Vlasnik autobusa i vozači na međunarodnoj liniji kažnjeni su sa 171.000 kuna zbog 15 prekršaja odnosno prijevoza bez korištenja digitalnih kartica, prekoračenja maksimalnog dnevnog vremena vožnje, neposjedovanja dozvola za linijski prijevoz u međunarodnom prometu i drugog.

Prometni su policajci u četvrtak, 5. kolovoza oko 14,30 sati na autocesti A3, kod naplatnih postaja Ivanić Grad, zaustavili i kontrolirali dva autobusa istog prijevoznika u vlasništvu 43-godišnjaka iz Austrije, koja su prometovala na relaciji između Bosne i Hercegovine i Austrije.

Autobusima su upravljali vlasnik, 67-godišnjak također iz Austrije i 43-godišnjak iz Bosne i Hercegovine, a nadzorom vozila i vozača je utvrđeno da su počinili više težih prekršaja iz Zakona o radnim vremenima, obveznim odmorima mobilnih radnika i uređaja za bilježenje u cestovnom prometu te iz Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu, stoji u priopćenju MUP-a.

Riječ je o prijevozu bez korištenja digitalnih kartica, prekoračenju maksimalnog dnevnog vremena vožnje, nedovoljnoj dnevnoj stanki odnosno dnevnom i tjednom odmoru, prekoračenom dvotjednom vremenu vožnje, neposjedovanju potrebnih dozvola za linijski prijevoz putnika u međunarodnom prometu te neposjedovanju stručne osposobljenosti za prijevoz putnika tj. neposjedovanja koda 95.

Za navedenih 15 prekršaja su im djelatnici Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture izdali prekršajne naloge u kojima je izrečena sveukupna kazna od 171.000 kuna i 1.400 kuna troškova donošenja Prekršajnih naloga. Temeljem članka 152. stavak 3. Prekršajnog zakona počinitelji su odmah platili dvije trećine izrečene novčane kazne.

Osim prekršajnih sankcija, poduzete su upravne mjere, tj. vozaču koji nije stručno osposobljen izdana je zabrana obavljanja javnog prijevoza putnika do stjecanja potrebne stručne osposobljenosti, stoji u priopćenju.

Vlasnik autobusa i vozači na međunarodnoj liniji kažnjeni su sa 171.000 kuna zbog 15 prekršaja odnosno prijevoza bez korištenja digitalnih kartica, prekoračenja maksimalnog dnevnog vremena vožnje, neposjedovanja dozvola za linijski prijevoz u međunarodnom prometu i drugog.

Prometni su policajci u četvrtak, 5. kolovoza oko 14,30 sati na autocesti A3, kod naplatnih postaja Ivanić Grad, zaustavili i kontrolirali dva autobusa istog prijevoznika u vlasništvu 43-godišnjaka iz Austrije, koja su prometovala na relaciji između Bosne i Hercegovine i Austrije.

Autobusima su upravljali vlasnik, 67-godišnjak također iz Austrije i 43-godišnjak iz Bosne i Hercegovine, a nadzorom vozila i vozača je utvrđeno da su počinili više težih prekršaja iz Zakona o radnim vremenima, obveznim odmorima mobilnih radnika i uređaja za bilježenje u cestovnom prometu te iz Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu, stoji u priopćenju MUP-a.

Riječ je o prijevozu bez korištenja digitalnih kartica, prekoračenju maksimalnog dnevnog vremena vožnje, nedovoljnoj dnevnoj stanki odnosno dnevnom i tjednom odmoru, prekoračenom dvotjednom vremenu vožnje, neposjedovanju potrebnih dozvola za linijski prijevoz putnika u međunarodnom prometu te neposjedovanju stručne osposobljenosti za prijevoz putnika tj. neposjedovanja koda 95.

Za navedenih 15 prekršaja su im djelatnici Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture izdali prekršajne naloge u kojima je izrečena sveukupna kazna od 171.000 kuna i 1.400 kuna troškova donošenja Prekršajnih naloga. Temeljem članka 152. stavak 3. Prekršajnog zakona počinitelji su odmah platili dvije trećine izrečene novčane kazne.

Osim prekršajnih sankcija, poduzete su upravne mjere, tj. vozaču koji nije stručno osposobljen izdana je zabrana obavljanja javnog prijevoza putnika do stjecanja potrebne stručne osposobljenosti, stoji u priopćenju.

Vlasnik autobusa i vozači na međunarodnoj liniji kažnjeni su sa 171.000 kuna zbog 15 prekršaja odnosno prijevoza bez korištenja digitalnih kartica, prekoračenja maksimalnog dnevnog vremena vožnje, neposjedovanja dozvola za linijski prijevoz u međunarodnom prometu i drugog.

Prometni su policajci u četvrtak, 5. kolovoza oko 14,30 sati na autocesti A3, kod naplatnih postaja Ivanić Grad, zaustavili i kontrolirali dva autobusa istog prijevoznika u vlasništvu 43-godišnjaka iz Austrije, koja su prometovala na relaciji između Bosne i Hercegovine i Austrije.

Autobusima su upravljali vlasnik, 67-godišnjak također iz Austrije i 43-godišnjak iz Bosne i Hercegovine, a nadzorom vozila i vozača je utvrđeno da su počinili više težih prekršaja iz Zakona o radnim vremenima, obveznim odmorima mobilnih radnika i uređaja za bilježenje u cestovnom prometu te iz Zakona o prijevozu u cestovnom prometu, stoji u priopćenju MUP-a.

Riječ je o prijevozu bez korištenja digitalnih kartica, prekoračenju maksimalnog dnevnog vremena vožnje, nedovoljnoj dnevnoj stanki odnosno dnevnom i tjednom odmoru, prekoračenom dvotjednom vremenu vožnje, neposjedovanju potrebnih dozvola za linijski prijevoz putnika u međunarodnom prometu te neposjedovanju stručne osposobljenosti za prijevoz putnika tj. neposjedovanja koda 95.

Za navedenih 15 prekršaja su im djelatnici Ministarstva mora, prometa i infrastrukture izdali prekršajne naloge u kojima je izrečena sveukupna kazna od 171.000 kuna i 1.400 kuna troškova donošenja Prekršajnih naloga. Temeljem članka 152. stavak 3. Prekršajnog zakona počinitelji su odmah platili dvije trećine izrečene novčane kazne.

Osim prekršajnih sankcija, poduzete su upravne mjere, tj. vozaču koji nije stručno osposobljen izdana je zabrana obavljanja javnog prijevoza putnika do stjecanja potrebne stručne osposobljenosti, stoji u priopćenju.
