Bivši dioničar tvrtke ‘Luka Zadar‘ i poznati zadarski poduzetnik 57-godišnji Arsen Marin, nije zadržan u istražnom zatvoru u Zadru, nakon što je u petak predan pritvorskom nadzorniku zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prevare.
Sudac istrage Hrvoje Visković odbio je prijedlog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru (ODO) koje je tražilo njegovo pritvaranje. Tužiteljstvo, naime, smatra da će 57-godišnjak boravkom na slobodi uništiti, sakriti ili krivotvoriti dokaze ili tragove važne za postupak ili će ometati kazneni postupak utjecajem na svjedoke, vještake sudionike ili prikrivače.
Istražni zatvor za Marina, međutim, odmah je odbijen pod obrazloženjem kako nije u razmjeru s počinjenjem kaznenog djela, što nije uobičajeno dok je u tijeku istraga cijelog slučaja.
Zadarska policija je kazneno prijavila Arsena Marina sumnjajući da je krivotvorenjem papira i prevarom kupaca nekretnina sebi ‘priskrbio‘ - 187 tisuća eura.
Zadarski poduzetnik koji se već duže vrijeme bavi nekretninama prevario je 70 - godišnjaka i 34 - godišnjaka u kupnji stana u stambenom objektu na području Zadra. U više navrata primio je novčani iznos, držeći ih u zabludi od 2018. godine kako su postali vlasnici stanova, dok su vlasništvo nad nekretninama zapravo stekle treće osobe
Izradio je lažnu dokumentaciji o kupoprodaji nekretnina, te drugu krivotvorenu poslovnu dokumentaciju koju je predočio kao pravu, a sve u cilju dovođenja u zabludu žrtava, te pribavljanja protupravne imovinske koristi. Prevaru je Od 2018..godine,
Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s Državnim odvjetništvom proveli su nad njim kriminalističko istraživanje zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare.
Osumnjičeni 57-godišnjak u petak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare je dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
U odnosu na druge oštećene osobe, te moguće počinitelje kaznenih djela, policija i dalje nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje.

Bivši dioničar tvrtke ‘Luka Zadar‘ i poznati zadarski poduzetnik 57-godišnji Arsen Marin, nije zadržan u istražnom zatvoru u Zadru, nakon što je u petak predan pritvorskom nadzorniku zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prevare.
Sudac istrage Hrvoje Visković odbio je prijedlog Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Zadru (ODO) koje je tražilo njegovo pritvaranje. Tužiteljstvo, naime, smatra da će 57-godišnjak boravkom na slobodi uništiti, sakriti ili krivotvoriti dokaze ili tragove važne za postupak ili će ometati kazneni postupak utjecajem na svjedoke, vještake sudionike ili prikrivače.
Istražni zatvor za Marina, međutim, odmah je odbijen pod obrazloženjem kako nije u razmjeru s počinjenjem kaznenog djela, što nije uobičajeno dok je u tijeku istraga cijelog slučaja.
Zadarska policija je kazneno prijavila Arsena Marina sumnjajući da je krivotvorenjem papira i prevarom kupaca nekretnina sebi ‘priskrbio‘ - 187 tisuća eura.
Zadarski poduzetnik koji se već duže vrijeme bavi nekretninama prevario je 70 - godišnjaka i 34 - godišnjaka u kupnji stana u stambenom objektu na području Zadra. U više navrata primio je novčani iznos, držeći ih u zabludi od 2018. godine kako su postali vlasnici stanova, dok su vlasništvo nad nekretninama zapravo stekle treće osobe

Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave zadarske u suradnji s Državnim odvjetništvom proveli su nad njim kriminalističko istraživanje zbog sumnje u počinjenje kaznenih djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare.
Osumnjičeni 57-godišnjak u petak je predan pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave zadarske, a kaznena prijava zbog sumnje u kaznena djela krivotvorenje isprava i prijevare je dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
U odnosu na druge oštećene osobe, te moguće počinitelje kaznenih djela, policija i dalje nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje.
