Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 6. rujna 2021. donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv poljskog državljanina (1997.) zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu iz čl. 227. st. 4. u svezi sa st. 1. Kaznenog zakona.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 24-godišnjak 3. rujna 2021. oko 13,05 sati na županijskoj cesti 5210 u mjestu Novalja kod kućnog broja 10, upravljao osobnim automobilom marke BMW iz smjera plaže Zrće prema kružnom toku pred mjestom Novalja, pod utjecajem alkohola od oko 1,5 promila te prevelikom brzinom, za sada, točno neutvrđenom. Osnovano se sumnja da je uslijed utjecaja alkohola i brzine savladavanja jednog lijevog zavoja kojem se približavao, ulaskom u navedeni zavoj izgubio kontrolu upravljanja nad automobilom, pa je izlaskom iz zavoja prešao na lijevu prometnu traku te u zanošenju zadnjim desnim bočnim dijelom automobila udario u moped marke Kymcko gospićkih registarskih oznaka, kojim je u tom trenutku iz suprotnog smjera svojom desnom prometnom trakom upravljao 31-godišnji državljanin Republike Srbije. Vozač mopeda je od siline udara odbačen u zrak i pao uz sjeverni rub kolnika udarivši u kameni suhozid, dok se moped odbio od automobila i udario u prednji lijevi dio marke automobila Audi A4 kojim je, iza mopeda, upravljao 32-godišnji hrvatski državljanin.

Državljanin Republike Srbije zadobio je teške i po život opasne ozljede uslijed kojih je preminuo na mjestu nesreće, dok su dvojica poljskih državljanina koja su bila u okrivljenikovu automobilu zadobili lake tjelesne ozljede.

Okrivljeni 24-godišnjak je, prije donošenja rješenja o provođenju istrage protiv njega, ispitan u državnom odvjetništvu te je potom prepraćen sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru koji je prihvatio prijedlog državnog odvjetništva i okrivljeniku odredio istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 1. Zakona o kaznenom postupku).

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 6. rujna 2021. donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv poljskog državljanina (1997.) zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu iz čl. 227. st. 4. u svezi sa st. 1. Kaznenog zakona.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 24-godišnjak 3. rujna 2021. oko 13,05 sati na županijskoj cesti 5210 u mjestu Novalja kod kućnog broja 10, upravljao osobnim automobilom marke BMW iz smjera plaže Zrće prema kružnom toku pred mjestom Novalja, pod utjecajem alkohola od oko 1,5 promila te prevelikom brzinom, za sada, točno neutvrđenom. Osnovano se sumnja da je uslijed utjecaja alkohola i brzine savladavanja jednog lijevog zavoja kojem se približavao, ulaskom u navedeni zavoj izgubio kontrolu upravljanja nad automobilom, pa je izlaskom iz zavoja prešao na lijevu prometnu traku te u zanošenju zadnjim desnim bočnim dijelom automobila udario u moped marke Kymcko gospićkih registarskih oznaka, kojim je u tom trenutku iz suprotnog smjera svojom desnom prometnom trakom upravljao 31-godišnji državljanin Republike Srbije. Vozač mopeda je od siline udara odbačen u zrak i pao uz sjeverni rub kolnika udarivši u kameni suhozid, dok se moped odbio od automobila i udario u prednji lijevi dio marke automobila Audi A4 kojim je, iza mopeda, upravljao 32-godišnji hrvatski državljanin.

Državljanin Republike Srbije zadobio je teške i po život opasne ozljede uslijed kojih je preminuo na mjestu nesreće, dok su dvojica poljskih državljanina koja su bila u okrivljenikovu automobilu zadobili lake tjelesne ozljede.

Okrivljeni 24-godišnjak je, prije donošenja rješenja o provođenju istrage protiv njega, ispitan u državnom odvjetništvu te je potom prepraćen sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru koji je prihvatio prijedlog državnog odvjetništva i okrivljeniku odredio istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 1. Zakona o kaznenom postupku).

Istraga protiv poljskog državljanina (24), sumnjiči ga se da je pijan oborio s mopeda državljana Srbije (31) koji je poginuo

Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru je 6. rujna 2021. donijelo rješenje o provođenju istrage protiv poljskog državljanina (1997.) zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio kazneno djelo izazivanja prometne nesreće u cestovnom prometu iz čl. 227. st. 4. u svezi sa st. 1. Kaznenog zakona.

Postoji osnovana sumnja da je okrivljeni 24-godišnjak 3. rujna 2021. oko 13,05 sati na županijskoj cesti 5210 u mjestu Novalja kod kućnog broja 10, upravljao osobnim automobilom marke BMW iz smjera plaže Zrće prema kružnom toku pred mjestom Novalja, pod utjecajem alkohola od oko 1,5 promila te prevelikom brzinom, za sada, točno neutvrđenom. Osnovano se sumnja da je uslijed utjecaja alkohola i brzine savladavanja jednog lijevog zavoja kojem se približavao, ulaskom u navedeni zavoj izgubio kontrolu upravljanja nad automobilom, pa je izlaskom iz zavoja prešao na lijevu prometnu traku te u zanošenju zadnjim desnim bočnim dijelom automobila udario u moped marke Kymcko gospićkih registarskih oznaka, kojim je u tom trenutku iz suprotnog smjera svojom desnom prometnom trakom upravljao 31-godišnji državljanin Republike Srbije. Vozač mopeda je od siline udara odbačen u zrak i pao uz sjeverni rub kolnika udarivši u kameni suhozid, dok se moped odbio od automobila i udario u prednji lijevi dio marke automobila Audi A4 kojim je, iza mopeda, upravljao 32-godišnji hrvatski državljanin.

Državljanin Republike Srbije zadobio je teške i po život opasne ozljede uslijed kojih je preminuo na mjestu nesreće, dok su dvojica poljskih državljanina koja su bila u okrivljenikovu automobilu zadobili lake tjelesne ozljede.

Okrivljeni 24-godišnjak je, prije donošenja rješenja o provođenju istrage protiv njega, ispitan u državnom odvjetništvu te je potom prepraćen sucu istrage Županijskog suda u Zadru koji je prihvatio prijedlog državnog odvjetništva i okrivljeniku odredio istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od bijega (čl. 123. st. 1. toč. 1. Zakona o kaznenom postupku).
