Novac koji mu je povjeren zadržao je za sebe, a ugostiteljske obrte oštetio je za preko 50 tisuća eura, to je sukus priče koja stiže iz zadarske policije.

Naime, PU zadarska je objavila kako je dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem Policijske uprave zadarske 39-godišnjak osumnjičen za kazneno djelo pronevjere.

- Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je kako je osumnjičeni, kao zaposlenik dvaju ugostiteljskih objekata sa sjedištem na zadarskom području, tijekom 2023. godine protupravno prisvojio novčani iznos od 57.898,68 eura. Sumnja se kako je obavljajući poslove ugostiteljskog djelatnika - konobara, za sebe zadržavao gotovinske uplate gostiju, na koji način je ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist novca koji mu je povjeren u radu od strane poslodavca, istaknuli su iz PU zadarske.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo 39-godišnji konobar je "operirao" u dva ugositeljska obrta koji su obiteljski povezani. Jedan ugostiteljski objekt se nalazi u Kožinu gdje je 39-godišnjak radio od svibnja do rujna, dok se drugi ugostiteljski objekt nalazi u Zadru. U njemu je 39-godišnji konobar koji je vlasnike "olakšao" za gotovo 60 tisuća erua radio izvan sezone. 

Protiv osumnjičenog slijedi kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Novac koji mu je povjeren zadržao je za sebe, a ugostiteljske obrte oštetio je za preko 50 tisuća eura, to je sukus priče koja stiže iz zadarske policije.

Naime, PU zadarska je objavila kako je dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem Policijske uprave zadarske 39-godišnjak osumnjičen za kazneno djelo pronevjere.

- Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je kako je osumnjičeni, kao zaposlenik dvaju ugostiteljskih objekata sa sjedištem na zadarskom području, tijekom 2023. godine protupravno prisvojio novčani iznos od 57.898,68 eura. Sumnja se kako je obavljajući poslove ugostiteljskog djelatnika - konobara, za sebe zadržavao gotovinske uplate gostiju, na koji način je ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist novca koji mu je povjeren u radu od strane poslodavca, istaknuli su iz PU zadarske.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo 39-godišnji konobar je "operirao" u dva ugositeljska obrta koji su obiteljski povezani. Jedan ugostiteljski objekt se nalazi u Kožinu gdje je 39-godišnjak radio od svibnja do rujna, dok se drugi ugostiteljski objekt nalazi u Zadru. U njemu je 39-godišnji konobar koji je vlasnike "olakšao" za gotovo 60 tisuća erua radio izvan sezone. 

Protiv osumnjičenog slijedi kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.

Konobar "operirao" u dva ugostiteljska objekta na području Zadra i u godinu dana vlasnike "olakšao" za gotovo 60 tisuća eura!

Novac koji mu je povjeren zadržao je za sebe, a ugostiteljske obrte oštetio je za preko 50 tisuća eura, to je sukus priče koja stiže iz zadarske policije.

Naime, PU zadarska je objavila kako je dovršenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem Policijske uprave zadarske 39-godišnjak osumnjičen za kazneno djelo pronevjere.

- Kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrđeno je kako je osumnjičeni, kao zaposlenik dvaju ugostiteljskih objekata sa sjedištem na zadarskom području, tijekom 2023. godine protupravno prisvojio novčani iznos od 57.898,68 eura. Sumnja se kako je obavljajući poslove ugostiteljskog djelatnika - konobara, za sebe zadržavao gotovinske uplate gostiju, na koji način je ostvario nepripadnu imovinsku korist novca koji mu je povjeren u radu od strane poslodavca, istaknuli su iz PU zadarske.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo 39-godišnji konobar je "operirao" u dva ugositeljska obrta koji su obiteljski povezani. Jedan ugostiteljski objekt se nalazi u Kožinu gdje je 39-godišnjak radio od svibnja do rujna, dok se drugi ugostiteljski objekt nalazi u Zadru. U njemu je 39-godišnji konobar koji je vlasnike "olakšao" za gotovo 60 tisuća erua radio izvan sezone. 

Protiv osumnjičenog slijedi kaznena prijava Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Zadru.
