Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučeno je kako se još uvijek neće ići s prodajom bivših prostorija HAK-a na Relji. Ovo je treći put da Grad pokušava prodati prostorije HAK-a, a sada za cijenu od 6.080.000,00 kuna. Nekretnina se trebala prodati u paketu s pet poslovnih prostora u prizemlju susjedne kuće na adresi Ljudevita Posavskog 1 i 3. Međutim, vijećnici SDP-a, Akcije mladih i nezavisni nisu odobrili prodaju tih čestica.

- Ovo je prostor koji se nalazi u centru grada i njega treba oplemeniti, a ne prodati. Čestica se prostire na 1700 kvadrata što nije dovoljno za gradnju koja je tamo predviđena, a predviđena je zgrada za koju treba minimalno 2000 kvadrata. Ovaj prijedlog ne ispunjava formu jer se postavlja pitanje tko je investitor koji će nešto kupiti, a onda će mu nedostajati kvadrata za izgradnju. Nemamo ni pismo namjere. Sporna je i činjenica da na tom zemljištu ima i privatnih vlasnika koji se odnose na stanove iznad poslovnih prostora. Je li Grad stupio u kontakt s tim ljudima i pitao ih za otkup, kako bi se čestica povećala. Shvaćam namjeru grada da profitira. Međutim, taj prostor treba ostati u svrhu javne namjene. Dok mu se ne nađe namjena, može poslužiti kao besplatni parking za Polikliniku barem dok se ne riješe Ravnice, istaknuo je Daniel Radeta (SDP).

Nezavisni vijećnik Željko Krizman također je upitao koja je svrha i namjena prodaje nekretnine, te uvjetuje li se buduća namjena prostora?

- To je ulaz u grad, namjena bi trebala javno i estetski atraktivna, istaknuo je Krizman.

Pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, kazao je kako ne zna tko je investitor te kako će tu činjenicu pokazati javni natječaj.

- Što se tiče stanova, kako će tko gospodariti sa svojom imovinom, ja ne znam. Pismo namjere smo dobili od strane odvjetničkog ureda. Što se tiče parkinga za Polikliniku, Grad Zadar je započeo razgovore kako bi susjedno zemljište ustupio za parking. Svrha prodaje je, naravno, uprihoditi novac, to je samo jedan vid uprihođenja, nakon toga komunalni doprinosi i naknade, porez na dodanu vrijednost zbog povećanih zapošljavanja i ostalih davanja koja će investitor isplatiti, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona dok je pročelnik za financije Ivan Mijolović istaknuo kako je prihod od prodaje ove nekretnine već uvršten u proračun te kako će se u slučaju neizglasavanja morati korigirati rashodi.

Protiv ove točke je bilo 14 vijećnika, dok je njih 11 (HDZ i koalicijski partneri) bilo za prodaju.

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučeno je kako se još uvijek neće ići s prodajom bivših prostorija HAK-a na Relji. Ovo je treći put da Grad pokušava prodati prostorije HAK-a, a sada za cijenu od 6.080.000,00 kuna. Nekretnina se trebala prodati u paketu s pet poslovnih prostora u prizemlju susjedne kuće na adresi Ljudevita Posavskog 1 i 3. Međutim, vijećnici SDP-a, Akcije mladih i nezavisni nisu odobrili prodaju tih čestica.

- Ovo je prostor koji se nalazi u centru grada i njega treba oplemeniti, a ne prodati. Čestica se prostire na 1700 kvadrata što nije dovoljno za gradnju koja je tamo predviđena, a predviđena je zgrada za koju treba minimalno 2000 kvadrata. Ovaj prijedlog ne ispunjava formu jer se postavlja pitanje tko je investitor koji će nešto kupiti, a onda će mu nedostajati kvadrata za izgradnju. Nemamo ni pismo namjere. Sporna je i činjenica da na tom zemljištu ima i privatnih vlasnika koji se odnose na stanove iznad poslovnih prostora. Je li Grad stupio u kontakt s tim ljudima i pitao ih za otkup, kako bi se čestica povećala. Shvaćam namjeru grada da profitira. Međutim, taj prostor treba ostati u svrhu javne namjene. Dok mu se ne nađe namjena, može poslužiti kao besplatni parking za Polikliniku barem dok se ne riješe Ravnice, istaknuo je Daniel Radeta (SDP).

