Hrvatske autoceste su po treći puta objavile natječaj za koncesiju nad odmorištem Marune koje se nalazi na autocesti A1.

Ovo odmorište, popularnog naziva "Velebitska kraljica", bila investicija je hrvatskog kralja pršuta Mladena Nekića, koji je 2006. godine s tvrtkom "Mataš M.N.“ od HAC-a za 32.000 kuna mjesečno dobio pravo na koncesiju. Njegova se tvrtka vrlo brzo našla u problemima pa je Nekić ugovor s HAC-om prebacio na svoju drugu tvrtku "Jasen". No i ta se tvrtka ubrzo našla u sličnim problemima. 

Marune su godinama zjapile zapuštene, a HAC-u još uvijek nije pošlo za rukom pronaći onoga tko će se uhvatiti u koštac s ovim projektom. Prva dva natječaja poništena su jer se na njih nitko nije javio, a hoće li ista sudbina zadesiti i treći natječaj, znat će se posljednjeg dana veljače kada će se u prostorijama HAC-a održati javno otvaranje ponuda.

Uvjeti trećeg natječaja jednaki su prethodnim natječajima. Budući koncesionar objekta od gotovo 2000 četvornih metara, Marune mora uzeti na rok od 25 godina i po početnoj cijeni od 5.521,02 eura mjesečno, što znači da će od odmorišta Marune HAC u četvrt stoljeća uprihoditi ukupno 12,5 milijuna kuna.

- Predmet nadmetanja je povjeravanje prava korištenja cestovnog zemljišta i nedovršenog pratećeg uslužnog objekta za dovršetak gradnje I. faze pratećeg uslužnog objekta ugostiteljsko-smještajnih sadržaja i obavljanje pratećih djelatnosti u svrhu pružanja usluga korisnicima autoceste te uklanjanje II. faze pratećeg uslužnog objekta na lokaciji odmorišta Marune, istaknuli su iz HAC-a.

Ako treći put HAC bude imao sreće, budućem će koncesionaru početi teći rok od godine i pol dana za dovršetak izgradnje I. faze objekta te početak obavljanja djelatnosti smještaja, trgovine i ugostiteljstva. Jedan dio objekta tako će se revitalizirati, a drugi dio objekta, u kojem se nalaze smještajni kapaciteti, otići će u zaborav.

- Dio objekta koji bi se uklanjao, odnosi se na dodatne smještajne kapacitete za koje nema interesa niti potrebe te čija izgradnja nije opravdana potražnjom korisnika autoceste. Dovršetak i održavanje navedenog djela objekta predstavljaju pretjeran i neopravdan trošak koji u konačnici nije isplativ te bi ponovno mogao dovesti do istih poslovnih problema u kakve je zapao investitor objekta te je nakon stečaja prestao postojati, pojasnili su iz HAC-a.

Hrvatske autoceste su po treći puta objavile natječaj za koncesiju nad odmorištem Marune koje se nalazi na autocesti A1.

Ovo odmorište, popularnog naziva "Velebitska kraljica", bila investicija je hrvatskog kralja pršuta Mladena Nekića, koji je 2006. godine s tvrtkom "Mataš M.N.“ od HAC-a za 32.000 kuna mjesečno dobio pravo na koncesiju. Njegova se tvrtka vrlo brzo našla u problemima pa je Nekić ugovor s HAC-om prebacio na svoju drugu tvrtku "Jasen". No i ta se tvrtka ubrzo našla u sličnim problemima. 

Marune su godinama zjapile zapuštene, a HAC-u još uvijek nije pošlo za rukom pronaći onoga tko će se uhvatiti u koštac s ovim projektom. Prva dva natječaja poništena su jer se na njih nitko nije javio, a hoće li ista sudbina zadesiti i treći natječaj, znat će se posljednjeg dana veljače kada će se u prostorijama HAC-a održati javno otvaranje ponuda.

Uvjeti trećeg natječaja jednaki su prethodnim natječajima. Budući koncesionar objekta od gotovo 2000 četvornih metara, Marune mora uzeti na rok od 25 godina i po početnoj cijeni od 5.521,02 eura mjesečno, što znači da će od odmorišta Marune HAC u četvrt stoljeća uprihoditi ukupno 12,5 milijuna kuna.

