Kako se navodi u obavijesti, predmet ponude za preuzimanje ce biti sve dionice Ciljnog društva na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 580,00 kuna (76,98 eura), piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Nakon što je u lani preuzela najveći pojedinačni udio od 24,5 posto temeljnog kapitala u zadarskoj turističkoj kompaniji, Tankerska plovidba sada kreće u preuzimanje Turisthotela.

U srijedu popodne na Zagrebačku burzu dostavili su obavijest o nastanku obveze objave ponude za preuzimanje Turisthotela, sklapanjem ugovora o prijenosu dionica s pet dioničara Turisthotela 18. siječnja.

Tankerska plovidba je time stekla još 14,61 posto temeljnog kapitala društva, te je zajedno s dionicama koje je već držala, dosegnula ukupno 39,34 posto temeljnog kapitala kompanije. Kako se navodi u obavijesti, predmet ponude za preuzimanje ce biti sve dionice Ciljnog društva na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 580,00 kuna (76,98 eura).

Podsjetimo, koncem listopada prošle godine zadarski brodar finalizirao je transakciju kojom je s 24,53 posto dionica postao najveći pojedinačni dioničar "Turisthotela"! "Tankerska plovidba" dosad je uglavnom ulagala u kupnju brodova, ali iz najnovijeg poteza vrha kompanije potpuno je jasno da su pažljivo pratili i mogućnost ulaganja u kupnju vlasničkih udjela drugih kompanija.

Obrazlažući ovu odluku, predsjednik Uprave Mario Pavić izjavio je da "Tankerska plovidba" želi jednim dijelom diverzificirati svoje poslovanje kao dio dugoročne strategije usklađenja s globalnim smjerom dekarbonizacije, ali unatoč tome core biznis i dalje ostaje brodarstvo, odnosno tankeri.

Dakako, u Zadru je vlasnički ulazak brodarske kompanije u hotelsku doživljen kao svojevrsno ponovno "objedinjavanje" dviju velikih tvrtki poniklih u sklopu nekadašnje "Jugoslavenske tankerske plovidbe". Direktor Pavić ipak podvlači da je kupnja vlasničkog udjela u "Turisthotelu" prije svega "poslovna odluka, gdje prvenstveno želimo oploditi ulaganje", ali priznaje da ipak "postoji i mala emocionalna komponenta vezana uz ovu transakciju s obzirom na isprepletenu povijest ovih dviju tvrtki".

- Da se radilo o sličnoj turističkoj kompaniji na nekoj drugoj lokaciji, vjerojatno je ne bi ni razmatrali - izjavio je tada Pavić.

Tako je došlo do velike promjene u vlasničkoj strukturi "Turisthotela", gdje je "Tankerska" u top 10 najvećih pojedinačnih dioničara "zamijenila" Franu Skoblara, nekadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg predsjednika Uprave "Turisthotela", koji je sa svojih 11,85 posto udjela "pao" na drugo mjesto.

Na popisu top 10 dioničara više nema ni Ante Banića, člana "Turisthotelova" Nadzornog odbora, koji je po javno dostupnim podacima "Tankerskoj" prodao svoje 32.842 dionice. Jednako tako postupila je i članica Uprave Danka Nekić sa svojih 19.887 dionica, a podaci pokazuju da su samo te dvije kupnje teške više od 242 milijuna kuna, s obzirom na to da je svaka dionica plaćena 4600 kuna.

Iz činjenice da su iz top 10 ispali Zoran Milišić i Matko Stojanov jasno je da su i oni prodali svoje dionice. Cijeli se posao tako penje iznad 404 milijuna kuna.

Najznačajniji je dio imovine "Turisthotela" poznato turističko naselje "Zaton Holiday Resort", ukupnoga kapaciteta 8000 gostiju. U portfelju je i boutique hostel "Forum" u središtu Zadra, ali i praonica rublja kapaciteta 40 tona dnevno, te tvrtka "Praonica Plat" u Zvekovici kod Cavtata.

Kako se navodi u obavijesti, predmet ponude za preuzimanje ce biti sve dionice Ciljnog društva na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 580,00 kuna (76,98 eura), piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Nakon što je u lani preuzela najveći pojedinačni udio od 24,5 posto temeljnog kapitala u zadarskoj turističkoj kompaniji, Tankerska plovidba sada kreće u preuzimanje Turisthotela.

U srijedu popodne na Zagrebačku burzu dostavili su obavijest o nastanku obveze objave ponude za preuzimanje Turisthotela, sklapanjem ugovora o prijenosu dionica s pet dioničara Turisthotela 18. siječnja.

