Jučer je zadarska policija zaprimila dojavu od oštećenog 30-godišnjaka kako ga je preko mobitela kontaktirala nepoznata osoba koja ga je dovela u zabludu lažno mu predstavljajući činjenicu da se protiv njega, od strane institucija provodi istraživanje zbog protupravnih radnji, nakon čega je od njega traženo da na svoj mobilni uređaj instalira dvije aplikacije, što je on i učinio. Na taj način je omogućio nepoznatom počinitelju udaljen pristup na njegov mobilni uređaj, a potom je oštećenog navela da putem Internet bankarstva uplati određeni novčani iznos na aplikaciju, što je on i učinio.
Nakon što je posumnjao da su ga nepoznate osobe prevarile s ciljem stjecanja nepripadne materijalne koristi na njegovu štetu, događaj je prijavio policiji te je u tijeku kriminalističko istraživanje u cilj utvrđivanja identiteta počinitelja kaznenog djela.
Policijska uprava zadarska je u proteklom periodu zaprimila nekoliko prijava građana koji su zaprimali ovakve ili slične pozive te ovim putem ponovo savjetuje građane da budu oprezni kako ne bi postali žrtve kaznenih djela.
Podatke o bankovnim karticama, PIN broju i CVV broju, kao i svoje osobne podatke, građani ne bi trebali ustupati nepoznatim osobama.
Podsjećamo da je dovoljno dostaviti broj bankovnog računa (IBAN) da bi Vam netko uplatio novac, ne trebate dostavljati druge podatke.
Također, nacionalni CERT zamijetio je nove pokušaje prijevare u kojima prevaranti putem telefonskog poziva uvjeravaju građane da im je osobna iskaznica korištena u kriminalnim radnjama.
Prilikom dolaznog poziva prikazuje se hrvatski broj, a osobe komuniciraju na engleskom jeziku.
Građani javljaju kako su zaprimili pozive koji započinju automatiziranom porukom „your ID has been used in criminal activity and there is active arrest warrant, press 1 to talk to an agent.“
Prevaranti građane uvjeravaju da im je kompromitirana ili istekla osoba iskaznica te ih usmjeravaju na javljanje jednom od „operatera/agenata”.Nakon što se pritisne broj 1, javlja se osoba koja se na engleskom jeziku predstavlja kao zaposlenik hrvatske policije.
Ovakav tip prevare se koristi za krađu osobnih podataka, a potencijalno i krađu financijskih sredstava.
Savjeti za građane:
· Hrvatska policija s Vama neće započeti razgovor automatiziranom porukom na engleskom jeziku.
· Prekinite komunikaciju čim prepoznate prijevaru.
· NE dijelite osobne podatke s nepoznatim osobama.
· NE fotografirajte osobne dokumente i ne šaljite ih nepoznatim osobama.
· NE uplaćujte novac nepoznatim osobama za sumnjive usluge ili ucjene.
· Prijavite pokušaj prijevare i podijelite informaciju s drugima kako oni ne bi postali žrtve.

Jučer je zadarska policija zaprimila dojavu od oštećenog 30-godišnjaka kako ga je preko mobitela kontaktirala nepoznata osoba koja ga je dovela u zabludu lažno mu predstavljajući činjenicu da se protiv njega, od strane institucija provodi istraživanje zbog protupravnih radnji, nakon čega je od njega traženo da na svoj mobilni uređaj instalira dvije aplikacije, što je on i učinio. Na taj način je omogućio nepoznatom počinitelju udaljen pristup na njegov mobilni uređaj, a potom je oštećenog navela da putem Internet bankarstva uplati određeni novčani iznos na aplikaciju, što je on i učinio.
Nakon što je posumnjao da su ga nepoznate osobe prevarile s ciljem stjecanja nepripadne materijalne koristi na njegovu štetu, događaj je prijavio policiji te je u tijeku kriminalističko istraživanje u cilj utvrđivanja identiteta počinitelja kaznenog djela.
Policijska uprava zadarska je u proteklom periodu zaprimila nekoliko prijava građana koji su zaprimali ovakve ili slične pozive te ovim putem ponovo savjetuje građane da budu oprezni kako ne bi postali žrtve kaznenih djela.
Podatke o bankovnim karticama, PIN broju i CVV broju, kao i svoje osobne podatke, građani ne bi trebali ustupati nepoznatim osobama.
Podsjećamo da je dovoljno dostaviti broj bankovnog računa (IBAN) da bi Vam netko uplatio novac, ne trebate dostavljati druge podatke.
Također, nacionalni CERT zamijetio je nove pokušaje prijevare u kojima prevaranti putem telefonskog poziva uvjeravaju građane da im je osobna iskaznica korištena u kriminalnim radnjama.
Prilikom dolaznog poziva prikazuje se hrvatski broj, a osobe komuniciraju na engleskom jeziku.
Građani javljaju kako su zaprimili pozive koji započinju automatiziranom porukom „your ID has been used in criminal activity and there is active arrest warrant, press 1 to talk to an agent.“
Prevaranti građane uvjeravaju da im je kompromitirana ili istekla osoba iskaznica te ih usmjeravaju na javljanje jednom od „operatera/agenata”.Nakon što se pritisne broj 1, javlja se osoba koja se na engleskom jeziku predstavlja kao zaposlenik hrvatske policije.
Ovakav tip prevare se koristi za krađu osobnih podataka, a potencijalno i krađu financijskih sredstava.
Savjeti za građane:
· Hrvatska policija s Vama neće započeti razgovor automatiziranom porukom na engleskom jeziku.
· Prekinite komunikaciju čim prepoznate prijevaru.
· NE dijelite osobne podatke s nepoznatim osobama.
· NE fotografirajte osobne dokumente i ne šaljite ih nepoznatim osobama.
· NE uplaćujte novac nepoznatim osobama za sumnjive usluge ili ucjene.
· Prijavite pokušaj prijevare i podijelite informaciju s drugima kako oni ne bi postali žrtve.