- Predmet nadmetanja je povjeravanje prava korištenja cestovnog zemljišta i nedovršenog pratećeg uslužnog objekta za dovršetak gradnje I. faze pratećeg uslužnog objekta ugostiteljsko-smještajnih sadržaja i obavljanje pratećih djelatnosti u svrhu pružanja usluga korisnicima autoceste te uklanjanje II. faze pratećeg uslužnog objekta na lokaciji odmorišta Marune, istaknuli su iz HAC-a.

Ako treći put HAC bude imao sreće, budućem će koncesionaru početi teći rok od godine i pol dana za dovršetak izgradnje I. faze objekta te početak obavljanja djelatnosti smještaja, trgovine i ugostiteljstva. Jedan dio objekta tako će se revitalizirati, a drugi dio objekta, u kojem se nalaze smještajni kapaciteti, otići će u zaborav.

- Dio objekta koji bi se uklanjao, odnosi se na dodatne smještajne kapacitete za koje nema interesa niti potrebe te čija izgradnja nije opravdana potražnjom korisnika autoceste. Dovršetak i održavanje navedenog djela objekta predstavljaju pretjeran i neopravdan trošak koji u konačnici nije isplativ te bi ponovno mogao dovesti do istih poslovnih problema u kakve je zapao investitor objekta te je nakon stečaja prestao postojati, pojasnili su iz HAC-a.

Ponovno objavljen natječaj za davanje u koncesiju odmorišta Marune. Hoće li HAC ovog puta uspjeti?

Hrvatske autoceste su po treći puta objavile natječaj za koncesiju nad odmorištem Marune koje se nalazi na autocesti A1.

Ovo odmorište, popularnog naziva "Velebitska kraljica", bila investicija je hrvatskog kralja pršuta Mladena Nekića, koji je 2006. godine s tvrtkom "Mataš M.N.“ od HAC-a za 32.000 kuna mjesečno dobio pravo na koncesiju. Njegova se tvrtka vrlo brzo našla u problemima pa je Nekić ugovor s HAC-om prebacio na svoju drugu tvrtku "Jasen". No i ta se tvrtka ubrzo našla u sličnim problemima. 

Marune su godinama zjapile zapuštene, a HAC-u još uvijek nije pošlo za rukom pronaći onoga tko će se uhvatiti u koštac s ovim projektom. Prva dva natječaja poništena su jer se na njih nitko nije javio, a hoće li ista sudbina zadesiti i treći natječaj, znat će se posljednjeg dana veljače kada će se u prostorijama HAC-a održati javno otvaranje ponuda.

Uvjeti trećeg natječaja jednaki su prethodnim natječajima. Budući koncesionar objekta od gotovo 2000 četvornih metara, Marune mora uzeti na rok od 25 godina i po početnoj cijeni od 5.521,02 eura mjesečno, što znači da će od odmorišta Marune HAC u četvrt stoljeća uprihoditi ukupno 12,5 milijuna kuna.

- Predmet nadmetanja je povjeravanje prava korištenja cestovnog zemljišta i nedovršenog pratećeg uslužnog objekta za dovršetak gradnje I. faze pratećeg uslužnog objekta ugostiteljsko-smještajnih sadržaja i obavljanje pratećih djelatnosti u svrhu pružanja usluga korisnicima autoceste te uklanjanje II. faze pratećeg uslužnog objekta na lokaciji odmorišta Marune, istaknuli su iz HAC-a.

Ako treći put HAC bude imao sreće, budućem će koncesionaru početi teći rok od godine i pol dana za dovršetak izgradnje I. faze objekta te početak obavljanja djelatnosti smještaja, trgovine i ugostiteljstva. Jedan dio objekta tako će se revitalizirati, a drugi dio objekta, u kojem se nalaze smještajni kapaciteti, otići će u zaborav.

- Dio objekta koji bi se uklanjao, odnosi se na dodatne smještajne kapacitete za koje nema interesa niti potrebe te čija izgradnja nije opravdana potražnjom korisnika autoceste. Dovršetak i održavanje navedenog djela objekta predstavljaju pretjeran i neopravdan trošak koji u konačnici nije isplativ te bi ponovno mogao dovesti do istih poslovnih problema u kakve je zapao investitor objekta te je nakon stečaja prestao postojati, pojasnili su iz HAC-a.
