Tri radnika su poginula i više od 70 je teško ozlijeđeno na gradilištu Svjetske izložbe u Dubaiju, rekli su u subotu dužnosnici tog emirata koji tvrde da su sigurnosni propisi u skladu s međunarodnim normama.  

Ti podaci su objavljeni nakon poziva Europskog parlamenta na bojkot Expoa-2020, osuđujući u rezoluciji kršenja ljudskih prava u Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima, posebno "nehumano" postupanje prema radnicima imigrantima. 

Više od 200.000 radnika je sudjelovalo u izgradnji izložbenog prostora u predgrađu Dubaija gdje su podignute stotine paviljona. 

Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate i Katar, domaćina Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva 2022. često kritiziraju aktivisti za ljudska prava zbog postupanja prema stotinama tisuća radnika, od kojih je većina iz Južne Azije, koji grade njihove velike projekte. 

"Nažalost tri osobe su do danas poginule na radu i 72 su teško ozlijeđene", naveli su organizatori Expoa-2020 dodajući da ime je dobrobit radnika "najveći prioritet". 

Dodali su da je na izgradnju paviljona utrošeno 247 milijuna radnih sati i da je učestalost nesreća manja nego u Velikoj Britaniji.

"Uveli smo politike, standarde i svjetske procedure koje štite zdravlje, sigurnost i dobrobit svih koji su uključeni u Expo-2020", istaknuli su. 

Većina europskih zemalja sudjeluje na Expu-2020. unatoč pozivu Europskog parlamenta da ga bojkotiraju.

Tri radnika su poginula i više od 70 je teško ozlijeđeno na gradilištu Svjetske izložbe u Dubaiju, rekli su u subotu dužnosnici tog emirata koji tvrde da su sigurnosni propisi u skladu s međunarodnim normama.  

Ti podaci su objavljeni nakon poziva Europskog parlamenta na bojkot Expoa-2020, osuđujući u rezoluciji kršenja ljudskih prava u Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima, posebno "nehumano" postupanje prema radnicima imigrantima. 

Više od 200.000 radnika je sudjelovalo u izgradnji izložbenog prostora u predgrađu Dubaija gdje su podignute stotine paviljona. 

Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate i Katar, domaćina Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva 2022. često kritiziraju aktivisti za ljudska prava zbog postupanja prema stotinama tisuća radnika, od kojih je većina iz Južne Azije, koji grade njihove velike projekte. 

"Nažalost tri osobe su do danas poginule na radu i 72 su teško ozlijeđene", naveli su organizatori Expoa-2020 dodajući da ime je dobrobit radnika "najveći prioritet". 

Dodali su da je na izgradnju paviljona utrošeno 247 milijuna radnih sati i da je učestalost nesreća manja nego u Velikoj Britaniji.

"Uveli smo politike, standarde i svjetske procedure koje štite zdravlje, sigurnost i dobrobit svih koji su uključeni u Expo-2020", istaknuli su. 

Većina europskih zemalja sudjeluje na Expu-2020. unatoč pozivu Europskog parlamenta da ga bojkotiraju.

Svjetska izložba u Dubaiju ima tragične posljedice, loši uvjeti na gradilištu rezultirali su najgorim: ‘Imamo troje mrtvih i više od 70 ozlijeđenih‘

Tri radnika su poginula i više od 70 je teško ozlijeđeno na gradilištu Svjetske izložbe u Dubaiju, rekli su u subotu dužnosnici tog emirata koji tvrde da su sigurnosni propisi u skladu s međunarodnim normama.  

Ti podaci su objavljeni nakon poziva Europskog parlamenta na bojkot Expoa-2020, osuđujući u rezoluciji kršenja ljudskih prava u Ujedinjenim Arapskim Emiratima, posebno "nehumano" postupanje prema radnicima imigrantima. 

Više od 200.000 radnika je sudjelovalo u izgradnji izložbenog prostora u predgrađu Dubaija gdje su podignute stotine paviljona. 

Ujedinjene Arapske Emirate i Katar, domaćina Svjetskog nogometnog prvenstva 2022. često kritiziraju aktivisti za ljudska prava zbog postupanja prema stotinama tisuća radnika, od kojih je većina iz Južne Azije, koji grade njihove velike projekte. 

"Nažalost tri osobe su do danas poginule na radu i 72 su teško ozlijeđene", naveli su organizatori Expoa-2020 dodajući da ime je dobrobit radnika "najveći prioritet". 

Dodali su da je na izgradnju paviljona utrošeno 247 milijuna radnih sati i da je učestalost nesreća manja nego u Velikoj Britaniji.

"Uveli smo politike, standarde i svjetske procedure koje štite zdravlje, sigurnost i dobrobit svih koji su uključeni u Expo-2020", istaknuli su. 

Većina europskih zemalja sudjeluje na Expu-2020. unatoč pozivu Europskog parlamenta da ga bojkotiraju.