Tankerska plovidba je time stekla još 14,61 posto temeljnog kapitala društva, te je zajedno s dionicama koje je već držala, dosegnula ukupno 39,34 posto temeljnog kapitala kompanije. Kako se navodi u obavijesti, predmet ponude za preuzimanje ce biti sve dionice Ciljnog društva na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 580,00 kuna (76,98 eura).

Podsjetimo, koncem listopada prošle godine zadarski brodar finalizirao je transakciju kojom je s 24,53 posto dionica postao najveći pojedinačni dioničar "Turisthotela"! "Tankerska plovidba" dosad je uglavnom ulagala u kupnju brodova, ali iz najnovijeg poteza vrha kompanije potpuno je jasno da su pažljivo pratili i mogućnost ulaganja u kupnju vlasničkih udjela drugih kompanija.

Obrazlažući ovu odluku, predsjednik Uprave Mario Pavić izjavio je da "Tankerska plovidba" želi jednim dijelom diverzificirati svoje poslovanje kao dio dugoročne strategije usklađenja s globalnim smjerom dekarbonizacije, ali unatoč tome core biznis i dalje ostaje brodarstvo, odnosno tankeri.

Dakako, u Zadru je vlasnički ulazak brodarske kompanije u hotelsku doživljen kao svojevrsno ponovno "objedinjavanje" dviju velikih tvrtki poniklih u sklopu nekadašnje "Jugoslavenske tankerske plovidbe". Direktor Pavić ipak podvlači da je kupnja vlasničkog udjela u "Turisthotelu" prije svega "poslovna odluka, gdje prvenstveno želimo oploditi ulaganje", ali priznaje da ipak "postoji i mala emocionalna komponenta vezana uz ovu transakciju s obzirom na isprepletenu povijest ovih dviju tvrtki".

- Da se radilo o sličnoj turističkoj kompaniji na nekoj drugoj lokaciji, vjerojatno je ne bi ni razmatrali - izjavio je tada Pavić.

Tako je došlo do velike promjene u vlasničkoj strukturi "Turisthotela", gdje je "Tankerska" u top 10 najvećih pojedinačnih dioničara "zamijenila" Franu Skoblara, nekadašnjeg dugogodišnjeg predsjednika Uprave "Turisthotela", koji je sa svojih 11,85 posto udjela "pao" na drugo mjesto.

Na popisu top 10 dioničara više nema ni Ante Banića, člana "Turisthotelova" Nadzornog odbora, koji je po javno dostupnim podacima "Tankerskoj" prodao svoje 32.842 dionice. Jednako tako postupila je i članica Uprave Danka Nekić sa svojih 19.887 dionica, a podaci pokazuju da su samo te dvije kupnje teške više od 242 milijuna kuna, s obzirom na to da je svaka dionica plaćena 4600 kuna.

Iz činjenice da su iz top 10 ispali Zoran Milišić i Matko Stojanov jasno je da su i oni prodali svoje dionice. Cijeli se posao tako penje iznad 404 milijuna kuna.

Najznačajniji je dio imovine "Turisthotela" poznato turističko naselje "Zaton Holiday Resort", ukupnoga kapaciteta 8000 gostiju. U portfelju je i boutique hostel "Forum" u središtu Zadra, ali i praonica rublja kapaciteta 40 tona dnevno, te tvrtka "Praonica Plat" u Zvekovici kod Cavtata.

Kako se navodi u obavijesti, predmet ponude za preuzimanje ce biti sve dionice Ciljnog društva na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 580,00 kuna (76,98 eura), piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Nakon što je u lani preuzela najveći pojedinačni udio od 24,5 posto temeljnog kapitala u zadarskoj turističkoj kompaniji, Tankerska plovidba sada kreće u preuzimanje Turisthotela.

U srijedu popodne na Zagrebačku burzu dostavili su obavijest o nastanku obveze objave ponude za preuzimanje Turisthotela, sklapanjem ugovora o prijenosu dionica s pet dioničara Turisthotela 18. siječnja.

Tankerska plovidba je time stekla još 14,61 posto temeljnog kapitala društva, te je zajedno s dionicama koje je već držala, dosegnula ukupno 39,34 posto temeljnog kapitala kompanije. Kako se navodi u obavijesti, predmet ponude za preuzimanje ce biti sve dionice Ciljnog društva na ime, serije A, pojedinačnog nominalnog iznosa od 580,00 kuna (76,98 eura).

Podsjetimo, koncem listopada prošle godine zadarski brodar finalizirao je transakciju kojom je s 24,53 posto dionica postao najveći pojedinačni dioničar "Turisthotela"! "Tankerska plovidba" dosad je uglavnom ulagala u kupnju brodova, ali iz najnovijeg poteza vrha kompanije potpuno je jasno da su pažljivo pratili i mogućnost ulaganja u kupnju vlasničkih udjela drugih kompanija.
