Gradski i županijski vijećnici Akcije mladih - Ante Rubeša, Marjana Botić i Marko Pupić Bakrač - održavaju konferenciju za medije u Parku kraljice Jelene Madijevke gdje je u četvrtak u ranim jutarnjim satima u padu s bedema poginuo 20-godišnji mladić iz Irske.

- Osjećam sram i odgovornost i žao mi je što sve radnje koje smo poduzimali prošlih godina nisu urodile plodom. Institucije u Zadru, gradonačelnik, koncesionar... Svi su zakazali i propustili zaštititi sigurnost i živote ljudi u ovom parku. Sad dolazimo u situaciju da se odriču odgovornosti, a oni itekako imaju odgovornost. Ovaj objekt se pod hitno treba zatvoriti i treba naći odgovorne koji su se unatoč hrpi naših primjedbi oglušili i uzrokovali smrt mladića, kazala je gradska vijećnica Marjana Botić. 

- Osjećam sram i odgovornost jer smo ovo pitanje pokrenuli prošle godine. Imamo nalaz Državnog inspektorata koji je tu našao nezakonitosti, nalaz konzervatora koji su rekli kako tu ne bi trebao biti noćni klub. Žao mi je što na početku ove sezone nisam ponovno ukazivao na ovaj problem jer bi možda spasio jedan mladi život. Zbog toga ne spavam dobro. Oni koji su ovo dozvolili spavaju bez ikakvih problema, kazao je županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač dodajući kako Perivoj kraljice Jelene Madijevke nije mjesto u kojem može biti noćni klub. 

- Ovaj je klub nakon smrti 20-godišnjaka sutradan trebao biti zatvoren, gradonačelnik je trebao podnijeti ostavku jer je upozoravan na ovo više puta. isto tako i direktor Nasada koji je jednom istaknuo kako je park "oplemenjen" ovim kafićem. Ne budu li dignute kaznene prijave onda je sasvim jasno da u svemu sudjeluju institucije sistema. Od kafića koji je tu trebao biti mi smo dobili klub koji ne zadovoljava minimalne uvjete. Za ovo netko treba odgovarati. Sutra to može biti moje ili vaše dijete, a da ne govorimo o učestalim tučnjavama i neredima, dodao je Pupić Bakrač naglašavajući kako policija treba podnijeti kaznenu prijavu protiv gradonačelnika, direktora Nasada i bilo koga tko je dozvolio da na ovom prostoru bude noćni klub koji ne zadovoljava ni sigurnosne ni sanitarne uvjete. 

- Gradonačelnik i direktor Nasada moraju dati ostavku!, zaključuje Pupić Bakrač.

Gradski i županijski vijećnici Akcije mladih - Ante Rubeša, Marjana Botić i Marko Pupić Bakrač - održavaju konferenciju za medije u Parku kraljice Jelene Madijevke gdje je u četvrtak u ranim jutarnjim satima u padu s bedema poginuo 20-godišnji mladić iz Irske.

- Osjećam sram i odgovornost i žao mi je što sve radnje koje smo poduzimali prošlih godina nisu urodile plodom. Institucije u Zadru, gradonačelnik, koncesionar... Svi su zakazali i propustili zaštititi sigurnost i živote ljudi u ovom parku. Sad dolazimo u situaciju da se odriču odgovornosti, a oni itekako imaju odgovornost. Ovaj objekt se pod hitno treba zatvoriti i treba naći odgovorne koji su se unatoč hrpi naših primjedbi oglušili i uzrokovali smrt mladića, kazala je gradska vijećnica Marjana Botić. 

- Osjećam sram i odgovornost jer smo ovo pitanje pokrenuli prošle godine. Imamo nalaz Državnog inspektorata koji je tu našao nezakonitosti, nalaz konzervatora koji su rekli kako tu ne bi trebao biti noćni klub. Žao mi je što na početku ove sezone nisam ponovno ukazivao na ovaj problem jer bi možda spasio jedan mladi život. Zbog toga ne spavam dobro. Oni koji su ovo dozvolili spavaju bez ikakvih problema, kazao je županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač dodajući kako Perivoj kraljice Jelene Madijevke nije mjesto u kojem može biti noćni klub. 

- Ovaj je klub nakon smrti 20-godišnjaka sutradan trebao biti zatvoren, gradonačelnik je trebao podnijeti ostavku jer je upozoravan na ovo više puta. isto tako i direktor Nasada koji je jednom istaknuo kako je park "oplemenjen" ovim kafićem. Ne budu li dignute kaznene prijave onda je sasvim jasno da u svemu sudjeluju institucije sistema. Od kafića koji je tu trebao biti mi smo dobili klub koji ne zadovoljava minimalne uvjete. Za ovo netko treba odgovarati. Sutra to može biti moje ili vaše dijete, a da ne govorimo o učestalim tučnjavama i neredima, dodao je Pupić Bakrač naglašavajući kako policija treba podnijeti kaznenu prijavu protiv gradonačelnika, direktora Nasada i bilo koga tko je dozvolio da na ovom prostoru bude noćni klub koji ne zadovoljava ni sigurnosne ni sanitarne uvjete. 

- Gradonačelnik i direktor Nasada moraju dati ostavku!, zaključuje Pupić Bakrač.
