U akcija pojačanoga nadzora sigurnosti plovidbe na moru na području nadležnosti svih lučkih kapetanija na moru, u kojoj su sudjelovala 22 plovila s 93 djelatnika te pregledana 343 broda i utvrđeno 127 povreda propisa,  provedena je u četvrtak, priopćilo je Ministarstvo mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture (MMPI).

Na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja naplaćeno je kazni u vrijednosti 243.700 kuna, podignuto je 5 optužnih prijedloga, a izrečene su i 4 mjere zabrane plovidbe. U akciji su, kako se navodi, sudjelovala su sva raspoloživa plovila i djelatnici iz svih lučkih kapetanija i njihovih ispostava na moru, a akcija je posebnu pažnju posvetila kontroli sposobnosti brodova, odnosno brodica za plovidbu, uključujući broj i sastav ukrcanih članova posade i njihovu osposobljenost, te broj ukrcanih putnika u odnosu na maksimalni dozvoljeni broj putnika za koji je brod/brodica registriran.

Na području Zadarske županije u akciji je sudjelovalo 12 djelatnika s tri plovila koji su pregledali 38 brodova i brodica. Tom su prilikom utvrdili 16 raznih vrsta prekršaja propisa, zbog čega su počinitelje kaznili sa 16 tisuća kuna, ispisali su dva optužna prijedloga te izrekli jednu mjeru zabrane plovidbe. 

Cilj akcije je bila provjera spremnosti i učinkovitosti postupanja djelatnika sigurnosti plovidbe, a vezano uz nadzor sigurnosti plovidbe kako bi se osigurala preventivna zaštita svih sudionika u pomorskom prometu te smanjila pojavnost pomorskih nezgoda i nesreća za vrijeme turističke sezone.

S obzirom na to da ove turističke sezone svjedočimo porastu broja pomorskih nesreća povećan je i broj izvanrednih koordiniranih akcija kontrole pomorskog prometa na od svih lučkih kapetanija a učestale kontrole će se nastaviti odvijati do kraja turističke sezone, najavilo je Ministarstvo.

U akcija pojačanoga nadzora sigurnosti plovidbe na moru na području nadležnosti svih lučkih kapetanija na moru, u kojoj su sudjelovala 22 plovila s 93 djelatnika te pregledana 343 broda i utvrđeno 127 povreda propisa,  provedena je u četvrtak, priopćilo je Ministarstvo mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture (MMPI).

Na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja naplaćeno je kazni u vrijednosti 243.700 kuna, podignuto je 5 optužnih prijedloga, a izrečene su i 4 mjere zabrane plovidbe. U akciji su, kako se navodi, sudjelovala su sva raspoloživa plovila i djelatnici iz svih lučkih kapetanija i njihovih ispostava na moru, a akcija je posebnu pažnju posvetila kontroli sposobnosti brodova, odnosno brodica za plovidbu, uključujući broj i sastav ukrcanih članova posade i njihovu osposobljenost, te broj ukrcanih putnika u odnosu na maksimalni dozvoljeni broj putnika za koji je brod/brodica registriran.

Na području Zadarske županije u akciji je sudjelovalo 12 djelatnika s tri plovila koji su pregledali 38 brodova i brodica. Tom su prilikom utvrdili 16 raznih vrsta prekršaja propisa, zbog čega su počinitelje kaznili sa 16 tisuća kuna, ispisali su dva optužna prijedloga te izrekli jednu mjeru zabrane plovidbe. 

Cilj akcije je bila provjera spremnosti i učinkovitosti postupanja djelatnika sigurnosti plovidbe, a vezano uz nadzor sigurnosti plovidbe kako bi se osigurala preventivna zaštita svih sudionika u pomorskom prometu te smanjila pojavnost pomorskih nezgoda i nesreća za vrijeme turističke sezone.

S obzirom na to da ove turističke sezone svjedočimo porastu broja pomorskih nesreća povećan je i broj izvanrednih koordiniranih akcija kontrole pomorskog prometa na od svih lučkih kapetanija a učestale kontrole će se nastaviti odvijati do kraja turističke sezone, najavilo je Ministarstvo.

U velikoj akciji čak trećina brodova za prijevoz putnika uhvaćena u prekršaju. Na zadarskom području 16 prekršaja i jedna zabrana plovidbe!

U akcija pojačanoga nadzora sigurnosti plovidbe na moru na području nadležnosti svih lučkih kapetanija na moru, u kojoj su sudjelovala 22 plovila s 93 djelatnika te pregledana 343 broda i utvrđeno 127 povreda propisa,  provedena je u četvrtak, priopćilo je Ministarstvo mora, pomorstva i infrastrukture (MMPI).

Na mjestu počinjenja prekršaja naplaćeno je kazni u vrijednosti 243.700 kuna, podignuto je 5 optužnih prijedloga, a izrečene su i 4 mjere zabrane plovidbe. U akciji su, kako se navodi, sudjelovala su sva raspoloživa plovila i djelatnici iz svih lučkih kapetanija i njihovih ispostava na moru, a akcija je posebnu pažnju posvetila kontroli sposobnosti brodova, odnosno brodica za plovidbu, uključujući broj i sastav ukrcanih članova posade i njihovu osposobljenost, te broj ukrcanih putnika u odnosu na maksimalni dozvoljeni broj putnika za koji je brod/brodica registriran.

Na području Zadarske županije u akciji je sudjelovalo 12 djelatnika s tri plovila koji su pregledali 38 brodova i brodica. Tom su prilikom utvrdili 16 raznih vrsta prekršaja propisa, zbog čega su počinitelje kaznili sa 16 tisuća kuna, ispisali su dva optužna prijedloga te izrekli jednu mjeru zabrane plovidbe. 

Cilj akcije je bila provjera spremnosti i učinkovitosti postupanja djelatnika sigurnosti plovidbe, a vezano uz nadzor sigurnosti plovidbe kako bi se osigurala preventivna zaštita svih sudionika u pomorskom prometu te smanjila pojavnost pomorskih nezgoda i nesreća za vrijeme turističke sezone.

S obzirom na to da ove turističke sezone svjedočimo porastu broja pomorskih nesreća povećan je i broj izvanrednih koordiniranih akcija kontrole pomorskog prometa na od svih lučkih kapetanija a učestale kontrole će se nastaviti odvijati do kraja turističke sezone, najavilo je Ministarstvo.
