Grad Zadar objavio je ponude pristigle na natječaj u kojem traže izvođača koji će urediti zadarsku rivu.
Na natječaj čija je procijenjena vrijednost bila 960 tisuća eura stigle su dvije ponude. Ekonomski povoljniju ponudu dala je tvrtka iz Podstrane G.A.M.I.K. u iznosu od 863.323,41 (bez PDV-a) euro, dok je skuplju ponudu dala tvrtka Minigradnja iz Vodica koja je uredili zadarski Muraj. Njihova ponuda iznosi 953.297,80 eura (bez PDV-a).
Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost sudjelovat će u sufinanciranju izvođenja radova s 398.168,43 EUR-a s PDV-om, a ostatak sredstava osigurat će se iz proračuna Grada Zadra.
Obuhvat ovog projekta odnosi se prvenstveno na uređenje pješačkih staza i ovalnih cvijetnjaka unutar zelenog pojasa Obale Petra Krešimira IV- Rive te biciklističke staze u sklopu nogostupa uz obodnu prometnicu. Svi koridori pješačkih staza se zadržavaju uz minimalne korekcije, kameni rubnjaci koji omeđuju ovalne cvijetnjake zamijeniti će se s novim rubnjacima. Postojeći šljunak s pješačkih staza zajedno s površinskim slojem zemlje ukloniti će se i zamijeniti novim slojem nabijenog kamenog drobljenca, tampona, a ispod njega postaviti će se protukorovna folija. Degradirani zemljani sloj unutar cvijetnjaka zamijeniti će se s novom prirodno humiziranom plodnom zemljom.
Za navodnjavanje zelenila izvesti će se automatski sustav navodnjavanja. Projektom je predviđeno izvođenje novog kamenog popločenja u produžetku Karda i popločenje uz hotel Zagreb radi spajanja s kamenim popločenjem na obalnom pojasu Rive. Kameno popločenje izvesti će se i ispred javnog WC-a, uz Bijelu kuću.
Unutar zahvata rekonstruirati će se elektroinstalacije na koje se naiđe pri izvođenje radova, a za potrebe ljetnih kulturno-turističkih događanja ugraditi će se 4 podzemna priključna elektro ormara s dovoljnim brojem elektro priključaka.
Biciklistička staza se predviđa urediti duž južnog pločnika ulica Mihovila Pavlinovića i Zadarskog Mira 1358., u tu svrhu zamijeniti će se dotrajali asfaltni sloj na ovim pločnicima.
Radovi trebaju započeti u drugoj polovici rujna, odnosno po završetku postupka javne nabave, a planirani rok za izvođenje radova je osam mjeseci.

Grad Zadar objavio je ponude pristigle na natječaj u kojem traže izvođača koji će urediti zadarsku rivu.
Na natječaj čija je procijenjena vrijednost bila 960 tisuća eura stigle su dvije ponude. Ekonomski povoljniju ponudu dala je tvrtka iz Podstrane G.A.M.I.K. u iznosu od 863.323,41 (bez PDV-a) euro, dok je skuplju ponudu dala tvrtka Minigradnja iz Vodica koja je uredili zadarski Muraj. Njihova ponuda iznosi 953.297,80 eura (bez PDV-a).
Fond za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost sudjelovat će u sufinanciranju izvođenja radova s 398.168,43 EUR-a s PDV-om, a ostatak sredstava osigurat će se iz proračuna Grada Zadra.
Obuhvat ovog projekta odnosi se prvenstveno na uređenje pješačkih staza i ovalnih cvijetnjaka unutar zelenog pojasa Obale Petra Krešimira IV- Rive te biciklističke staze u sklopu nogostupa uz obodnu prometnicu. Svi koridori pješačkih staza se zadržavaju uz minimalne korekcije, kameni rubnjaci koji omeđuju ovalne cvijetnjake zamijeniti će se s novim rubnjacima. Postojeći šljunak s pješačkih staza zajedno s površinskim slojem zemlje ukloniti će se i zamijeniti novim slojem nabijenog kamenog drobljenca, tampona, a ispod njega postaviti će se protukorovna folija. Degradirani zemljani sloj unutar cvijetnjaka zamijeniti će se s novom prirodno humiziranom plodnom zemljom.
Za navodnjavanje zelenila izvesti će se automatski sustav navodnjavanja. Projektom je predviđeno izvođenje novog kamenog popločenja u produžetku Karda i popločenje uz hotel Zagreb radi spajanja s kamenim popločenjem na obalnom pojasu Rive. Kameno popločenje izvesti će se i ispred javnog WC-a, uz Bijelu kuću.
Unutar zahvata rekonstruirati će se elektroinstalacije na koje se naiđe pri izvođenje radova, a za potrebe ljetnih kulturno-turističkih događanja ugraditi će se 4 podzemna priključna elektro ormara s dovoljnim brojem elektro priključaka.
Biciklistička staza se predviđa urediti duž južnog pločnika ulica Mihovila Pavlinovića i Zadarskog Mira 1358., u tu svrhu zamijeniti će se dotrajali asfaltni sloj na ovim pločnicima.
Radovi trebaju započeti u drugoj polovici rujna, odnosno po završetku postupka javne nabave, a planirani rok za izvođenje radova je osam mjeseci.
