Dvadeset godina nakon od odlaska u stečaj slučaj Croatia Zadar line-a mogao bi uskoro napokon doći kraju, objavio je Radio Zadar.

Nakon što su prodani prostori autobusnih kolodvora u Benkovcu i Obrovcu, posljednja imovina koja je ostala ovoj nekad velikoj zadarskoj tvrtki, stečajni upravitelj Frane Zvonimir Negro ovih je dana predložio da se 1,3 milijuna kuna koji se nalaze na računu tvrtke podjele  vjerovnicima prvog isplatnog reda, odnosno državi, mirovinskom i zdravstvenom fondu, Poreznoj upravi te još nekim jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

Dio bivših radnika nalazi se u drugom isplatnom redu te neće sudjelovati u ovoj naknadnoj  diobi. Budući da je to posljednja imovina tvrtke, te da više nema neriješenih sudskih sporova, kako nam je potvrdio stečajni upravitelj, bit će to konačni kraj za Croatia Zadar line čiji je stečaj pokrenut 5. prosinca 2000. godine.  Stečaj je zaključen 2011. godine, kada je Croatia Zadar line brisana iz sudskog registra no od tada se vode sudski procesi oko prodaje autobusnih kolodvora u Benkovcu i Obrovcu. Ove su godine napokon i oni zaključeni te je od prodaje na račun sjelo 1,4 milijuna kuna.

Odluku o podjeli novca donijet će Trgovački sud u Zadru, a potvrdi li on prijedlog stečajnog upravitelja to će značiti konačni kraj ove nekad velike zadarske prijevozničke tvrtke. Na žalost, osim što su ostali bez svojih radnih mjesta, dobar dio bivših radnika, ostao je i bez potraživanja. Podsjetimo naime, kako je 70-tak bivših radnika zakasnilo s prijavom tražbina.

Njihovu žalbu odbio je zadarski Trgovački sud te Visoki trgovački sud, zbog čega je dio radnika podnio i prijedlog za reviziju Vrhovnom sudu Republike Hrvatske.

Dvadeset godina nakon od odlaska u stečaj slučaj Croatia Zadar line-a mogao bi uskoro napokon doći kraju, objavio je Radio Zadar.

Nakon što su prodani prostori autobusnih kolodvora u Benkovcu i Obrovcu, posljednja imovina koja je ostala ovoj nekad velikoj zadarskoj tvrtki, stečajni upravitelj Frane Zvonimir Negro ovih je dana predložio da se 1,3 milijuna kuna koji se nalaze na računu tvrtke podjele  vjerovnicima prvog isplatnog reda, odnosno državi, mirovinskom i zdravstvenom fondu, Poreznoj upravi te još nekim jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

Dio bivših radnika nalazi se u drugom isplatnom redu te neće sudjelovati u ovoj naknadnoj  diobi. Budući da je to posljednja imovina tvrtke, te da više nema neriješenih sudskih sporova, kako nam je potvrdio stečajni upravitelj, bit će to konačni kraj za Croatia Zadar line čiji je stečaj pokrenut 5. prosinca 2000. godine.  Stečaj je zaključen 2011. godine, kada je Croatia Zadar line brisana iz sudskog registra no od tada se vode sudski procesi oko prodaje autobusnih kolodvora u Benkovcu i Obrovcu. Ove su godine napokon i oni zaključeni te je od prodaje na račun sjelo 1,4 milijuna kuna.

Odluku o podjeli novca donijet će Trgovački sud u Zadru, a potvrdi li on prijedlog stečajnog upravitelja to će značiti konačni kraj ove nekad velike zadarske prijevozničke tvrtke. Na žalost, osim što su ostali bez svojih radnih mjesta, dobar dio bivših radnika, ostao je i bez potraživanja. Podsjetimo naime, kako je 70-tak bivših radnika zakasnilo s prijavom tražbina.

Njihovu žalbu odbio je zadarski Trgovački sud te Visoki trgovački sud, zbog čega je dio radnika podnio i prijedlog za reviziju Vrhovnom sudu Republike Hrvatske.

Stečajni upravitelj predložio da se 1,3 milijuna kuna s računa tvrtke podijeli vjerovnicima prvog isplatnog reda - radnici su u drugom

Dvadeset godina nakon od odlaska u stečaj slučaj Croatia Zadar line-a mogao bi uskoro napokon doći kraju, objavio je Radio Zadar.

Nakon što su prodani prostori autobusnih kolodvora u Benkovcu i Obrovcu, posljednja imovina koja je ostala ovoj nekad velikoj zadarskoj tvrtki, stečajni upravitelj Frane Zvonimir Negro ovih je dana predložio da se 1,3 milijuna kuna koji se nalaze na računu tvrtke podjele  vjerovnicima prvog isplatnog reda, odnosno državi, mirovinskom i zdravstvenom fondu, Poreznoj upravi te još nekim jedinicama lokalne samouprave.

Dio bivših radnika nalazi se u drugom isplatnom redu te neće sudjelovati u ovoj naknadnoj  diobi. Budući da je to posljednja imovina tvrtke, te da više nema neriješenih sudskih sporova, kako nam je potvrdio stečajni upravitelj, bit će to konačni kraj za Croatia Zadar line čiji je stečaj pokrenut 5. prosinca 2000. godine.  Stečaj je zaključen 2011. godine, kada je Croatia Zadar line brisana iz sudskog registra no od tada se vode sudski procesi oko prodaje autobusnih kolodvora u Benkovcu i Obrovcu. Ove su godine napokon i oni zaključeni te je od prodaje na račun sjelo 1,4 milijuna kuna.

Odluku o podjeli novca donijet će Trgovački sud u Zadru, a potvrdi li on prijedlog stečajnog upravitelja to će značiti konačni kraj ove nekad velike zadarske prijevozničke tvrtke. Na žalost, osim što su ostali bez svojih radnih mjesta, dobar dio bivših radnika, ostao je i bez potraživanja. Podsjetimo naime, kako je 70-tak bivših radnika zakasnilo s prijavom tražbina.

Njihovu žalbu odbio je zadarski Trgovački sud te Visoki trgovački sud, zbog čega je dio radnika podnio i prijedlog za reviziju Vrhovnom sudu Republike Hrvatske.
