjedodžbom.

Njemačkoj nedostaje dobro obrazovanih radnika, ali i dalje je najveći problem - jezik, piše Deutsche Welle.

Slični su odgovori i onih tvrtki koje su već zaposlile strane radnike. To pokazuje da neke bojazni i nisu baš neopravdane, recimo što se tiče sporazumijevanja sa strancima. S druge strane, birokratske prepreke su u praksi očito manji problem nego što se to na prvi pogled čini.

On ističe da je presudna dosljedna primjena Zakona o doseljavanju stručne radne snage. Po Mayerovom mišljenju, tu spada i jednostavniji postupak priznavanja stranih svjedodžbi i diploma.

On smatra da bi tu od pomoći mogla biti partnerstva u obrazovanju između Njemačke i drugih zemalja, koja bi mogla doprinijeti boljem uzajamnom razumijevanju poduzetnika i potencijalnih stranih zaposlenika. Čak 57 posto ispitanih tvrtki ocjenjuje da bi bilo korisno sklapanje više transnacionalnih sporazuma o posredovanju u zapošljavanju ili obrazovanju stručne radne snage.

Skoro 34 milijuna ljudi u Njemačkoj je u regularnom radnom odnosu. To je novi rekord. No istodobno i dalje raste broj nepopunjenih radnih mjesta. Godišta s visokim natalitetom odlaze u mirovinu, a zbog negativnog demografskog razvoja sve je manji broj novih radnika. Sve više tvrtki se žali na nedostatak stručne radne snage. Za njemačko gospodarstvo to je postalo jedan od najvećih poslovnih rizika, piše Deutsche Welle.

Koliko je situacija ozbiljna, pokazuje najnovije ispitivanje javnog mnijenja koje je po narudžbi zaklade Bertelsmann proveo institut Civey. Od 7.500 ispitanih poduzetnika njih 66 posto je navelo da ne mogu pronaći dovoljno stručnih radnika. Prošle godine je njih 55 posto izjavilo da računaju s problemima u popunjavanju radnih mjesta.

Iz godine u godinu sve je teže

Stanje nije isto u svim branšama, regijama, zanimanjima i kvalifikacijama. Ako se tvrtke koje imaju manjak radne snage pita što im točno nedostaje, skoro svaka druga navodi osobe sa završenim srednjoškolskim stručnim osposobljavanjem. Akademski obrazovanih nedostaje u svakom četvrtom poduzeću. S obzirom na branšu, manjak stručne radne snage posebno pogađa njegu starijih i nemoćnih i zdravstvo.

„Činjenica je: u Njemačkoj nestaje radna snaga", upozorio je u kolovozu Detlef Scheele, predsjednik upravnog odbora Savezne agencije za rad. „Od njege preko održavanja klimatizacije do logistike i fakultetski obrazovanih. Posvuda će nedostajati stručne radne snage." Prema njegovim podacima, Njemačka treba 400.000 doseljenika godišnje kako bi zadovoljila potrebe na tržištu rada.

Veće plaće, šanse za usavršavanje i pogodovanje obiteljima

No u praksi je do sada doseljavanje strane radne snage igralo malu ulogu. Samo 16 posto ispitanika iz Bertelsmannove studije je navelo da radnu snagu traži u inozemstvu. Većina ih posebno atraktivnim ponudama pokušava privući domaće zaposlenike.

Od 1. ožujka 2020. u Njemačkoj je na snazi zakon koji bi trebao olakšati dolazak stručne radne snage iz zemalja koje nisu članice Europske unije. Unatoč tome, mnogi poduzetnici se ustručavaju od traženja radnika u inozemstvu. Razlozi su različiti. Kao glavni razlog tvrtke navode strah od poteškoća u sporazumijevanju i problem procjene kvalifikacije radnika sa stranom svjedodžbom.