Nezavisni vijećnik Željko Krizman također je upitao koja je svrha i namjena prodaje nekretnine, te uvjetuje li se buduća namjena prostora?

- To je ulaz u grad, namjena bi trebala javno i estetski atraktivna, istaknuo je Krizman.

Pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, kazao je kako ne zna tko je investitor te kako će tu činjenicu pokazati javni natječaj.

- Što se tiče stanova, kako će tko gospodariti sa svojom imovinom, ja ne znam. Pismo namjere smo dobili od strane odvjetničkog ureda. Što se tiče parkinga za Polikliniku, Grad Zadar je započeo razgovore kako bi susjedno zemljište ustupio za parking. Svrha prodaje je, naravno, uprihoditi novac, to je samo jedan vid uprihođenja, nakon toga komunalni doprinosi i naknade, porez na dodanu vrijednost zbog povećanih zapošljavanja i ostalih davanja koja će investitor isplatiti, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona dok je pročelnik za financije Ivan Mijolović istaknuo kako je prihod od prodaje ove nekretnine već uvršten u proračun te kako će se u slučaju neizglasavanja morati korigirati rashodi.

Protiv ove točke je bilo 14 vijećnika, dok je njih 11 (HDZ i koalicijski partneri) bilo za prodaju.

Vijećnici stopirali prodaju bivših prostorija HAK-a na Relji: "Taj prostor treba ostati u vlasništvu Grada Zadra!"

Na sjednici Gradskog vijeća odlučeno je kako se još uvijek neće ići s prodajom bivših prostorija HAK-a na Relji. Ovo je treći put da Grad pokušava prodati prostorije HAK-a, a sada za cijenu od 6.080.000,00 kuna. Nekretnina se trebala prodati u paketu s pet poslovnih prostora u prizemlju susjedne kuće na adresi Ljudevita Posavskog 1 i 3. Međutim, vijećnici SDP-a, Akcije mladih i nezavisni nisu odobrili prodaju tih čestica.

- Ovo je prostor koji se nalazi u centru grada i njega treba oplemeniti, a ne prodati. Čestica se prostire na 1700 kvadrata što nije dovoljno za gradnju koja je tamo predviđena, a predviđena je zgrada za koju treba minimalno 2000 kvadrata. Ovaj prijedlog ne ispunjava formu jer se postavlja pitanje tko je investitor koji će nešto kupiti, a onda će mu nedostajati kvadrata za izgradnju. Nemamo ni pismo namjere. Sporna je i činjenica da na tom zemljištu ima i privatnih vlasnika koji se odnose na stanove iznad poslovnih prostora. Je li Grad stupio u kontakt s tim ljudima i pitao ih za otkup, kako bi se čestica povećala. Shvaćam namjeru grada da profitira. Međutim, taj prostor treba ostati u svrhu javne namjene. Dok mu se ne nađe namjena, može poslužiti kao besplatni parking za Polikliniku barem dok se ne riješe Ravnice, istaknuo je Daniel Radeta (SDP).

Nezavisni vijećnik Željko Krizman također je upitao koja je svrha i namjena prodaje nekretnine, te uvjetuje li se buduća namjena prostora?

- To je ulaz u grad, namjena bi trebala javno i estetski atraktivna, istaknuo je Krizman.

Pročelnik UO za gospodarenje gradskom imovinom, Tomislav Korona, kazao je kako ne zna tko je investitor te kako će tu činjenicu pokazati javni natječaj.

- Što se tiče stanova, kako će tko gospodariti sa svojom imovinom, ja ne znam. Pismo namjere smo dobili od strane odvjetničkog ureda. Što se tiče parkinga za Polikliniku, Grad Zadar je započeo razgovore kako bi susjedno zemljište ustupio za parking. Svrha prodaje je, naravno, uprihoditi novac, to je samo jedan vid uprihođenja, nakon toga komunalni doprinosi i naknade, porez na dodanu vrijednost zbog povećanih zapošljavanja i ostalih davanja koja će investitor isplatiti, istaknuo je pročelnik Korona dok je pročelnik za financije Ivan Mijolović istaknuo kako je prihod od prodaje ove nekretnine već uvršten u proračun te kako će se u slučaju neizglasavanja morati korigirati rashodi.

Protiv ove točke je bilo 14 vijećnika, dok je njih 11 (HDZ i koalicijski partneri) bilo za prodaju.
