Gong je prijavio Andreja Plenkovića Državnom izbornom povjerenstvu nakon što je objavljena snimka na kojoj govori članovima HDZ-a da starijim biračima nose izborne listiće u domove, donosi Index.

"Pozivamo DIP da zatraži očitovanje od HDZ-a oko sporne prakse kakvu najavljuje predsjednik HDZ-a u snimci koju je objavio tjednik Nacional. Postoji točno utvrđena procedura kako stariji birači mogu zatražiti dolazak biračkog odbora radi glasanja od kuće. Stariji birači i biračice trebaju unaprijed kontaktirati izborno povjerenstvo ili se na birački dan, najbolje ujutro javiti biračkom odboru, koje je sastavljeno od članova više stranaka.

Niti jedna stranka, pa tako ni HDZ, ne bi smio imati ekskluzivno pravo nošenja glasačkih listića nekome izvan biračkog mjesta. O listićima brine višestranački birački odbor, a procedura je jasno propisana", priopćio je Gong.

"Plenkovićeva izjava može sugerirati da HDZ upravlja radom višestranačkih biračkih odbora ili još gore - da se glasački listići nose mimo biračkih odbora.

Što se tiče organiziranog prijevoza, nama u Gongu takav prijevoz nije sporan samo u slučaju da autobusi/kombiji nemaju stranačke oznake i samo su jednako dostupni svima. To je uostalom bio i raniji stav DIP-a. Gong smatra da uslugu organiziranog stranačkog prijevoza treba tretirati kao donaciju i da treba biti prijavljena. Tražimo od DIP-a da se odredi oko ove prakse, za koju Plenković kaže da primjenjuju HDZ-ove županijske organizacije", dodaje Gong.

Gong je prijavio Andreja Plenkovića Državnom izbornom povjerenstvu nakon što je objavljena snimka na kojoj govori članovima HDZ-a da starijim biračima nose izborne listiće u domove, donosi Index.

"Pozivamo DIP da zatraži očitovanje od HDZ-a oko sporne prakse kakvu najavljuje predsjednik HDZ-a u snimci koju je objavio tjednik Nacional. Postoji točno utvrđena procedura kako stariji birači mogu zatražiti dolazak biračkog odbora radi glasanja od kuće. Stariji birači i biračice trebaju unaprijed kontaktirati izborno povjerenstvo ili se na birački dan, najbolje ujutro javiti biračkom odboru, koje je sastavljeno od članova više stranaka.

Niti jedna stranka, pa tako ni HDZ, ne bi smio imati ekskluzivno pravo nošenja glasačkih listića nekome izvan biračkog mjesta. O listićima brine višestranački birački odbor, a procedura je jasno propisana", priopćio je Gong.

"Plenkovićeva izjava može sugerirati da HDZ upravlja radom višestranačkih biračkih odbora ili još gore - da se glasački listići nose mimo biračkih odbora.

Što se tiče organiziranog prijevoza, nama u Gongu takav prijevoz nije sporan samo u slučaju da autobusi/kombiji nemaju stranačke oznake i samo su jednako dostupni svima. To je uostalom bio i raniji stav DIP-a. Gong smatra da uslugu organiziranog stranačkog prijevoza treba tretirati kao donaciju i da treba biti prijavljena. Tražimo od DIP-a da se odredi oko ove prakse, za koju Plenković kaže da primjenjuju HDZ-ove županijske organizacije", dodaje Gong.

Plenković snimljen kako govori HDZ-ovcima da nose listiće po kućama. Gong ga prijavio

Gong je prijavio Andreja Plenkovića Državnom izbornom povjerenstvu nakon što je objavljena snimka na kojoj govori članovima HDZ-a da starijim biračima nose izborne listiće u domove, donosi Index.

"Pozivamo DIP da zatraži očitovanje od HDZ-a oko sporne prakse kakvu najavljuje predsjednik HDZ-a u snimci koju je objavio tjednik Nacional. Postoji točno utvrđena procedura kako stariji birači mogu zatražiti dolazak biračkog odbora radi glasanja od kuće. Stariji birači i biračice trebaju unaprijed kontaktirati izborno povjerenstvo ili se na birački dan, najbolje ujutro javiti biračkom odboru, koje je sastavljeno od članova više stranaka.

Niti jedna stranka, pa tako ni HDZ, ne bi smio imati ekskluzivno pravo nošenja glasačkih listića nekome izvan biračkog mjesta. O listićima brine višestranački birački odbor, a procedura je jasno propisana", priopćio je Gong.

"Plenkovićeva izjava može sugerirati da HDZ upravlja radom višestranačkih biračkih odbora ili još gore - da se glasački listići nose mimo biračkih odbora.

Što se tiče organiziranog prijevoza, nama u Gongu takav prijevoz nije sporan samo u slučaju da autobusi/kombiji nemaju stranačke oznake i samo su jednako dostupni svima. To je uostalom bio i raniji stav DIP-a. Gong smatra da uslugu organiziranog stranačkog prijevoza treba tretirati kao donaciju i da treba biti prijavljena. Tražimo od DIP-a da se odredi oko ove prakse, za koju Plenković kaže da primjenjuju HDZ-ove županijske organizacije", dodaje Gong.
