Na današnje održanom Gradonačelnikovom kolegiju našla se i točka davanja suglasnosti Liburniji za podizanje kredita u iznosu od 1,3 milijuna eura. 

- Ovo je tema koja je otvorena licitacijom pojedinih vijećnika pri donošenju ovogodišnjeg proračuna, a odnosi se na Liburniju. Najavio sam kako će nam se Liburnija pojaviti na dnevnom redu na proljeće, čak konkretno u svibnju. I dogodilo se! Doduše, ne samo zbog onog o čemu smo govorili nakon donošenja proračuna, nego i zbog znatnog poskupljenja goriva, prilagodbi voznog reda uvjetovanog opsežnim radovima na aglomeraciji… Uz to, kapitalna pomoć Liburniji d.o.o. Zadar je smanjena za čak 1.700.000,00 kn te sad iznosi svega 663.467,00 kuna. Po ovoj stavci planirali smo u cijelosti financirati troškove rata kredita za nabavku pet novih autobusa koji su nabavljeni 2018. godine te rate financijskog leasinga za nabavku novog kombi vozila za prijevoz invalidnih osoba koje je također nabavljeno 2018. godine. Danas smo prisiljeni dati suglasnost i jamstvo za kreditno zaduženje Liburniji kako bi izbjegli probleme s likvidnošću jer je riječ o trgovačkom društvu koje mora uz poslovanje čuvati i svoj kreditni rejting, kazao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za financije, Ivan Mijolović je pojasnio pojedinosti kredita te kazao kako je Liburnija uputila zahtjev Gradu za u za davanjem jamstva za podizanje kratkoročnog kredita u iznosu od 1.300.000,00 EUR-a u kunskoj protuvrijednosti po srednjem tečaju HNB-a sa fiksnom kamatnom stopom od 1,4% i troškom obrade kredita od 0,05% od iznosa kredita za financiranje obrtnih sredstava.

- Liburnija je svoj zahtjev obrazložila potrebom očuvanja likvidnosti poslovanja u ovoj godini, ali i činjenicom da ove godine nisu dobili potporu Vlade RH za očuvanje radnih mjesta. Navedeni iznos namjeravaju iskoristiti isključivo za podmirenje tekućih obaveza: plaće, gorivo, PDV, obaveze prema dobavljačima te ostale kratkoročne i dugoročne obaveze, kazao je pročelnik Mijolović.   

S obzirom da se radi o iznosu većem od milijun kuna, Prijedlog je upućen na odlučivanju Gradskom vijeću.

Na današnje održanom Gradonačelnikovom kolegiju našla se i točka davanja suglasnosti Liburniji za podizanje kredita u iznosu od 1,3 milijuna eura. 

- Ovo je tema koja je otvorena licitacijom pojedinih vijećnika pri donošenju ovogodišnjeg proračuna, a odnosi se na Liburniju. Najavio sam kako će nam se Liburnija pojaviti na dnevnom redu na proljeće, čak konkretno u svibnju. I dogodilo se! Doduše, ne samo zbog onog o čemu smo govorili nakon donošenja proračuna, nego i zbog znatnog poskupljenja goriva, prilagodbi voznog reda uvjetovanog opsežnim radovima na aglomeraciji… Uz to, kapitalna pomoć Liburniji d.o.o. Zadar je smanjena za čak 1.700.000,00 kn te sad iznosi svega 663.467,00 kuna. Po ovoj stavci planirali smo u cijelosti financirati troškove rata kredita za nabavku pet novih autobusa koji su nabavljeni 2018. godine te rate financijskog leasinga za nabavku novog kombi vozila za prijevoz invalidnih osoba koje je također nabavljeno 2018. godine. Danas smo prisiljeni dati suglasnost i jamstvo za kreditno zaduženje Liburniji kako bi izbjegli probleme s likvidnošću jer je riječ o trgovačkom društvu koje mora uz poslovanje čuvati i svoj kreditni rejting, kazao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za financije, Ivan Mijolović je pojasnio pojedinosti kredita te kazao kako je Liburnija uputila zahtjev Gradu za u za davanjem jamstva za podizanje kratkoročnog kredita u iznosu od 1.300.000,00 EUR-a u kunskoj protuvrijednosti po srednjem tečaju HNB-a sa fiksnom kamatnom stopom od 1,4% i troškom obrade kredita od 0,05% od iznosa kredita za financiranje obrtnih sredstava.

- Liburnija je svoj zahtjev obrazložila potrebom očuvanja likvidnosti poslovanja u ovoj godini, ali i činjenicom da ove godine nisu dobili potporu Vlade RH za očuvanje radnih mjesta. Navedeni iznos namjeravaju iskoristiti isključivo za podmirenje tekućih obaveza: plaće, gorivo, PDV, obaveze prema dobavljačima te ostale kratkoročne i dugoročne obaveze, kazao je pročelnik Mijolović.   

S obzirom da se radi o iznosu većem od milijun kuna, Prijedlog je upućen na odlučivanju Gradskom vijeću.

Liburnija od Grada traži suglasnost za podizanje kredita u iznosu od 1,3 milijuna eura

Na današnje održanom Gradonačelnikovom kolegiju našla se i točka davanja suglasnosti Liburniji za podizanje kredita u iznosu od 1,3 milijuna eura. 

- Ovo je tema koja je otvorena licitacijom pojedinih vijećnika pri donošenju ovogodišnjeg proračuna, a odnosi se na Liburniju. Najavio sam kako će nam se Liburnija pojaviti na dnevnom redu na proljeće, čak konkretno u svibnju. I dogodilo se! Doduše, ne samo zbog onog o čemu smo govorili nakon donošenja proračuna, nego i zbog znatnog poskupljenja goriva, prilagodbi voznog reda uvjetovanog opsežnim radovima na aglomeraciji… Uz to, kapitalna pomoć Liburniji d.o.o. Zadar je smanjena za čak 1.700.000,00 kn te sad iznosi svega 663.467,00 kuna. Po ovoj stavci planirali smo u cijelosti financirati troškove rata kredita za nabavku pet novih autobusa koji su nabavljeni 2018. godine te rate financijskog leasinga za nabavku novog kombi vozila za prijevoz invalidnih osoba koje je također nabavljeno 2018. godine. Danas smo prisiljeni dati suglasnost i jamstvo za kreditno zaduženje Liburniji kako bi izbjegli probleme s likvidnošću jer je riječ o trgovačkom društvu koje mora uz poslovanje čuvati i svoj kreditni rejting, kazao je gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.

Pročelnik Upravnog odjela za financije, Ivan Mijolović je pojasnio pojedinosti kredita te kazao kako je Liburnija uputila zahtjev Gradu za u za davanjem jamstva za podizanje kratkoročnog kredita u iznosu od 1.300.000,00 EUR-a u kunskoj protuvrijednosti po srednjem tečaju HNB-a sa fiksnom kamatnom stopom od 1,4% i troškom obrade kredita od 0,05% od iznosa kredita za financiranje obrtnih sredstava.

- Liburnija je svoj zahtjev obrazložila potrebom očuvanja likvidnosti poslovanja u ovoj godini, ali i činjenicom da ove godine nisu dobili potporu Vlade RH za očuvanje radnih mjesta. Navedeni iznos namjeravaju iskoristiti isključivo za podmirenje tekućih obaveza: plaće, gorivo, PDV, obaveze prema dobavljačima te ostale kratkoročne i dugoročne obaveze, kazao je pročelnik Mijolović.   

S obzirom da se radi o iznosu većem od milijun kuna, Prijedlog je upućen na odlučivanju Gradskom vijeću.
