Zgrada stare škole u Malom Ižu procijenjena je na 128.520 eura, što je polovina iznosa kojeg je Grad Zadar tražio prije četiri godine. Tada je Grad u dva navrata pokušao prodati staru zgradu, ali u tome nije uspio, jer nitko nije iskazao interes za kupnju, makar ne po toj cijeni.
Zato se išlo na novu procjenu nekretnine od ukupno 572 m2, od čega je kuća 315 m2, dvorište 149 m2, drugo dvorište 95 m2 i spremište 13 m2.
