Policijski službenici Postaje prometne policije Zadar su noćas, 17. ožujka u 01.55 sati, tijekom ophodnje gradskim prometnicama, uočili automobil Mazda zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji se kretao pješačkom zonom, Gradskim mostom, iz pravca Poluotoka prema Obali kneza Branimira.

Po zaustavljanju i daljnjoj kontroli vozila i vozača, utvrđeno je kako je automobilom upravljao 40-godišnji vozač kod kojeg je alkotestiranjem izmjerena koncentracija alkohola od 1,79 promila. Također je utvrđeno kako je automobilu isteklo važenje prometne dozvole te nema važeću policu osiguranja.

Vozač je uhićen te smješten u prostorije policije do otrježnjenja.

Uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu, 40-godišnji vozač danas će biti prepraćen na Kazneno-prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Policijski službenici Postaje prometne policije Zadar su noćas, 17. ožujka u 01.55 sati, tijekom ophodnje gradskim prometnicama, uočili automobil Mazda zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji se kretao pješačkom zonom, Gradskim mostom, iz pravca Poluotoka prema Obali kneza Branimira.

Po zaustavljanju i daljnjoj kontroli vozila i vozača, utvrđeno je kako je automobilom upravljao 40-godišnji vozač kod kojeg je alkotestiranjem izmjerena koncentracija alkohola od 1,79 promila. Također je utvrđeno kako je automobilu isteklo važenje prometne dozvole te nema važeću policu osiguranja.

Vozač je uhićen te smješten u prostorije policije do otrježnjenja.

Uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu, 40-godišnji vozač danas će biti prepraćen na Kazneno-prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru.

Policija ga noćas zatekla u vožnji na Gradskom mostu: 40-godišnji vozač je imao 1,79 promila, ali nije imao prometnu dozvolu za svoju Mazdu

Policijski službenici Postaje prometne policije Zadar su noćas, 17. ožujka u 01.55 sati, tijekom ophodnje gradskim prometnicama, uočili automobil Mazda zadarskih registarskih oznaka koji se kretao pješačkom zonom, Gradskim mostom, iz pravca Poluotoka prema Obali kneza Branimira.

Po zaustavljanju i daljnjoj kontroli vozila i vozača, utvrđeno je kako je automobilom upravljao 40-godišnji vozač kod kojeg je alkotestiranjem izmjerena koncentracija alkohola od 1,79 promila. Također je utvrđeno kako je automobilu isteklo važenje prometne dozvole te nema važeću policu osiguranja.

Vozač je uhićen te smješten u prostorije policije do otrježnjenja.

Uz optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama i Zakona o obveznim osiguranjima u prometu, 40-godišnji vozač danas će biti prepraćen na Kazneno-prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda u Zadru.
