ŠC Višnjik nastavlja s uređenjem sportsko-rekreativnih sadržaja na svom području. U četvrtak su tako raspisali javni poziv za zakup površine radi postavljanja i uređenja sportsko-zabavnog parka. 

Predmet javnog poziva je davanje u zakup površine od 3.060 kvadratnih metara, namijenjene uređenju i postavljanju opreme i sadržaja sportsko-zabavnog parka.

Park bi se sastojao minimalno od igrališta za mini golf, adrenalinskog trampolin parka unutar montažno-demontažne metalne konstrukcije (Al-Fe) s mogućnošću zatvaranja i natkrivanja transparentnim PVC pokrivalima u zimskom periodu, umjetne stijene za penjanje, te drugih pomoćnih sadržaja

Park bi se smjestio na prostoru uz dvoranu Krešimir Ćosić (sjeverna strana) u sklopu ŠC Višnjik i to na vremenski period od dvije godine uz mogućnost produženja. 

Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine je 35.000 eura, uključujući PDV.

Krajnji rok za podnošenje prijava, bez obzira na način dostave, je 15. veljače 2024. godine, do 11 sati.

ŠC Višnjik nastavlja s uređenjem sportsko-rekreativnih sadržaja na svom području. U četvrtak su tako raspisali javni poziv za zakup površine radi postavljanja i uređenja sportsko-zabavnog parka. 

Predmet javnog poziva je davanje u zakup površine od 3.060 kvadratnih metara, namijenjene uređenju i postavljanju opreme i sadržaja sportsko-zabavnog parka.

Park bi se sastojao minimalno od igrališta za mini golf, adrenalinskog trampolin parka unutar montažno-demontažne metalne konstrukcije (Al-Fe) s mogućnošću zatvaranja i natkrivanja transparentnim PVC pokrivalima u zimskom periodu, umjetne stijene za penjanje, te drugih pomoćnih sadržaja

Park bi se smjestio na prostoru uz dvoranu Krešimir Ćosić (sjeverna strana) u sklopu ŠC Višnjik i to na vremenski period od dvije godine uz mogućnost produženja. 

Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine je 35.000 eura, uključujući PDV.

Krajnji rok za podnošenje prijava, bez obzira na način dostave, je 15. veljače 2024. godine, do 11 sati.

ŠC Višnjik daje u najam preko 3000 kvadrata za sportsko-zabavni park. Godišnja cijena nije previsoka, evo koji su mogući sadržaji

ŠC Višnjik nastavlja s uređenjem sportsko-rekreativnih sadržaja na svom području. U četvrtak su tako raspisali javni poziv za zakup površine radi postavljanja i uređenja sportsko-zabavnog parka. 

Predmet javnog poziva je davanje u zakup površine od 3.060 kvadratnih metara, namijenjene uređenju i postavljanju opreme i sadržaja sportsko-zabavnog parka.

Park bi se sastojao minimalno od igrališta za mini golf, adrenalinskog trampolin parka unutar montažno-demontažne metalne konstrukcije (Al-Fe) s mogućnošću zatvaranja i natkrivanja transparentnim PVC pokrivalima u zimskom periodu, umjetne stijene za penjanje, te drugih pomoćnih sadržaja

Park bi se smjestio na prostoru uz dvoranu Krešimir Ćosić (sjeverna strana) u sklopu ŠC Višnjik i to na vremenski period od dvije godine uz mogućnost produženja. 

Početni iznos godišnje zakupnine je 35.000 eura, uključujući PDV.

Krajnji rok za podnošenje prijava, bez obzira na način dostave, je 15. veljače 2024. godine, do 11 sati.
