Gradski vijećnici će u utorak na sjednici odlučivati o tome hoće li stara zgrada škole na Malom Ižu biti prodana Ratku Rokovu. 

Grad Zadar vlasnik je nekretnine koja ima ukupnu površinu od 572 kvadrata, od čega se kuća prostire na 315 kvadrata, dvorište na 149 kvadrata, dvorište na 95 kvadrata i spremište na 13 metara kvadratnih.

Prema Elaboratu procjene vrijednosti nekretnine, početna cijena iznosila je 128.520,00 eura odnosno 968.334,00 kuna.

Povjerenstvo za provedbu javnog nadmetanja zaprimilo je ukupno četiri ponude, a najpovoljnija ponuda je ona ponuditelja: - Ratka Rokova koji je ponudio cijenu od 140.000,00 eura, odnosno 1.054.830,00 kuna

Zbog toga što je najpovoljnija ponuda za staru zgradu škole veća od milijun kuna, odnosno 130 tisuća eura, za prodaju nekretnine potrebna je suglasnost Gradskog vijeća.

Gradski vijećnici će u utorak na sjednici odlučivati o tome hoće li stara zgrada škole na Malom Ižu biti prodana Ratku Rokovu. 

Grad Zadar vlasnik je nekretnine koja ima ukupnu površinu od 572 kvadrata, od čega se kuća prostire na 315 kvadrata, dvorište na 149 kvadrata, dvorište na 95 kvadrata i spremište na 13 metara kvadratnih.

Prema Elaboratu procjene vrijednosti nekretnine, početna cijena iznosila je 128.520,00 eura odnosno 968.334,00 kuna.

Povjerenstvo za provedbu javnog nadmetanja zaprimilo je ukupno četiri ponude, a najpovoljnija ponuda je ona ponuditelja: - Ratka Rokova koji je ponudio cijenu od 140.000,00 eura, odnosno 1.054.830,00 kuna

Zbog toga što je najpovoljnija ponuda za staru zgradu škole veća od milijun kuna, odnosno 130 tisuća eura, za prodaju nekretnine potrebna je suglasnost Gradskog vijeća.

Gradski vijećnici će u utorak na sjednici odlučivati o tome hoće li stara zgrada škole na Malom Ižu biti prodana Ratku Rokovu. 

Grad Zadar vlasnik je nekretnine koja ima ukupnu površinu od 572 kvadrata, od čega se kuća prostire na 315 kvadrata, dvorište na 149 kvadrata, dvorište na 95 kvadrata i spremište na 13 metara kvadratnih.

Prema Elaboratu procjene vrijednosti nekretnine, početna cijena iznosila je 128.520,00 eura odnosno 968.334,00 kuna.

Povjerenstvo za provedbu javnog nadmetanja zaprimilo je ukupno četiri ponude, a najpovoljnija ponuda je ona ponuditelja: - Ratka Rokova koji je ponudio cijenu od 140.000,00 eura, odnosno 1.054.830,00 kuna

Zbog toga što je najpovoljnija ponuda za staru zgradu škole veća od milijun kuna, odnosno 130 tisuća eura, za prodaju nekretnine potrebna je suglasnost Gradskog vijeća.
