Grad Zadar pokrenuo je postupak jednostavne nabave za održavanje građevina, uređaja i predmeta javne namjene. Iako se dosada taj posao dodjeljivao na četiri godine, ovog puta Grad traži tvrtku koja će taj posao obavljati na samo tri mjeseca. Razlog kratkog roka izvršenja radova je blokada gradske blagajne. 

Ovaj se natječaj inače pokušao zaključiti u prošloj godini nakon deblokade prošlogodišnjeg proračuna, no gradska uprava u svom naumu nije uspjela jer im na natječaj nije pristigla niti jedna ponuda. Tvrtka koja pobjedi na natječaju morat će tri mjeseca brinuti o održavanju i ugradnji gradskih klupa, ograda, sprava na dječjim igralištima i to za 20.800 eura.

- Neposredno po "otključavanju“ proračunskih sredstava za 2023. godinu službe odjela su pokrenule izradu troškovnika i ostale potrebne dokumentacije za pokretanje javne nabave s ciljem odabira izvođača koji bi u naredne četiri godine održavao gradsku opremu. Odgovorno i na vrijeme, gotovo pola godine prije isteka trenutno važećeg ugovora. Na jesen smo kroz savjetovanje dobili primjedbu da su četiri godine, obzirom na nestabilnost kretanja cijena na tržištu, preveliki vremenski period za obvezati se. Povjerenstvo je prihvatilo takvu primjedbu i natječaj je krenuo dalje u proceduru s izmijenjenim rokom održavanja opreme na dvije godine. No, ni za dvije godine, po ponuđenim uvjetima javne nabave, nije bilo zainteresiranih. Zbog toga smo htjeli pokrenuti javnu navbavu na period od godinu dana, ali ispriječila se blokada proračunskih sredstava, istaknuo je pročelnik UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša Robertino Dujela dodajući kako su upravo zbog toga pokrenuli jednostavnu nabave na tri mjeseca kojom će osigurati zakonske obveze održavanja komunalne infrastrukture do stvaranja uvjeta za prvotno zacrtane ciljeve.

Ista sudbina bi uskoro mogla zadesiti i još neke višegodišnje ugovore koji ističu u svibnju ove godine. 

- Ostaje nam vjerovati da zbog nemogućnosti raspolaganja planiranim sredstvima za održavanje, ista sudbina neće zadesiti i proceduru odabira izvođača održavanja nerazvrstanih cesta, kao i održavanje ostalih javnih površina, kamenoklesarskih radova, gdje nam višegodišnji ugovori istječu koncem tekuće, odnosno u ožujku 2025. godine, ističe pročelnik Dujela dodajući kako će djelatnici uložiti dodatan napor kako bi očekivanja krajnjih korisnika, a to su građani, bila ispunjena u cijelosti. 

Rok za dostavu ponuda za tromjesečni posao je 5. veljače do 13 sati.

Grad Zadar pokrenuo je postupak jednostavne nabave za održavanje građevina, uređaja i predmeta javne namjene. Iako se dosada taj posao dodjeljivao na četiri godine, ovog puta Grad traži tvrtku koja će taj posao obavljati na samo tri mjeseca. Razlog kratkog roka izvršenja radova je blokada gradske blagajne. 

Ovaj se natječaj inače pokušao zaključiti u prošloj godini nakon deblokade prošlogodišnjeg proračuna, no gradska uprava u svom naumu nije uspjela jer im na natječaj nije pristigla niti jedna ponuda. Tvrtka koja pobjedi na natječaju morat će tri mjeseca brinuti o održavanju i ugradnji gradskih klupa, ograda, sprava na dječjim igralištima i to za 20.800 eura.

- Neposredno po "otključavanju“ proračunskih sredstava za 2023. godinu službe odjela su pokrenule izradu troškovnika i ostale potrebne dokumentacije za pokretanje javne nabave s ciljem odabira izvođača koji bi u naredne četiri godine održavao gradsku opremu. Odgovorno i na vrijeme, gotovo pola godine prije isteka trenutno važećeg ugovora. Na jesen smo kroz savjetovanje dobili primjedbu da su četiri godine, obzirom na nestabilnost kretanja cijena na tržištu, preveliki vremenski period za obvezati se. Povjerenstvo je prihvatilo takvu primjedbu i natječaj je krenuo dalje u proceduru s izmijenjenim rokom održavanja opreme na dvije godine. No, ni za dvije godine, po ponuđenim uvjetima javne nabave, nije bilo zainteresiranih. Zbog toga smo htjeli pokrenuti javnu navbavu na period od godinu dana, ali ispriječila se blokada proračunskih sredstava, istaknuo je pročelnik UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša Robertino Dujela dodajući kako su upravo zbog toga pokrenuli jednostavnu nabave na tri mjeseca kojom će osigurati zakonske obveze održavanja komunalne infrastrukture do stvaranja uvjeta za prvotno zacrtane ciljeve.

- Ostaje nam vjerovati da zbog nemogućnosti raspolaganja planiranim sredstvima za održavanje, ista sudbina neće zadesiti i proceduru odabira izvođača održavanja nerazvrstanih cesta, kao i održavanje ostalih javnih površina, kamenoklesarskih radova, gdje nam višegodišnji ugovori istječu koncem tekuće, odnosno u ožujku 2025. godine, ističe pročelnik Dujela dodajući kako će djelatnici uložiti dodatan napor kako bi očekivanja krajnjih korisnika, a to su građani, bila ispunjena u cijelosti.

Umjesto na četiri godine, Grad raspisao natječaj za održavanje klupa, ograda, dječjih igrališta na - tri mjeseca!

Grad Zadar pokrenuo je postupak jednostavne nabave za održavanje građevina, uređaja i predmeta javne namjene. Iako se dosada taj posao dodjeljivao na četiri godine, ovog puta Grad traži tvrtku koja će taj posao obavljati na samo tri mjeseca. Razlog kratkog roka izvršenja radova je blokada gradske blagajne. 

Ovaj se natječaj inače pokušao zaključiti u prošloj godini nakon deblokade prošlogodišnjeg proračuna, no gradska uprava u svom naumu nije uspjela jer im na natječaj nije pristigla niti jedna ponuda. Tvrtka koja pobjedi na natječaju morat će tri mjeseca brinuti o održavanju i ugradnji gradskih klupa, ograda, sprava na dječjim igralištima i to za 20.800 eura.

- Neposredno po "otključavanju“ proračunskih sredstava za 2023. godinu službe odjela su pokrenule izradu troškovnika i ostale potrebne dokumentacije za pokretanje javne nabave s ciljem odabira izvođača koji bi u naredne četiri godine održavao gradsku opremu. Odgovorno i na vrijeme, gotovo pola godine prije isteka trenutno važećeg ugovora. Na jesen smo kroz savjetovanje dobili primjedbu da su četiri godine, obzirom na nestabilnost kretanja cijena na tržištu, preveliki vremenski period za obvezati se. Povjerenstvo je prihvatilo takvu primjedbu i natječaj je krenuo dalje u proceduru s izmijenjenim rokom održavanja opreme na dvije godine. No, ni za dvije godine, po ponuđenim uvjetima javne nabave, nije bilo zainteresiranih. Zbog toga smo htjeli pokrenuti javnu navbavu na period od godinu dana, ali ispriječila se blokada proračunskih sredstava, istaknuo je pročelnik UO za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša Robertino Dujela dodajući kako su upravo zbog toga pokrenuli jednostavnu nabave na tri mjeseca kojom će osigurati zakonske obveze održavanja komunalne infrastrukture do stvaranja uvjeta za prvotno zacrtane ciljeve.
