Najveća promjena u novom prijedlogu Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Zadra odnosi se na regulaciju buke koju će ubuduće provoditi komunalni redari. Zadarski ugostitelji će izvan turističke sezone glazbu moći puštati do ponoć, a u sezoni do jedan sat.

Za radijsku glazbu neće biti potrebna suglasnost gradonačelnika, dok će nastupe uživo odobravati gradonačelnik. Komunalni redari će ubuduće biti ovlašteni tražiti smanjivanje glazbe ili njeno potpuno gašenje, a potom im je na raspolaganju i izricanje kazne. Sukladno Zakonu o buci, kazna za preglasnu glazbu za pravne osobe može se popeti do 1.320 eura i 260 za odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi, dok će obrtnici morati platiti 660 eura.

Doći će i do ograničavanja kretanja dostavnih vozila po Poluotoku, jer su analize pokazale, izjavio je komunalni pročelnik Robertino Dujela, da se unatoč kaznama i postupanju policije, dostavan vozila prekomjerno zadržavaju u centru grada. Kazne za fizičke osobe će ići do 130 eura.

-Ove odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti, uvjetima za održavanje manifestacija i komunalnom redu dio su većeg paketa mjera koji smo pripremili u partnerstvu s gospodarskom i obrtničkom komorom i Udruženjem obrtnika. Cilj ovih akata je postaviti jasan i čvrst okvir za aktivnosti koje su neminovne, ali i koje su se pokazale spornima. Riječ je o buci, radnom vremenu ugostiteljskih objekata i promet i zadržavanje vozila u povijesnoj jezgri. Stroga kontrola, jasne metode i čvrsta provedba ovih odluka novi je izazov za naše komunalne redare, a nadam se nepremostivi za sve one koji namjeravaju ove odluke kršiti, rekao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Prijedlog nove Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti mora potvrditi Gradsko vijeće, očekuje se na prvoj narednoj sjednici 10. svibnja.

Najveća promjena u novom prijedlogu Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Zadra odnosi se na regulaciju buke koju će ubuduće provoditi komunalni redari. Zadarski ugostitelji će izvan turističke sezone glazbu moći puštati do ponoć, a u sezoni do jedan sat.

Za radijsku glazbu neće biti potrebna suglasnost gradonačelnika, dok će nastupe uživo odobravati gradonačelnik. Komunalni redari će ubuduće biti ovlašteni tražiti smanjivanje glazbe ili njeno potpuno gašenje, a potom im je na raspolaganju i izricanje kazne. Sukladno Zakonu o buci, kazna za preglasnu glazbu za pravne osobe može se popeti do 1.320 eura i 260 za odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi, dok će obrtnici morati platiti 660 eura.

Doći će i do ograničavanja kretanja dostavnih vozila po Poluotoku, jer su analize pokazale, izjavio je komunalni pročelnik Robertino Dujela, da se unatoč kaznama i postupanju policije, dostavan vozila prekomjerno zadržavaju u centru grada. Kazne za fizičke osobe će ići do 130 eura.

-Ove odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti, uvjetima za održavanje manifestacija i komunalnom redu dio su većeg paketa mjera koji smo pripremili u partnerstvu s gospodarskom i obrtničkom komorom i Udruženjem obrtnika. Cilj ovih akata je postaviti jasan i čvrst okvir za aktivnosti koje su neminovne, ali i koje su se pokazale spornima. Riječ je o buci, radnom vremenu ugostiteljskih objekata i promet i zadržavanje vozila u povijesnoj jezgri. Stroga kontrola, jasne metode i čvrsta provedba ovih odluka novi je izazov za naše komunalne redare, a nadam se nepremostivi za sve one koji namjeravaju ove odluke kršiti, rekao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Prijedlog nove Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti mora potvrditi Gradsko vijeće, očekuje se na prvoj narednoj sjednici 10. svibnja.

Evo kolike će kazne komunalni redari ispisivati za preglasnu glazbu i prekomjerno zadržavanje dostavnih vozila na Poluotoku

Najveća promjena u novom prijedlogu Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti na području Grada Zadra odnosi se na regulaciju buke koju će ubuduće provoditi komunalni redari. Zadarski ugostitelji će izvan turističke sezone glazbu moći puštati do ponoć, a u sezoni do jedan sat.

Za radijsku glazbu neće biti potrebna suglasnost gradonačelnika, dok će nastupe uživo odobravati gradonačelnik. Komunalni redari će ubuduće biti ovlašteni tražiti smanjivanje glazbe ili njeno potpuno gašenje, a potom im je na raspolaganju i izricanje kazne. Sukladno Zakonu o buci, kazna za preglasnu glazbu za pravne osobe može se popeti do 1.320 eura i 260 za odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi, dok će obrtnici morati platiti 660 eura.

Doći će i do ograničavanja kretanja dostavnih vozila po Poluotoku, jer su analize pokazale, izjavio je komunalni pročelnik Robertino Dujela, da se unatoč kaznama i postupanju policije, dostavan vozila prekomjerno zadržavaju u centru grada. Kazne za fizičke osobe će ići do 130 eura.

-Ove odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti, uvjetima za održavanje manifestacija i komunalnom redu dio su većeg paketa mjera koji smo pripremili u partnerstvu s gospodarskom i obrtničkom komorom i Udruženjem obrtnika. Cilj ovih akata je postaviti jasan i čvrst okvir za aktivnosti koje su neminovne, ali i koje su se pokazale spornima. Riječ je o buci, radnom vremenu ugostiteljskih objekata i promet i zadržavanje vozila u povijesnoj jezgri. Stroga kontrola, jasne metode i čvrsta provedba ovih odluka novi je izazov za naše komunalne redare, a nadam se nepremostivi za sve one koji namjeravaju ove odluke kršiti, rekao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Prijedlog nove Odluke o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti mora potvrditi Gradsko vijeće, očekuje se na prvoj narednoj sjednici 10. svibnja.
