Tržnica Zadar raspisala je natječaj za zakup tri kioska na Bedemima zadarskih ponuda.

Svaki kiosk ima veličinu od deset kvadrata. Dva kioska koja će služiti za ugostiteljske objekte zakupljuju se po početnoj cijeni od 800 eura dok se kiosk koji će služiti za trgovinu na malo iznajmljuje po cijeni od 500 eura.

Uz tri kioska, Tržnica iznajmljuje i pomoćni prostor površine 6,5 kvadrata po cijeni od 130 eura mjesečno, dva skladišta površine 25 i 8,5 kvadrata po cijeni od 250 i 85 eura te skladište, odnosno rashladnu komoru površine 19 kvadrata po cijeni od 380 eura.

Svi prostori se daju na rok od 5 godina

Ponuditelji koji se natječu za ove poslovne prostore moraju imati podmirena sva dugovanja prema Gradu Zadru.

U natječaju je naglašeno kako budući zakupnici ne smiju bez suglasnosti Tržnice izvoditi preinake zakupljenih kioska ili prostora kojima se bitno mijenja konstrukcija, raspored, površina, namjena ili vanjski izgled.

Ponuditelji mogu dostaviti samo jednu ponudu za kiosk ili prostor za koji se natječu. Ako se natječu za više kioska ili prostora, za svaki je potrebno dati odvojenu ponudu u posebnoj omotnici te uplatiti jamčevinu za svaki pojedini poslovni prostor, ali je zato orginalne dokumente dovoljno dostaviti u jednoj ponudi, a u ostalim ponudama preslike orginala.

Ponude je potrebno dostaviti na adresu Tržnice Zadar do 18. svibnja u 12 sati kada će se u Velikoj vijećnici održati javno otvaranje.

Iako se za Muraj prvotno htjelo nabaviti deset posebno dizajniranih drvenih kioska, sa svrhom prodaje autohtonih proizvoda, izlaganja i prodaje zanatskih radova te ugostiteljske usluge prodaje tradicijskih jela i pića privremenog karaktera, Grad je na koncu nabavio samo tri dizajnirana kioska. Razlog odustajanja od ostalih sedam kisoka bila je previsoka cijena izrade dizajnerski kioska postignuta na dva javna natječaja.

Tržnica Zadar raspisala je natječaj za zakup tri kioska na Bedemima zadarskih ponuda.

Svaki kiosk ima veličinu od deset kvadrata. Dva kioska koja će služiti za ugostiteljske objekte zakupljuju se po početnoj cijeni od 800 eura dok se kiosk koji će služiti za trgovinu na malo iznajmljuje po cijeni od 500 eura.

Uz tri kioska, Tržnica iznajmljuje i pomoćni prostor površine 6,5 kvadrata po cijeni od 130 eura mjesečno, dva skladišta površine 25 i 8,5 kvadrata po cijeni od 250 i 85 eura te skladište, odnosno rashladnu komoru površine 19 kvadrata po cijeni od 380 eura.

Svi prostori se daju na rok od 5 godina

Ponuditelji koji se natječu za ove poslovne prostore moraju imati podmirena sva dugovanja prema Gradu Zadru.

U natječaju je naglašeno kako budući zakupnici ne smiju bez suglasnosti Tržnice izvoditi preinake zakupljenih kioska ili prostora kojima se bitno mijenja konstrukcija, raspored, površina, namjena ili vanjski izgled.

Ponuditelji mogu dostaviti samo jednu ponudu za kiosk ili prostor za koji se natječu. Ako se natječu za više kioska ili prostora, za svaki je potrebno dati odvojenu ponudu u posebnoj omotnici te uplatiti jamčevinu za svaki pojedini poslovni prostor, ali je zato orginalne dokumente dovoljno dostaviti u jednoj ponudi, a u ostalim ponudama preslike orginala.

Ponude je potrebno dostaviti na adresu Tržnice Zadar do 18. svibnja u 12 sati kada će se u Velikoj vijećnici održati javno otvaranje.

Iako se za Muraj prvotno htjelo nabaviti deset posebno dizajniranih drvenih kioska, sa svrhom prodaje autohtonih proizvoda, izlaganja i prodaje zanatskih radova te ugostiteljske usluge prodaje tradicijskih jela i pića privremenog karaktera, Grad je na koncu nabavio samo tri dizajnirana kioska. Tržnica Zadar raspisala natječaj za zakup tri kioska na Muraju, evo što će biti u njima...

Tržnica Zadar raspisala je natječaj za zakup tri kioska na Bedemima zadarskih ponuda.

Svaki kiosk ima veličinu od deset kvadrata. Dva kioska koja će služiti za ugostiteljske objekte zakupljuju se po početnoj cijeni od 800 eura dok se kiosk koji će služiti za trgovinu na malo iznajmljuje po cijeni od 500 eura.

Uz tri kioska, Tržnica iznajmljuje i pomoćni prostor površine 6,5 kvadrata po cijeni od 130 eura mjesečno, dva skladišta površine 25 i 8,5 kvadrata po cijeni od 250 i 85 eura te skladište, odnosno rashladnu komoru površine 19 kvadrata po cijeni od 380 eura.

Svi prostori se daju na rok od 5 godina

Ponuditelji koji se natječu za ove poslovne prostore moraju imati podmirena sva dugovanja prema Gradu Zadru.

U natječaju je naglašeno kako budući zakupnici ne smiju bez suglasnosti Tržnice izvoditi preinake zakupljenih kioska ili prostora kojima se bitno mijenja konstrukcija, raspored, površina, namjena ili vanjski izgled.

Ponuditelji mogu dostaviti samo jednu ponudu za kiosk ili prostor za koji se natječu. Ako se natječu za više kioska ili prostora, za svaki je potrebno dati odvojenu ponudu u posebnoj omotnici te uplatiti jamčevinu za svaki pojedini poslovni prostor, ali je zato orginalne dokumente dovoljno dostaviti u jednoj ponudi, a u ostalim ponudama preslike orginala.

Ponude je potrebno dostaviti na adresu Tržnice Zadar do 18. svibnja u 12 sati kada će se u Velikoj vijećnici održati javno otvaranje.

Iako se za Muraj prvotno htjelo nabaviti deset posebno dizajniranih drvenih kioska, sa svrhom prodaje autohtonih proizvoda, izlaganja i prodaje zanatskih radova te ugostiteljske usluge prodaje tradicijskih jela i pića privremenog karaktera, Grad je na koncu nabavio samo tri dizajnirana kioska. Razlog odustajanja od ostalih sedam kisoka bila je previsoka cijena izrade dizajnerski kioska postignuta na dva javna natječaja.
